I normally do 40 minutes low intensity bike training, and then 20 min dumbbell lifting (20 min bike, 10 min dumbbell, the 20 min bike again, then finish of with 10 min dumbbell) and drink water and 3 healthy meals normally consisting of rice as that’s easy and healthy to cook. is this all right

It’s absolutely the best because it’s the one you can stick with the easiest. If I’m tired when I get home, I’ll go to bed and wake up around 02:00 and ride my bike for 90 minutes. Then, I’ll shower and go right back to sleep. Nothing else is close to being that convenient.
Get a Deskcycle where you can pedal while on the computer and wasting your time on, say, Youtube. Turns kinda wasting your time into something productive. Really amazing results.

I used to ride between 200-250 miles per week consistently for maybe 18 months and honestly I didnt lose all that much weight..id say 30ish lbs. The shape of my body changed..ie..less fat more muscle..but my weight didnt change all that much. People focus on the wrong things…if you lose 10 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle you lost no weight but you are getting in better shape. A few lbs may not even be actual weight loss from your body you could just be dehydrated. Not trying to ddiscourage anyone at all… the opposite actually… the goal should be fitness all around not just losing weight. Someone can weigh 120lbs an be in piss poor shape compared to someone twice their weight who is muscled. Im kind of ranting…just stay focused and pay attention to the shape of your body and youll get where you want to be!

yes, I know what you mean when you say that… happens to me from time to time…. I go from toned to not overweight, but soft (for me that’s anything above 11.5 stone)….. and that feels uncomfortable… uncomfortable sitting… feels much better to have a toned body… much, much more comfortable.
As I’m a distance runner I always do 1hr cardio daily… if I can’t run it will be exercise bike…. I’ll also walk 5k on top… but that’s just maintenance. Despite that, if I”m not careful it is still poss to gain weight. What I have found is the most rapid and efficient way to shove it off again is to fast morning and noon… just miss lunch and break for a few weeks and your body gets used to it in all ways… and the weight drops off like a rock. Good thing is you don’t feel hungry or tired after a time…. you can keep training too.

I should had made a video like this. I was kinda fat had a belly and man boobs. I started biking everyday for an hour for months, and lost alot of fat. I lost my man boots and got a flat stomach. I lost 6kg in 4 weeks by cycling. It was 1-2 hours a day. Went from 86-80kg. Half of them was intense / another half endurance.
I discovered this workouts a week ago:) Love it:) In a week I `ve lost 5 pounds by doing this for two days and for one day of jumping jacks (another workout of this awesome man). I didnt diet strictly. However I put a vege or frut to every meal. I am going to do this for at least one more week.

I went for the bike goal. I did one of ur 40 min advance work out today now watching this but i wont watch it tmr ill do it. Is it ok do 401h training 4 days a week for loosing 22pounds? How long u think can take as i am 136pounds myself? I dont mind to stay around 130 as long as muscles are taking over the volume of the fat

You would find it alot easier if you positioned your feet properly on the pedals. You should get some proper cycling shoes and clip in. All the best

Weird question I have: 30+10+20+10 equal 1 minute 10 seconds per round, 10 rounds equal 11 minutes forty seconds, 3 sets equal 35 minutes. If this is a 35 minute hiit workout, which is a great workout by the way. Why is the video 1 hour long? Did I miss something?
