Because it said low impact, I decided to go for it when I was feeling demotivated to workout and wanted to force myself onto the mat. It worked, because it was still enough to make me sweat, but the title and lack of jumps in my quick slide through got me to get started. Loved it!

Loved this one! So fun to see some of my favorite moves with some newer combinations of the arms and legs. This one is versatile too, b/c you can easily add more impact if you want to upgrade the workout. Today was a rest day, but this was great to get “something” in without being totally sedentary. I like how Jessica walks in time to the music. This is important to help the walking flow and not get confused. When I see the people on the videos are not in time with the music, it’s a tad disquieting and annoying. Also it’s good to feel I’m exercising with those on the video rather than feeling disconnected and being more “aware” that it’s a video.

I gave birth like 2 months ago… a week ago I started working out post partum with fitness blender’s low impact cardio to jumpstart my workout regime…but mind you I have been fit before I got pregnant and even as I started working out again I am taking it easy. So the other workout was to prepare me for this boot camp workout which is still low impact. MY QUESTION IS….. is this okay as a post partum workout before I launch myself at a full fat blasting workout? Comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance 😉

I can’t comfortable do Leslie Sansones one mile walks just fine, and I can keep up with the pace. I’ll have to report back and let you know how I did. I’m also 420lbs, so I hope my experience encourages someone that’s my size to try this workout.

I’m a 32 yearold female in pretty good shape, and for some reason when I got back into working out, my knees started hurting. I was doing some hiit workouts, and maybe I did them too often, and that is why.. so for now I have to stick to low impact.. I can barely even do squats or lunges. They are sore still.. I don’t have access to a gym right now so I am trying to find good cardio work-outs that burn calories without busting my knees more. I hope this helps me. Hopefully my knees will start to feel better soon.

Good workout! I wish the music were faster. About 10 mins in, the workout slows down like a cooldown and the music sounds like spa music. It’s hard to really intensify it when the moves get smaller and the music gets slower.

Well, i’m on vacation, slept poorly last night, and missed the gym, so I’m here for a reliable workout! Low impact is good for my aching joints nowadays. I may add another short one after this 12 minutes or I may decide the blast is enough. I love how I can pick and choose rather than set out to do a long workout from the start.

I love Jeanette as a trainer, but man Ashley was ALL OVER THE PLACE on this one. They just weren’t together or with the music in any way.00 I felt like this workout lacked the professionalism and togetherness that I have seen and enjoyed in the past. Maybe this was the 3rd time in a row they filmed this workout? Reps were all over the place. I have a lot of Jeanette’s workouts because I love her enthusiasm and she kicks my butt, but this will not be a “go to” for me. I look forward to more of her workouts.

Been doing this for about two weeks now. I’m not seeing fat loss but i am “skinny fat” so i dont expect to be shedding punds like a dogs summer coat. But i do feel myself finding it easier to do so i’m taking that as progress.

I’m 51 and I don’t have dreams of losing 119 lbs like the girl on the video; I just want to be healthy and I have to say that I love these videos and the exercises. It’s so hard to get back to the gym after a couple of months staying at home but I’m so grateful to find your videos and have been consistently working out every day for 2 weeks now. Thank you for not just providing the platform for home work out but your motivation and energy are so strong and contagious. I love and appreciate each part of my body more every day by doing your exercise and committed to showing up consistently because this 30 minutes each day is how I thank my body for doing a great job of keeping me healthy:)

Hi Jessica, I love all your workouts, particularly cardio kickboxing but have recently broken my arm so have had to restrict to belly, buns and thigh workouts which I can adapt. I would appreciate any advice on the best workouts whilst I’m in my cast. You’ve helped me get fit again after working out with you for eight months so I’d hate to find myself going backwards. You explain everything so well and are obviously the best instructor on youtube. (I am 59 years old by the way) and have been delighted with my fitness results. All my love and kisses to Peanut xx

I really loved this one. Simple, easy moves that got my heart rate up without straining my knees (I just stayed shallow on the single knee lifts). I would love to see more like this but longer, maybe 20-25 minutes? Seeing Peanut always makes my day, too.

I’m so happy I found this workout! I’ve been working out 4/5 times a week for the past three months but the last two weeks I’ve not seen any progress, I kept going but just felt so flat after working out. Today was the first day in a while I felt really really good after a workout and that wee speech at the end about over coming motivation made me cry. I realised that I’ve been doing so well to keep going through the numbness, I didn’t give up and I never saw that as special until now:) thank you so much for that. This will for sure be a regular workout for me in future.
P.S, my wee Scottish heart soared when those bagpipes kicked in at 11:15, made my day

Holy smokes this was hard for me today. I had to do some modifications, but pushed through and got to see that sweet, sweet, workout complete.
This is perfect for cold days like today. I have what’s called Reynaud’s Phenomenon or Reynaud’s Syndrome, where my fingers and toes get extremely cold because my body vasoconstricts too much in cold weather. This is great for getting my heart rate up and keeping me warm without being too much to do on the spur of the moment!

