Thanks to everyone who is taking their time to read this testimony on how my son was cured from Autism, he was diagnosed four years ago, and he is now 6, I have tried several treatments and medications on him, nothing is working out and I am so frustrated. I keep praying to God and finally God answered my prayers, someone from no where walk to me and told me he want to tell me about this doctor he has knew for years now from his own
country, after everything I took the contact of the doctor and called and I was so surprised it was a female and I explained my son condition to her, she asked for my home address and the next day I got a tracking number or a parcel sent to me through dhl from Doctor Stella, after four days I received the parcel, I opened and found a liquid herbal medicine and some herbal medicine grinded and I found a letter containing the instructions on how to use this medicine, I called her and thank her so much and she told me we should thank God for everything, the next morning I started giving my son the medicines and after one week I was seeing a great changes in him and I continue until the medicine finish and everything last for just one month and a week, now my son is free from Autism, he can now talk clearly, behave normal and no seizures anymore. Help me thank Doc Stella for this and you can also connect with her on [email protected] gmail.com and [email protected] yahoo.com
I’m a picky eater I hate eating soft food such as pudding jello mashed potatoes the inside of bread
Looking at the table full of citrus I have to chuckle a bit,.. turns out every (autistic) gut is a bit different, just like most normal guts too. Personally, I sacrificed a lot of my favourite exotic fruits and I got a lot of lifequality back, for some people it might be gluten or a specific sort of gluten, but what is generaly considered healthy often is not for people with gut disorders (and as such, for people with autistic development disorder). I also know of a case in my environment in which a person is getting along with “industrial trash” food rather than “better quality industrial trash” because of Sorbit. It really is ones own riddle to solve. For the general population the familybackground might be a good indicator for what is working though.

I’m still a ‘picky eater’ to most people at over 30, but I don’t notice it in my own home because I avoid foods I hate. I’m a super taster and hate anything bitter and can taste some flavors most people can’t. Sometimes it’s about finding what you like instead of your parent’s tastes. I never liked salad as a kid, but I found out that I like all the salad dressings my parents don’t.
Things I won’t eat: raw tomatoes, coconuts, nuts, dried fruit, butternut squash, raw peanuts (peanutbutter is fine), exotic lettuces as they tend to be bitter, super spicy things, curry, crab, sushi, Indian food,
Things I love: cilantro (I know, weird for a super taster), most pastas, any form of potato, Mexican food, Chinese food, Brazilian food, broccoli (you have to cook it right), carrots, onions in everything, salmon,
If you don’t like the popular things, people will just think you are being picky to be picky, but you can still eat healthy as long as you aren’t super restricted to what you will eat!
I’ve heard a lot about magnesium and how it has helped their child with autism or ADHD or both so I was wondering if there are any of you who use it and what would you recommend?
What was the name of the book she was talking about? I didn´t see it in the description box
PLz aviod fungus food also, you will see the tremendous change. Let him eat flex seeds and walnut instead of almonds or almonds milk. Use coconut oil and flex seed oil as much as you can. Coconut milk.
Keep in mind there is no cure for autism however there are treatment methods
My baby is going to 4months and he refuse to take formula milk cerelac even breastfeeding. He dont like what to do for the baby
I have searched YouTube for how to get autistic child off the bottle. I couldn’t find anything. How were you able to transition your child to drink from cup?
I have similar video on my YouTube channel. I am child specialist. I wish that you will review it. Thanks
My mom made me not a picky eater by telling me “if you dont want to eat anything fine dont go in the kitchen and dont ask me for food when you are hungry”. I did not eat much because I was picky but I eventually got hungry and just ate whatever. Yeah I threw a fit but my mom just said “I told you didn’t I”. Sometimes moms just have to step up and become the boss and not give in.
Yes I agree with all of that, we wanted to try the “Gaps” diet. It also is chicken and bone broth to start. I did not have success. It would have had to be a force feed which we all know is more damaging that good. Or a complete starvation until he tried it, is what I was told.
