Its maybe not that much, but i can tell that low carb food makes you really full. Thats why you can not eat so much calories. Carbs have a lot more calories than healthy fats or protein ( sorry i am from germany, can not speak perfectly english)

I have switch to a low carb diet and doing IMF and I feel great
I simply complete this unique diet regime “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Google it) that was simple and easy to follow along with. I do physical exercise on a daily basis and then attempt to follow diet, however I had been caught up with my weights. Keto is far stricter than this always test after eating and remember foods that cause intollerance and allergies can kick you out of ketosis.

These are mostly nice, but everyone should keep in mind what their target daily calories are, which cannot be too low or too high. If you’re male you should consume 11x(desired weight in pounds) each day, to maintain that weight. Naturally, if you consume that diet, while above that desire weight, you will gradually lose weight. But you have to feel full as well, so you don’t break and eat a bunch of low calorie low filling foods.

im not really sure where her information is coming from, but Im guessing NHS. while I would suggest she stick to referring to this as low carb, the point is if the food fits into your daily macro count, then you can enjoy it and not feel deprived.

This is terrible advice for keto. I suggest you invest in a glucometer and test you own blood pre and post fruit and veg then you will learn what works. an increasing blood glucose post food is a cheaper indicator of coming out of ketosis.
Here i he UK the Keto diet is generally accepted by nutritionists to be high fat, low carb, with lots of whole foods, and pretty clean even to the point where replacement sweeteners are excluded. From there it devolves to low carb, dirty keto, lazy keto, etc. Thanks for the video:)
My joy to take “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) fat loss program is at all time high. My very own diet plan and my frequency of few exercises wasn`t modified and change. More than a period of 30 days, I dropped about 6 lbs. The strategy has let me consumed less and becoming full is a lot a lot quicker..

Egg yolks are the most nutritious part of the egg, you don’t need to cut the peelings off of fruits and vegetables because they are also nutritious and sometimes more nutritious than the other parts of the vegetables, etc. There are millions of people starving, please stop wasting. Fat doesn’t make you fat, fat is broken down slowly in the body. Sugar and simple carbohydrates are what make you fat, etc.

These are great receipts but it has already been proven that fat is not bad for you, fat does not make you fat, etc. Also, the egg yolk is the most nutritious part and science has now proven that they were wrong about the egg yolk being bad for you because of cholesterol. Science is catching up, so people need to keep up also. Sugar, empty calories, simple carbohydrates, the lack of vitamins and minerals, the lack of exercise, things like that make you fat, not fat. Fat is broken down slowly in the body so it slowly releases energy, and the body has to work harder to turn fat into energy, so it does not make you fat.

I appreciate this video very much!! I was doing very strict keto hardly any carbs at all.. My sugar bottomed out and I went by ambulance to the er with a blood sugar of under 65.. They made me eat a glucose tube in the ambulance.. I am now trying to do a “modified keto ” is what I’m calling it.. This morning I ate eggs with two slices of bacon cooked in butter and a little cheese and ate a small granny Smith apple.. Trying to keep it very low carb and none processed carbs but keep myself from bottoming out.. So thank you for these tips!!!

How do you know what goes with what, create a list that doesn’t require 18 different veggies, doesn’t waste them, and they go together. Timing too, what step is first ECT…so everything is done at same time.
