I have IBD and UC I’m glad I’ve found your channel. Only recently started the low FODMAP diet
Love the team work on your videos! Thanks for all the yummy meal ideas that are garlic/onion free!
Living with ibs and lactose intolerance is very uncomfortable at times. My mum has coeliac and is super sensitive when it comes to cross contamination, but managed a Christmas dinner without any problems.
Hi Ashley! I’m a new subscriber, I just found you when I was searching for videos of Andrea Mills. Thanks for this great video, it’s so helpful for someone who is trying to eat dairy and gluten free.
your daughter just eating the corn out of the can so cute! I definitely need to try this chili recipe, especially now that we’re heading into winter =)
I love this because I’m gluten and lactose free but not vegan! Thank you I will definitely post when I make these!
Thanks for including Peggy in the video loved the double paw thing she did at the camera…too cute!!!
Ate poorly Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the couch with a thumping headache. Eating well ever since so lesson learned.
Hi Becky. Can you recommend a low fodmap chicken stock that can be bought here in the Uk? Love the food inspiration on your channel -thank you! xx
My wife is gluten free and dairy free and I’m just dairy free but avoid excess gluten lol It’s hard cooking for both but it can be done. Coming up with recipes for dairy free I think is more of a challenge thanks for the great video. Looks like you guys have fun in the kitchen together and that’s what it’s all about.
I really love your videos, they are very helpful and make me so hungry each time!! So yummy! Sadly, I didn’t survive Christmas (I might have caught a bug because I haven’t been that sick in a long time though) and this year, once again, I have to cancel my plans for the New year…I don’t have many occasion to go out anymore, IBS really isolated me, especially since my “friends” don’t want to understand that this is serious handicap and think I’m canceling because I prefer to stay home. I stay home because I have no other choice and it makes me sad but what can you do? Loperamine is not working anymore for me so… Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipes!
I ate casseroles that I shouldn’t have and now I’m paying the price
Your videos get me back on track though. I hadn’t heard of the low FODMAP diet until my gastro recommended it several months ago and I’ve been loving you and Mark’s cooking videos ever since! I’ve been recreating a lot of your recipes and my husband and I absolutely love them all! Thank you for all of the inspiration during this difficult time

I kinda ate everything I am not supossed to eat and relied on my probiotics which was sooo dumb because they obviously help but only if I eat what makes me feel good.. I’m stupid and my stomach is bloated since Christmas.. need to detox the next two days because otherwise people will think I’m pregnant on NYE but great video, thank you!
I never know what to cook for dinner since going low fodmap, so your videos are perfect for me. Thanks for all your help. I love your dog, she’s so cute and well behaved.
