Ingredients ¼ cup steel cut oats, uncooked ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk ½ cup frozen raspberries pinch of salt 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes 1 teaspoon.Put the oatmeal and water in a pot on medium for 15 minutes After it’s cooked, mix in the coconut oil and cinnamon, and then divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls, or 2 tupperwares if you take your breakfasts to go Add the toppings for each person.1/2 Cup(s) Raspberries. 1/8 Cup(s) Shredded coconut. 1/3 Cup(s) Bananas, sliced.
Cooking Instructions. Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Add chia seeds.
Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices.Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread 3/4 cup coconut evenly on a baking sheet and toast in middle of oven, stirring once, until golden, about 8 minutes, then cool.
Blend together flour, sugars.Made with whole wheat flour, coconut oil, and low-sugar all-fruit jam, it’s as healthy as it is delicious. While this recipe is for raspberry bars, you can easily substitute any type of low-sugar jam that you like.
The next time you’re looking for a decadent, guilt-free treat, these clean raspberry oat bars.1 Cup old-fashioned oats 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour (or substitute with whole wheat flour) 1/2 Cup unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted 1/2 Cup dark brown sugar (or substitute with 1/3 cup honey).In a food processor or high-powered blender, roughly chop oats until they are course and in small pieces. In a large mixing bowl add chopped oats & almond flour, coconut oil, honey, and peanut butter.
The mixture should be oily and crumble-like.In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the honey until thoroughly incorporated.
Add in the flour.coconut oil, vanilla extract, coconut butter, raspberries, gluten-free oats and 1 more Healthy Raspberry Oatmeal Cookies Skinny Fitalicious gluten-free oats, salt, coconut oil, almond extract, baking powder and 5 more.Using a standing mixer or hand mixer, combine egg white, honey, salt, cinnamon and almond extract and mix fully.
To the mixture add oats, flour and baking powder. Then add coconut oil stirring to incorporate. Add the raspberries to the batter, breaking them up.
1 cup blanched almond flour, ½ tsp baking soda, ¾ cup shredded coconut, ¼ cup coconut oil (melted), ⅓ cup pumpkin puree, ¼ cup keto maple syrup, and ½ cup raspberries. Hi there, this recipe video looks great. Now that I’m home during the current off the world, I have time to put effort into breakfast. After looking at upper recipe, my question is this: can I substitute steel cut oats for the old fashioned oats? If yes how will it affect baking time?
I asked about steel cut oats because I heard they ate minimally processed and contain more fiber which is a healthier. Please correct me if I’m mistaken. I’m quite new to cooking/baking with oats

I have tried this as a lower carb option, omitting chocolate & sugar, and the butter. (Basically an oat pancake mix, & berries).
That looks so good but way too much brown sugar. I’ll omit the brown sugar.

I have made this recipe about a half dozen times and it has been a smash, knock it outta the park hit every time. This time I chopped some walnuts medium to fine chop in the food processor after I processed the oats and mixed them into the oats, as well as doubling the raspberries to 8 ounces or a double tray. SOOOOO YUMMY! Thank you for this amazing recipe that I can make all summer, changing out the fruit as things come into season for quick breakfasts on busy (or lazy!) summer mornings! Apricot!

i had this today omg DELICIOUS….i did swap the ingrediants to apple n cashews as i had them in…me n my partner ate the lot…was scrummy…n sod people bitchin about sugar..its not even a lot 3rd of a cup its just people lately hear sugar n freak out….loosers a little in moderation…i eat super healthy so this for a weekend went down a treat….sod sugar haters this was great

I would substitute the dark chocolate with white chocolate, since I don’t like dark chocolate with fruit that much.

I left out the chocolate and the Orange zest for personal preference. I added a half cup of brown sugar and I think I would double this and bake it in the 9 by 13.

Hi. Oats are a bit strong on my digestion. What nut flour (s) would you recommend to replace the oats? Also, with the nut flour, the dessert may be more of a snack cake instead of the texture using oats. I don’t mind that at all. Having it on the train on the way to work is a great idea. Making it a night before is a great way to use the recipe but we prefer it hot/warm. That is only our preference though. If you are a cold oatmeal fan that should work just fine.
If you don’t like Chinese five spice you can try using some of the ingredients that are in most five spices blends to make your own blend. These are the typical spices: anise, cinnamon, star anise, cloves and ginger.
I made these and with coconut oil in place of butter to keep it vegan and they are amazingly good. thanks for the recipe. love it!

So it happened that I had some raspberries going a bit old, and I made this. It came out delicious, although I had no corn starch and replaced it with chia seeds. Otherwise, followed recipe and it came out delicious!