Omg, I’m just watching this video, and It give me some sort of hope for my 3 year old son! He doesn’t speak, but he is really independent and Im going to change his diet all the way, to gluten free, wheat free and dairy free.. I have a question, I live in a country named Venezuela, here we don’t have access to goat milk, I could replace cows milk for almond milk?
You may be interested in Judy Satori’s work with autism. Thank you for your videos. Helpful. Great ful.
My baby doesn’t want to eat solids only his milk what do I do I’ve been telling the doctor and she’s like leave the plate for him to eat and this and that NOTHInG works!!!!! He gags when I put it in his mouth he refuses it he’s 11 months
I,m so glad to watch your video. I need to change my son diet now. Thanks a lot❤
My son is 4 and only eats Pbj sandwich with any bread.. I just cant seem to get him to eat anything else…
Thank you for this informative video. Please can this help my 15 years autistic child who have evry limited speech please?
I’m an undiagnosed “autistic” 20 year old and Veggies and most fruits make my immediately act like I’m goring to throw up. I tried eating ships (or fries) and it somehow tasted bitter and I immediately spat it out.
My daughter eat creamy cheese with everything EVERYTHING chips macaroni rice toast with spoons is it okey?!!! She hate fruit any type of fruit am stuk with multivitamins
Over time I’ve discovered that most, not all, kids are more likely to eat something or try something new if it’s cut into small and/or fun shapes. My 11 year old stepson has been the worst…he won’t touch a ham and cheese sandwich but if I use my little shape cutter sandwich maker he will eat a whole plate of them
Thanks for sharing madam. People are really suffering due to lack of knowledge especially here in Africa
My Son is 8 and will ONLY drink milk!!! So He started to become extremely overweight to the point where He couldn’t run or play comfortably So I switched Him to Almond Milk and That went Great!!! And like I herd U mention in one of ur videos That once ur Son stopped drinking cow’s milk He was able to think clearly! Well other than almond milk He ONLY EATS a cracker/cookie, It’s like a animal cracker. But He will only eat the animal cracker at school He won’t really eat them at home. He just drinks cup after cup Over and Over till He goes to bed. I sneak vitamins into His almond milk to help Him get the nutrition He needs. I also put ground up flax seed in His milk To help Him poo regularly cuz He is Allways backed up.
Decreasing the bodies inflammation really helps and I went to a naturapath and it got rid of my hay fever and nearly all my gut issues. Going plant based was the best thing I ever did as well as being gluten free.
Thank you Laura….I have 6 kids and the rule is you eat what’s put in front of you and be grateful for it. My mom made us sit at the table until our meal was done. She sat at the table with us and need or payed bills….but she was consistent and SHE won every battle. The results are people loved having us over as a family and individually and we would eat everything put in front of us. We would thank the hostess for taking the time to fix us a meal. We all turned out fine, and had respect for our parents, and their rules, and their love…..
As for you picky adults, grow up and get over yourselves.”I don’t like this” or “I only eat that made a certain way”. Y’all will be doomed if there’s ever food shortage due to climate change or war.
Might also want to check out Dr. Sebi, Patrick Delves and Jason Vale. Big agriculture and big pharma do not want us to get well! This info has been out there for yeeeaaarrrrsssss.
Any moms looking for advice for your child’s autism, PLEASE listen to me!
This makes absolutely no sense. I am a young woman struggling with autism, and I have an “anything I feel like” diet, and I’m doing wonderfully. Wanna know my secret? Counselling, researching to understand more about my diagnosis, reading books directed towards people with autism, and just experiencing life as I live it. Foods will not alter something that is engrained in a person’s brain during the womb! If it were that simple, kids with downs-syndrome could be “fixed” with food. It doesn’t work that way. I promise you, raising a child with autism is not always as difficult as people like to claim. There is no “special” way to raise any child. Just love them, support them, and feed them what is recommended by doctors! Do not put them on special diets. They can grow up to be even more picky than what’s normal for a child with autism. My parents raised me and my sister almost identically (My sister doesn’t have autism) and we both did very well. The only difference was our social interactions, which is to be expected. If you have any questions, please ask me! I will most likely be able to help you!
