On day 1: I died trying to finish this and by the time I reached the frogger, I could barely lift my knees, just then juliana said ” don’t worry, you’ll be able to lift your thighs as u build up strength”

I finished the entire challenge smoothly and frogger became one of my favourite exercise because everyday I could lift my thighs more.

I am doing the workouts in the afternoon at 6 p.m., is this a good time or are there better times to do the workouts? 2. After the workout session I eat for dinner, is this good after training? I wait almost 20-30 minutes and then I eat. Should I eat before the workout?

Amazing… today I just watched some of these exercises..which I will definitely add in to my daily fitness routine.. although some of exercises are really very tough, specially during that transition period of active rest..like jogging in place or jumping jacks..you need more oxygen…as I do 7minutes HIIT body weight exercises thrice in week..but I can’t finish it up within 7minute..it takes almost 14minute to complete…

I do a lot of running. This workout is great to strengthen my legs.
Day 10. WOW! Juliana makes these moves look easy, but they are HARD! She is stronger than she looks! How on earth she maintains her calm, beautiful composure, I will never know. I was a hot, pink, sweaty mess every time! I just finished the 10 days. It’s one of the hardest leg workouts I’ve ever done, but also one of the most effective! The moves started to feel a little easier after a week or so, although I continued to make some minor modifications (those bridged moves are killer!). However, my legs and butt definitely feel stronger! It’s one of the few workouts in which I’ve truly felt the that the deeper layers of thigh muscles have been worked. Plus, my chronic lower back pain has practically disappeared! This is the challenge I’ve been looking for! I plan to repeat the 10 days, plus the other recommended workouts in the description box. Can’t wait to see and feel the results!
Waouh! Day one, it burns! I can’t do 90° angles like you, neither keep my leg straight for some of your exercice… I hope doing it during these 10 days will improve not only my strength but my flexibility too:D

Day 1: feeling all the muscles of my lower body burning, wow! I will update here every day.
Day 2: I did this one plus Nama’stay in bed, it felt so pleasant during the frog excercise! And my butt feels very toned!
Day 3: Did this complex and the Gentle Yoga Flow, feeling relaxed and calm, though I struggled through this complex tonight.
This has been such a challenging and beautiful journey!! I definitely noticed my legs and glutes getting stronger and stronger with each day. Maybe my legs aren’t as toned as they could be, but that’s not what this challenge is about. It’s about growth, perseverance, and strengthening your body, not achieving a certain physical appearance. wow this is the first time ever that I like a pilates class! All these years, I thought only heavy weight lifting could make me stronger but after 4-5 years of weight training and now having to train at home, I realize that weight lifting is not necessary to get stronger and I actually enjoy training at home even more. I’m gonna do this workout 5x a week until it’s easy. This was intense! One of the only workouts that I felt the burn.
I loved this workout! As a person who went to the gym pre-lockdown 4-5 times a week, this gave me the leg and booty burn that I missed so much! If you really push yourself and try to keep up with him, I promise you will be D O N E
I do this workout 3-4 times a week and another 3-4 days I do 30 min Selena Gomez’s trainer’s ( Amy Rosoff Davis) workout from POPSUGAR!! Just have a look on it….it does not seem but it’s extremely killer!!
I literally thought my knees would give up on me everytime I tried to get up. This is good but hard.This is also my first time seeing his exercise so wish me luck. (random: from far away he looks like Gordon Ramsey)

I try to do this once a week and holy cow I love the variety!! I sweat so much with these strength moves and I love it!
Finally someone who knows how to work a booty!! LOVED all the moves! I added weights to all of them and it was kick ass!

I had to do this at 0.75X because child!! 2 min in I was crying.
BEST guest trainer on this CHANNEL! I LOVE how i was totally DRIPPING sweat and my heart rate was high but without high intensity, crazy cardio moves. This is the most intense leg workout I’ve ever done. And all of the different moves+pulses make this workout FUN!

yep, my legs are burning…but I did have a good laugh at the coach when he said “there’s no way I’m lasting 40 secs” during the static squats…gotta love when the coach has had it too!!
Love your intro, you are gonna feel like you’ve been kicked up the arse by a horse also love the fact you struggled, proves you are human, although I don’t think the heat helped.
I found narrow spilt squats & lunge jumps difficult as couldn’t get my knees that low, hopefully over time I will.
I literally started seeing stars around my head then he said, “Two more exercises”.