I’ve done quite a few Fitness Blender workouts, including HIIT. I did this one today because my legs are sore from the butt and thigh cardio workout and this was hard for me. I felt sick at the end of round 2. I thought this would be a good recovery day. Lol

I always dreaded working out because my knees like yourself can’t handle high impact anymore. I’ve been meaning to comment for a while because I just really wanted to show my appreciation towards the work you have both put in. It’s not just any work out for me, it has changed my life and I mean that. I enjoy working out again and even on a day where I don’t feel motivated, I push myself because I know I can achieve it with body project. It makes a real difference physically and mentally each and every day and I can’t imagine a day without working out now! I just wanted to say a big thank you from London for allowing me to see that it is possible to do a high intensity workout with low impact. I had a successful run yesterday and would normally skip a day but due to the time off, I wanted something cardio today too. This was perfect and I can now follow up with just a bit of arms on my own. While my foot was bothering me, I was able to do your lower impact and cardio flow routines to keep me moving.

really liked this one. I had intended to do something longer, but I ended up doing yard work. This was a great follow up to that and will be a great warm-up for some longer workouts, or maybe a run in the future. Sometimes I am more motivated to do multiple short workouts than one long one. As usual, I loved Peanut’s input. I actually saw a picture the other day of a dog named Butters who could be Peanuts sibling!

This is a great little workout. I’ve started to do it in the morning while waiting for the kids to finish their morning showers. I use to sit in bed and scroll the internet but now I get out of bed, set my phone up on the table and do this. I’m always a bit wary of exercising because I have chronic fatigue syndrome but this is a nice length workout to not overdo it but still get some movement in. I felt I needed a little cardio movement today on top of my regular exercise, pulled up your channel, saw this and chose it right away. (I’d done it before and knew I liked it, as I do all your workouts!!) While doing the boxing moves I thought it would be splendid if you did some more boxing and/or kickboxing cardio short blasts and regular workout lengths, too, so I thought I’d ask you to consider it. I also frequently revisit the “Walk & Talks” when I need a little more movement…..I love them all! Kickboxing, walking-based, low impact cardio, strength training, fusion……..I know I can always count on you for a great workout! Thanks, Jessica (and love that Peanut, too! She makes me smile every time!)…….P.S. I know motherhood adds a whole new dimension to planning, filming, and life in general. Did this workout with some “not so seniors” who can’t afford a gym. GREAT!! I modified with wrist weights for challenge and gave a back of a chair for some. Just long enough, and helps all of us with balance. LOVE YA JS!!!

This is on my weekly rotation of videos to do as the bantering between Daniel and Alex is entertaining (makes exercise for by faster!) and the overall tone is just perfect to start off my day in a positive direction. Of course, I come for the good mix of upper and lower body workout and the ability to switch up or down on the intensity of the workout. Try jogging between the exercises and resistance band around the thigh plus the weights in hand…on the days you feel like a warrior.
Panting and sweating heavily as I type this. I tried my best but I couldn’t complete this routine today. I’ll be back.
Edit: (5 days later) I made it to the end! Panting and sweating (and with the help of short breaks) I made it and I feel amazing. Hope to improve even more…

However my toe has been hurting me so I wanted to workout but fit not want to do a lot of jumping. With this workout I sweat and feel like I got a full body workout.. No jumping. Im saving this video

I just completed this workout as part of your 4 week Low Impact Program. I’ll admit it was an effective workout and I got a good sweat going, but I absolutely do not like the format of repeating rounds like that because by the end I’m tired of the exercises and just bored. Probably won’t be one I go back to unless it’s part of another program or if I do the Low Impact Program again in the future.

I love fitness Blender, I’m doing their low impact workout program now and this is by far my least favourite video. I am happy to do 2 rounds but 3 is so frustrating. Hate this routine so much!

You always make me realize how bad my coordination really is
Glad day 21 on the fat loss program round 4 is no jumping! Randomly got some pain and swelling in the ball of my foot yesterday. It’s happened before, usually goes away in a day or 2. Gotta rest it, and this is perfect! I love perfectly timed things.
My weight is 75kg and height 160cm. I will do this exercise everyday and i will report my result here.

sooo I was pretty sore all over when I started this and I’m pretty sure I’m either still or more sore, but the good news is I got in an awesome workout with no jumping involved!
It’s crazy because before lockdown I went to the gym 5 days a week, trained for 2 hours sometimes more and I thought I was at peak fitness; during this lockdown I have been doing a mixture of popsugar and chloe ting workouts and I look the best I have ever looked in my entire adult life. I have abs??? This shit is crazy because I thought I was doing everything right at the gym but when I couldn’t go I had to find out how to keep fit at home post Covid I think I’ll cancel the gym membership and carry on working out at home maybe get some basic equipment for weight training but yeah! You dont need the gym! You need discipline, a good diet and consistency to see results!

Another 1000 calorie workout last night, now a 30 minute jog and this to recover. And oh by the way I have lost 8kg in two months. Kg’s are so easy to come..and what a hard work is to get rid of them oh god. Thank you fitness blender!!! On my way to fit into those size 38 jeans I used to love.

i LOVE your channel Body Project. I don’t want to sound rude when I say this you have plus sized people doing your work outs which makes me feel i can do this. I see their hard work and makes me push my self. Some other youtube channels have these crazy routines that no one else can do but yours are straight forward interesting and challenging. Wow, barely made it through 2 sets. Working up to 3. A serious workout without all of that jumping and jarring movement, but somehow I am seriously nauseous. I am sure it will get better.

This is a great workout, Jessica. I’ve become a big fan of yours because of your encouraging nature and your large variety of workouts which give us choices. This is the best so far just what I needed and flexible so we can increase the speed or effort to make it more high impact. I agree that a 30 minute workout like this would also be super. Thank you!