Hi, my 7 yo son was diagnosed yesterday. This has been so useful, I have always noticed how when my son has lots of bread especially in the morning he seems more out of control. I will definitely be considering gluten free. He has always had issues with dairy and I was referred to a dietician when he was a baby. The dietician warned me against using goats milk because it’s still mammal milk and has a very high percentage chance of having issues with that aswell. We give him oat, rice, cashew or almond whatever is on offer

Vary interesting.
I’m thrilled to find your channel and I’m excited to help my son improve with his verbal and social communication skills. It’s hard to find genuine information on autism, especially from UK based families. Thank you so much!
Do you have a video on a food haul for your little man? Would love to see the products and what the packaging looks like for me to get at the store!!
FMT helps the gut and the NHS has reported 50% of the autism systems have reduced. Has anyone tried this treatment
Fruit and vegetables contain other nutrients which cannot be completely replaced by a multi-vitamin. Using the “small and gradual” approach, my wife got our fussy autism eating son to eat certain vegetables, e.g. spinach mixed with chicken, pumpkin mixed with rice, etc. And certain foods like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana, avocado, watermelon he eats whole. Also he prefers her cooking to anyone else’s as well. Also fruit smoothies can be used to hide some blended vegetable ingredients as well.
Your video are a god sent and i want to thank you for sharing all that you have. It’s helping me out with my little one. I really can’t thank you enough. Much love ❤
It is quite simple in my house. My kids have the right to say they don’t like what I have cooked, but they do not have the right to ask for something different. Eat what is there or don’t eat at all until the next meal. No snacks as fillers either. I will never be a short order cook for my kids. There will always be plenty of variety and nutritious food for them, it is their choice to either eat it or not.
Sorry if you already answered this (I didn’t see this question in the comments), but at what age did you stop feeding him gluten and dairy?
Your videos are so helpful and you are very well spoken! We have three kids and they aren’t too picky over all, but my middle child can be quite picky about certain things. He’s daunted by certain spices and stews where everything is mushed together. It’s definitely psychological, so if we can be positive and help distract him at the table, he does better. Thanks for the tips!
So cool, I did my internship at autism centre, I miss my student.

can you help commenting on my video please. This is to spread awareness about autism especially in Malaysian society.
This is also for my Medical Anthropology class.:)
I have tried this route with very few success. But you really motivate me now as I realise I might have expected too much too quick
when i was about 5 i was very picky to the point that i didn’t eat and when i was in 4th grade i was 45 pounds
Have you read the Nemechek Protocol written by Dr Nemechek about the diet and how to “cure” (it’s more like relieve autistic traits and symptoms) autism? It’s great and it helped so many families
It’s weird they say that, my daughter has a milk allergy. She has a terrible time with her tummy. Her autism assessment is in 2 weeks time. It’s pretty obvious in her. So I’m just expecting for them to confidently what I’ve already known.
We found probiotics early…. But I had no idea that different probiotics do different things. I don’t know if you have looked into the different strains. L.Ruteri https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5917019/
And also b. infants has had positive results too. But I am sure I may be speaking to the choir.
Just discovered your videos! Did you witness a change in your child after he was vaccinated?
You are such a strong mother, I respect you for you hard work and patience as such young mother at the time when you had autistic child. Now, I know very well what you went through because my sisters is going through exactly same things, feeding problem, her relationship with her husband, she doesn’t trust and let anyone else to look after her autistic child, she thinks no body can understand her child as she does. This has affected everyone”s life in the family even mine, I feel sorry for my sister seeing her suffering so much, I try to help as much as I can but Such hard a job.
I just think as parents or any other family member you have to accept that life will always be challenging with autistic child in the family, you have to be patient and strong to deal with it and be prepared for any challenge while they grow older.
