Thread chicken onto metal or wooden skewers, alternating between chicken cubes and tomatoes. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Spray with oil and grill skewers 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of finishing salt.Drain the chicken and discard the marinade. Alternately thread the chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, and tomatoes on the skewers. Lightly spray all sides with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, bring the broth and tomatoes to a boil over high heat. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.If using wooden skewers, do not forget to soak them in cold water for about 20 minutes.

just a quick tip next time slice the top off the pepper and run your knife around the inside and pull all the guts out, which will make more of the pepper usable, also try swapping the soy sauce out for liquid smoke which should have a lower sodium content

Sis I made these and my hubby was very please. Couldnt stop talking about how to gave him the Ghana home vibe and had and excellent taste. I altered the recipe a little and decided to marinade in blended onion, ginger, garlic, and habenero as well as the dry spices. Gave it a nice kick of freshness

As a Korean, I suggest that you use real Korean chili paste(called GOCHUJANG) or KIMCHI(which is the fermented cabbage).
for Korean style soy sauce dish, here’s a recipe I specially got for you just in case you might try another Korean style meal.
600g of beef (use either of Chuck Roll, Ribeye Roll or Outside Flat)
8 TBS of grinded onion, 4 TBS of grinded pear, 4 TBS of grinded apple, 13 TBS of soysauce, 6 TBS of brown sugar, 2 TBS of starch/corn syrup, peper, 1 1/2 TBS of Sesame oil, 4 cups of water (actually this recipe was cooked w/ noodle. If you won’t consume your carb with noodle here, cut down on the savory sauce like soysauce here.)
Basically, mix all of the sauce all together with beef, have them mixed for min 302 hours.
after leaving the beef mixed w/ the sauce, prepare whatever vegi(onion, carrot, green onion, mushroom etc.)
then on a pan, put beef then vegi and cook them all together.
BAAM!!!
I bet you that you would loooooove the dish because I haven’t seen a single foreigner who didn’t like this.

I’m so glad you use a spatula to get the last bits of your ingredients from the prep bowls. Some channels (cough cough Tasty) don’t. It makes it so frustrating to watch because I’m focused on the food waste and not on what is happening in the video. An average cook doesn’t prep their food just to leave bits in the bowl or on the cutting board. Again, so glad you aren’t wasteful and that you represent a home cook.

I’m a Korean and I don’t understand which part of this food is Korean. Sriracha is Thai Sauce. When we want some heat, we use gochujang or gochugaru. And many Koreans don’t like cooked fruits. The chicken looks very delicious, but I don’t think it’s Korean.
