When I was eating a whole footlong sub before work with a cookie and a bag of chips then snacking all night at work and eating a 1,500+ fast food calorie packed meal for dinner it caused me to gain about 2 lbs a week. I walk about 2-4 miles a day with my job, so that’s a factor too. The diet I did will put you at 1200-1400 calories a day and you’ll lose fast.

An average human weighing 180 lbs would burn 655 calories for an hour of jumping jack. Now you could burn more or less depending on your weight and intensity, however that would also mean that it would be hard for someone to accomplish this task and keep up for more than 5 hours. This honestly does work guys I lost two pounds in just one day and I feel great. What I did was only eat one egg in the morning, ate all kinds of fruits like bananas, mangos, oranges, rasians, and grapes the whole day, and just drank water all day, and for my cardio I layered up in hoodies and did an intense work out for 30min (I worked on the whole body) then right after I took a hot shower. I weighed myself in the morning and I was 131.2 and at night I weight myself and I was at 128.8, hope this works for y’all too.

Water and no fast food. You can still eat sweets and the weight will fall off. No exercise is needed. You have to stick to water and cook your meals. It’s worth it.
you can’t choose where these lbs come from…fat and or lean mass. So, it is important to mention BCAA’s and slowly lowering calories. The body takes from muscles and fat.
