I love using Pomegranate juice in salad dressings! It really takes the salad to the next level!
Sounds like a simple recipe that my body may tolerate. So far any vinegar but ACV gives me a headache.
That looks amazing. I love goat cheese. I might make this for Thanksgiving.
Just wondering how your cholesterol is with keto? Just wondering and trying to learn
Good morning Dots, it nice you using pear in way that doesn’t affect our carb intake. Pears are my favorite fruit but because I’m in keto I had to let it go. It good i can used it but moderate. Have a great Tuesday morning. ❤
This looks delicious. I’m going out tomorrow (it’s raining tonight) to buy the ingredients. I’m craving salad now!
Could you use strawberries, and the dressing still be good with it? This looks great.
I love this, and hoping for more holiday ideas, thank you! I also love California olive oil and it’s actually ranked highly on independent oil surveys. You’re looking fantastic and healthy!
Someone gave me 3 pomegranates I will try your recipe. I can’t wait. THANKS!
Hi Dot love this idea!
Plus greens fill you up.
Sounds very tasty.
I am a CA gal let me know the brand you’re talking about.
Family owned business of olive oil products 4 miles from my house.
Thanks again Jennifer
Looks delicious. I’ve recently started following your channel and I saw your earlier transformation and I applaud you. Not trying to be critical but have you gained some weight back? You’re lovely don’t take offense, I’m saying that because I’m finding I lose weight then gain weight and lose more and gain some. Fortunately I’m still going down overall. Is that your experience too? Again I think you’re awesome and please don’t misunderstand my message I know it’s not polite to ask a woman about weight, but you’re experience is what I’m trying to understand and relate to my own.
Such a nice video! Every cook should learn how to make the simple vinaigrette you demonstrate here. I love your use of pear, here! The diet is low carb, not no carb! Bleu cheese crumbles, some bacon bits and walnuts-
maybe even your dried cranberries-would make an elegant meal. A glass of red wine with this?Yum! So simple and elegant! Thank you Dot! Hi John! Love the salad music! LOL!:)
Looks delish! How do u dry the lettuce in the fridge? I’m thinking a bowl, but water will gather in the bottom…strainer?
Nice to see you back to your old self and with a great recipe.x
This looks like another winner. Especially with the roasted walnuts. I can’t wait to try!
