You can choose some oat gluten free (more heathly)
Use a mixer for make the oat more soft (if you prefer like this)
Add proteine powder in the cookies
Cocoa powder or 70% dark chocolate if you want to eat some chocolates
Coconut oil on the top of the cookies for make them crunchy

Thank you! So quick and easy! I made it with plain water and cinnamon instead of rose water and cardamom, and it turned out good. I plan to add a bit of sucanat or coconut sugar next time cuz I like it sweeter, but a dab of strawberry jam on top solved that for me this time.
The batter amount was smaller then i thought next time i would double the recipe
Here’s a tip for weight loss, don’t eat anything remotely sweet, even fruit! It will make you hungrier and make you crave more so losing weight will be sooo much harder! Eat more healthy fats and protein and load up on vegetables, then gradually try to go longer between meals till you are down to only eating twice a day, no snacking!

Made the peanut butter one
With some modification:—
2-3 cubes of Sugerfree Dark Chocolate
1tsp of vanilla essence
A pinch of cinnamon
And 1tsp flax seeds
Trust me it was amazing and healthy of course
Will make it when I have occasional sweet cravings

i tried the first recipe but it didnt taste as good as i thought..the cookie was not crispy it was soggy.. and when i kept the cookie for about 20 minutes at 180 degree celcius the bottom of the cookie was almost roasted…not satisfied with this recipe

Made these for my gluten intolerant friend and her vegan daughter; they were delicious. I flattened the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and cut them in squares instead of scooping;, dipped half of each in vegan chocolate and toasted ground almonds.This is my favorite dress so far!

I love how they realize that diets like Paleo, Keto, Whole 30 are RESTRICTIONS! but they call it as it is great that these fad diets are based on senseless restrictions hahaha. What a hypocrisy!!!! Eat healthy, be flexible, exercise and you’ll be good but people like it to be easy. 30-40 years ago, these fad diets were not in existence, however obesity is at its highest now.

Good news…bad news… the total carbs for this recipe is 357… however each cookie is about 15 carbs if you portion out 24 on 2 pans……. I can eat one a day leaving 60 carbs for the rest of my meals… I’ll try it and see if it’s worth it… looks good though!!!! TY

For a lower glycolic index alternative to honey what do you think can be used? One tbsp honey and 1 tbsp almond milk?

I just watched this video and then I made these lol. I didn’t have raisins or peanuts. So I used almonds and coconut…. and Omgosh they are to die for. They smell like banana nut bread. Wow these cookies are delicious!!! The outside is crunchy and melts in your mouth and the inside is soft and delicious. Thank you for this recipe so easy to put together. I did omit the Rose water and the other spice you mentioned and just substitute with what I had at home. I used 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 tbsp of orange juice.

Add a tad more moisture and they will expand. Baking powder needs moisture to activate. Add a bit of water or use 1/2 cup less almond flour.