What if a kid is allergic to a certain type of food and that’s what you’re making for dinner. You can make them something else where are you right
Not sure if you have seen Dr Bognor’s work with his son? Take a look
I am sorry to ask you but than what should i give him to eat? He do not eat vegetables without roti(bread). He is very picky… he dont like much of milk though.. what kind of milk can i use to replace cow milk?
Ive just seen some of videos of ur boy with autism as my daughter got Autism and 5 years old and over place and boyfriend autism as well but he very able its crazy but both like they cheese and chocolate I do agree with the diet but its been hard getting fruits as she when baby she anything now ahe up and down but its good doing that for ur boy as the mums knows they own child.its changing everyday but we get though it as long u can be clam and Patient with ur child and go to down the level and understand them. I just think they minds a toddler well that what girl like at the minute she trying say words not all what dos if she wants something she look at u and glad ur hard and take u to wherever she wants to go or wants but I kindly know now. She loves ipad and learns lot from it its not alleays easy ur trying best thats can do.
I bought that book it’s really interesting. My daughter has ASD too, she is 3 years old and I have tried to do gluten and casein free, but is so hard because, she doesn’t want other kind of milk.can you do a video about gluten and caseine free recipes? Please
We had to do this for our child with ADHD! Dairy and gluten free here too. Please look into glutamate and GABA neurotransmitter imbalances and its relation to autism. Autism, anxiety and ADHD have similar functioning in the brain and if there is a family history it is genetic. I found a lot of info online about glutamate in foods and GABA dysfunction. Bone broth has a lot of glutamate in it for example so is not recommended.

Drink 1 litres of Silica water for 12 weeks. Dr Chris Exley this method may help improve there behaviour as it leaches Aluminium out of their brain and body, they have found very high levels of Aluminium in there brain in autopsy. When they inject rats with the same levels of Aluminium to simulate the schedule in vaccines given to babies/children, the rats behaviour pattern charge immediately and the when they cut their brain open they found brain damage. Dr Shaw refer Youtube.
CBD oil changed my sons life:) my 11rd old son is high functioning and had trouble sleeping and also with major meltdowns… He also had pre-seizure brain activity until I put him on CBD oil every night 30 mins before bed! Not only did it help him sleep better it brought his brain activity back to completely normal it also helps with anxiety and any other things
My son is severely autistic. Partially verbal and struggles with eye contact. We just started getting him off of gluten and dairy yesterday. His eye contact is improving already even within less than 24 hours. I called his name and he approached me and looked at me the entire time he was walking up to me. I am shocked. He never looks at me when I call his name
Its wonderful to be able to relate to such a warm honest family.
i have heard about this “autism diet”. i just dont know if we should try that out, as my son eats a lot of veggies and fruits and doesnt have any tummy issues caused bygrain or milk. his diet is pretty healthy but it contains gluten and dairy ( hes a cheese lover). would u stiöl rec. a change in diet?
Is this just Dylan’s diet or does the whole family eat what he does?
Please purchase the book Gut and Psychology Syndrome: Natural Treatment for Autism. Its the GAPS diet by Natasha Campbell-McBride.
Check out Lyndsy Moffatt on Facebook. Her son was severely autistic (thru a vaccine injury). However, she completely recovered him using the GAPS diet and other holistic modalities.
Last, please read “How to end the Autism Epidemic” by JB Handley if you haven’t already done so.❤
Praying for complete restoration in your family!
“Influence ON their parents and caregivers”?!?! You’re no expert.
What kind of butter do you put on Dylan’s toast if he is dairy free?
I can really relate to your story. My son is 7 and on the spectrum. He didn’t sleep thru the night till he was around 4years old. That was when we took him totally off dairy. He also started talking and not having diarrhea all the time. I love watching your videos!
