I do exactly the same! Tuna in water+vegies is a great combo for salad. I also love adding mustard. Sometimes, I also add some tabasco and some herbs like oregano or thyme. May I suggest to add lemon juice in your tuna salad. Lemon juice adds acidity and freshness to the salad and is a perfect combo with the tuna!

Sorry the egg you used is Salted egg..A big NO on diet recipe plan The veggies and tuna is fine Just use fresh unsalted boiled egg pls since you are having a pinch of salt already combined with the dressing. Then better used a FIRST COLD PRESSED VIRGIN OLIVE OIL to make sure u are using the Healthy kind of Olive oil…Dressing is only a squeeze of lemon juice, a few pinch of salt and ground pepper and A FIRST COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL…Sorry I think your salad is high in calories due to the fact you are using salted egg. and mayonnaise. This is not Keto dear. It’s Exactly fattening! High in Calories!

I also do similar kind of tuna salad but my ingreds are only tuna, egg, spinach, onion, cherry tomato, olive oil, acv and sea salt. Next time i will try pulang itlog to replace my boiled egg. Looks so Yum
HartYour title saying “low-carb” is fine until you get to that much mayo. Im guessing mayo is about the same as miracle whip which 1 tbsp= 3 carbs. Im only guessing but looks like you added at least 15 carbs with dressing.
I’ve been struggling with this on my head. if you take caseina before sleep (1 scoup) while IF does it break your fast? and if it does is it as bad as eating any food?
I hate Tuna, I basically make this salad using chicken instead and 50% reduced sugar ketchup rather than mustard. Nice and easy.
I love garlic lol the issue is that when I want to bring this stuff to work I avoid it because I am heavy handed with the garlic and I will end up smelling like ass all day

protip: add a dash of salt and pepper, and lemon/lime juice to stop the avocado and apple from browning. The acidic taste of the juice works brilliant with both the avocado and tuna

I make mine almost the same except the dried fruit and lemon juice. I will try the lemon juice next time though.
