I take a teaspoon of turmeric, quarter teaspoons grounded black pepper, cloves, cardamom, cumin and cayenne pepper a day. Everyday. They have so many good minerals in them and I’ve noticed such a huge improvement in my overall health and well being from incorporating spices into my daily life. Non irridated of course!

Dr. Berg what do you think about taking 10mg of manganese? Will it interfere with other trace minerals such as iron, magnesium, zinc, copper if I am on a adequate dose of these mentioned minerals? WoW. I feel so… smart after each lesson taught by Dr Berg. Today, I’ve learnt some important things: what Manganese does in our body, from what sources I can take it in and foods that prevent Manganese absorption into our body. I will definitely add garlic and sea kelp to my diet. However, garlic contains Manganese, so, should we consume it for a long period of time as people are quite crazy about it. For example, the market of fermented garlic still keeps growing and videos of how to make it is everywhere to be found. May I give this question to you, Dr Berg?
CLOVES! easy, I put 500mg clove, true cinnamon, chilli powders in cup of water for the pot bring to boil, simmer for 30 seconds then pour into cup of coffee with one teaspoon raw honey mixed with rice malt syrup 50/50 and UNhymogenised milk. Yummy, is AWESOME medicine coffee for the morning to cleanse the throat and my thyroid loves it. BTW, I don’t use pepper anymore, I use pepper mixed with turmeric in my pepper shaker now.
What does he mean by “meats”? A 12 oz porterhouse steak doesn’t even have 100 MICROgrams. Chicken and fish barely have any as well.

One of these Index Charts said Cloves were over 50 so it’s a big spike and against the diet rules. They are supposed to kill parasites and eaten in pumpkin pie and on ham or ground up and put in capsules. I guess you have to take them with fatty meals. Fresh is another interesting issue because if there are dried cloves…..where did they come from? At one time they were some fresh plant? I think that’s what people need, that plant.

not bad work, but what u fail to understand is that ANY MOLECULE which INHIBITS an element or mineral etc IS NOT THE CORRECT ANSWER…it NEVER IS THE CORRECT ANSWER…and the reason for this is bc it works as an inhibitor as opposed to a substance which BALANCES a chemical reaction…once u choose to inhibit any reactions then u are inhibiting ALL manganese reactions, and manganese reactions are necessary for life, WHEN THEY ARE IN THE PROPER RANGE…too much manganese u get mito problems, too little manga and u get other often equally destructive problems…it is exactly like drinking too little water will kill u and drowning in too much water will also kill u…the answer ALWAYS lies in the proper range, not the inhibition…to inhibit manganese with that molecule would be like saving a drowning person by throwing them into a desert for a week or two…u see the problem???