The most important intervention for all children is avoid all wireless radiation
Have you ever thought of taking him off all grain. I recomend dr.osborns no grain no pain
I struggle to eat in public. I am not too concerned about what i eat. Well actually that may not be exactly true. I eat a wide range of things that i have encountered before and can identify. I am actually not real happy to try new things. But maybe that is pretty “normal”
Omg it is like I’m looking into a mirror ;). My son never had normal poop and at 3 we removed gluten, milk and soy and he became a different kid, started speaking, sleeping better, no temper tantrums and his autism just became so much manageable for him…
He won’t eat food that me or his dad didn’t cook either and has very specific foods he eats but something is better than nothing!
Doctors tell us the same when we say diet did a lot, even family don’t get it ;(
With my kids I discovered it wasnt the gluten it was the folic acid that made their autism worse. Nearly all wheat/grain based foods are artificially enriched with certain B vitamins (but all include folic acid). When we removed wheat/grain based foods they got better, then a specialist recommended we give them B-complex vitamins and specifically stated we should try the methylated B vitamins. So we did. Well, within a day or two they became completely mental. Raging, violent, their autism symptoms got worse, and they began regressing. We stopped the B vitamins and in a few days they got better. I decided to administer single B vitamins to see which was the culprit. And it was folic acid. It didnt matter if it was folic acid, folate, methylfolate, or follinic acid. All the forms of folic acid made them worse. Much much worse. Vitamin B12 also made them feel worse but not as bad as the folic acid did.
To test the theory out further I went on the hunt for non-enriched, unadulterated, pure organic whole wheat. Literally just pure whole wheat directly from field to stone-mill to burlap bag. (Which is not easy to find, since nearly 100% of all the flour out there is enriched). And I decided to make homemade bread with it (like our ancestors did) and see what effect it would have on them. I didnt know what to expect. I gave them the bread, waited, nothing. No issues. No changes, no digestive disruption, nothing. I knew then, it wasnt the gluten, it was the folic acid, and they shove folic acid into everything. Even in gluten-free foods and foods you would never imagine them putting it into. Anything grain based, anything carb-heavy, has external folic acid added to it. They literally add it to dairy products too, under the label the general name of “vitamins”.
So if you have autistic children, try it. Remove all folic acid enriched foods and all all folic acid heavy foods and you’ll see in a few days they will begin to change. Ours dramatically changed when folic acid was removed. But the problem is folic acid stays a long time in the body so if there is a folate overload in the body it takes a long time to flush, and there is no information available on how to encourage or speed up the elimination of it.
My son has life-threatening allergies (diagnosed anaphylaxis) from dairy, egg, nut & sesame, so, he already is totally dairy-free & a terrible health freak! Hates junk food. But what do you think of CBD oil? Is the oil particularly good for autistic children’s health?
“He had colic, he never slept through the night, he was on formula milk. I didn’t breastfeed him because I didn’t really know anything about it, I was ONLY 25 at the time”……….
New mothers, please read books about nursing while pregnant. Plan and educate yourself how you will feed and nurture your child once they arrive. Nutrition is important. While in utero, when they’re newborns, toddlers and all through life.
25 years old is not young (old enough to give birth;old enough to feed your newborn). Its not complicated and you don’t need to know much. Your body does all the work, and baby is born wanting to suckle at something, simply place them at the breast.
Proper nutrition is VITAL, also staying away from neuro-toxins such as Aluminum and Mercury which are injected at birth, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 18, 24, and 36 months old in multiple doses.
I’m here for my little brother, he’s nine and got diagnosed with autism at three
These videos are so informative. You’re such a positive Mummy! Can’t wait for next weeks episode
I think a big thing nowadays are the difference between the clinical perspective on autism and the autistcic view on autism.
From the clinical aspect, we are not normal… thus our behavior is seen as a problem. From the autistic perspective the world just doesn’t include our diversity of behaving.
This is something that includes every aspect of our lives not just food. As autism is rooted in a major way of our being and thus the way we show it. Our behavior. If a supermarket would have dimmed lights, not music, lesser amount of bright colored packeging, more space, fewer people, etc. Going to supermarket would not be a problem for most autistic people. So the current way of setting up a supermarket is not inclusive to the way we are.
So when I read about autism in a clinical matter. Research on food and autism. I take it with a grain of salt. In the clinical aspect our bowels are the problem. While when we arrange the food in a way way could change a supermarket our bowels are no longer a problem. And the’n dont effect us as much. Which in our turn results into having the energy to do other things that take energy.
Also research is always a very limited piece of diving into a certain problem. It is not possible to actually research everything with all the variations. That is why a reserach always has bounderies. Also reserach is not always the truth. It is the closest truth that with the data and knowledge we have now. So again take reserach with a grain of salt. It works for Dylan! That is what matters!
There is a bit of a chance Dylan might get used to more and more. It might not. Introducing new food (tastes and textures) is the way to go! Slow is good! I hope my experience can give you some hope. I used to eat nothing. These days I don’t eat; chocolate, sprouts and really strong fish. That is pretty much it.:)
Quick question your son Dylan what does he play on his iPad? I always wanted to ask you this question because I don’t know if I should start letting my son play with his iPad or not bc I am not sure what apps or Learning activities he should use
also do you know if you need to be careful about using things like lotions ect. with gluten in them? Thanks!:)

Micro biome gut bugs in you TEDTalk is amazing for this truth. But it goes deeper humans aren’t meant to consume cow breast milk and only ate meat for survival.
If you are reading this and you are considering putting your autistic child on a GFCF diet, DON’T. When I was 4 my parents did it and I absolutely hated it. None of the GFCF food was good and was always inferior compared to the food everyone else ate. I remember being socially ostracized during other classmates’ birthdays at school because I was the only one who didn’t get eat the cake. Fortunately my parents stopped after a few years because they learned it was dangerous. Unless you have a serious medical condition that makes it that you cannot eat gluten or casein, do not go GFCF because it can cause health issues such as brittle bone and kidney damage.
Know what else works? Making the kids eat whatever you put in front of him or he goes hungry. Stop coddling your damn kids and force them to eat or they can go hungry
Mine eats the same foods: pizza, bread, yogurt, cheese, nuggets, eggs, some rice with soy sauce, some pediasure, and lots of chips and snacks and……….still skinny as a walking skeleton lol
I’m underweight cuz I was picky from age 4-10. During this time, I remember sitting at the diner table for more than 2 hours straight, not taking a single bite out of my food. My mom would frustrated, yelling at me to eat my food, trying to get me to eat it. I eventually grew out of it after I turned 11, thankfully.
Finally found this video. Great tips! I’ll give them a try. You would think since I have 8 kids I would be better at this, I think I got a little too laid back with making them eat what was on their plates. Hopefully I can start to change that around.
I don’t have any kids of my own, but, I have a niece who will be 20 in December who I haven’t seen since she was 4. She was an EXTREMELY picky eater(not sure if she still is or if she actually grew out of that stage. I really hope she out grew it!)Absolutely refuses veggies and fruits and will tantrum the entire time screaming and crying “I DON’T LIKE IT!” repeatedly to get out of eating veggies and fruits/healthy foods. If it’s not a veggie or fruit, she ate it. The only “Veggie” she’d eat was fries from McDonalds. I tried gettig her to eat mashed potatoes once when I used to lvie with her and her two brothers, but she refusedeven when I told her they’re just like fries only mashed and both are made of potatoes. She refused to believe me. So it was a constant struggle to get her to eat her veggies and fruits, even when I’d tell her I want her to at least try them and try to get her to eat 2-3 bites, even veggies and fruits shes never ever hadshe refused to try them. For kids like her, and any I may run into in the future like if babysit, how would i go about getting them eat when they’re as stubborn as she was? I feel the only way she would have eaten veggies and fruits is if they were very well hidden and she had no idea she was eating them because they are well hidden. If she sees them, she refuses.
My son is now 6 and still doesn’t eat fruit or vegetables he gags just looking at them he has his fathers taste buds
I grew up being an extremely picky eater. I would eat nothing but cereal. And now karma bit me in the butt cuz now my daughter is one too. I just wanted to say sorry to my mama
I’m doing what my parents used to do. Mix veggies into their dishes and smoothies. My siblings and I never became picky. My mom made these delicious stuffed spinach pies with homemade bread and that was one of my favorite snacks as a little kid. Carrots became my favorite snacks too. It’s all about introducing them in a fun way. My mom made shapes and made our food look fun to eat. Ants on a log. Remember that? Spread some nut or seed butter in a celery stick topped with raisins or any sweet dried fruit. So yummy! The only vegetable I couldn’t get into was brussel sprouts. Even when she made it with bacon and cheese or tossed finely in a spring salad or roll, I was all “No.” But I’ll eat everything else.
Hey!! Just one thing I had learned in my life… I m from India and we eat wheat everyday… As per to ayurveda, don’t drink water after having any meal.. especially anything contain gluten n carbs…. It will stop the process of digestion and the food get stuck in the walls of intestine… Only after 50 mins of having one should drink water or other liquid…may be this can help in making digestion n gut strong
My 2 years old son doesnt want to eat rice or meal he wants junkfood
His getting so thin
I try two vitamins for him just to want to eat meals but he dont want to eat and he eats only like banana and oranges but not his meal idk what to do anymore. Its so frustrating
Thank you, as an American it’s nice to see something and know it’s actually medicine.
Easy fixed. You just dont give them anything else until they eat what is put in front of them.my parents used to make us go to bed hungry if we didn’t eat what they provided. I’m forty six and I’m still quote healthy. I’m also easy to feed.
Used to be one when i was five but i stopped at the age of 8
My children are not overweight or have any extra fat (like normal lean kids), but they eat more in quantity than us in our 40ies. We always cook for us complex things, we like to experiment with tastes, kids love the smell of our dishes but stick to their basics (steak, pasta, broccoli, salad)
1:55 I Had Instructions For My Adhd And Yes Like 1:55 like otherwise like I did when said otherwise sorry for personal info
I learned some medical schools offer no nutritional training, and those that do, medical students receive less than 24 hours and it’s often based on meat-dairy-egg industry-funded misinformation. There is a group of doctors, though, who are trying to change that: The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, pcrm.org and their website may have some information about nutrition and autism.
Re animal milk: humans are built to be weened from mammalian milk. We are the only species that continues to drink animal milk beyond natural weening as well as the only animal that drinks milk from another species. The casein (milk protein) and mammalian estrogen are among things our human bodies shouldn’t be ingesting and are causing a host of health problems (lactose intolerance is the norm, for example, for most of the world and a genetic mutation for those who can tolerate it). Anyway, all that to encourage you (and everyone) to switch to plant milk. Some studies are investigating if cow milk is associated with autism. There’s not enough info to be definitive, though.
Whole-food, plant-based eating also helps the gut microbiom along with the probiotics.
Sorry so long… I hope some of this helps you like it has helped us. ❤️
My daughter used to eat slow and a variety of healthy food. But now she eats super fast, she stuffs her mouth with too much food that she can even swallow and she became very picky I’m really worried about it.
Every kids are different… my daughter used to eat broccoli and olives like an ice cream at 2 but she doesn’t like it broccoli now at 4 only olives.. so stop this kinda videos
Its so crazy how relatable your videos are! Is Dylan still on gluten free/dairy free diet now?
Bullshit. If your kid is picky, they can either eat what’s in front of them or they can go hungry. Hunger always wins. They’ll eat. Stop coddling these ungrateful little yuppie larvae.
Could try my dads approach when I was a kid. He would start by reminding me very loudly how many kids have not got nothing to eat, then call me a little swine, then give my dinner to the dog. It worked, in the end I ate what I was given. He was one of those people who grew up in the UK in WW2 and did go hungry at times, so hence this approach.
prof-sounding video but offered little in terms of substance/advice other than go see your doctor if you’re unsure about their nutrition. Note that doctors typically have less than 1 day nutritional training in all their years at medical school (-Dr Michael Greger). As parents; you must ensure they are getting the right amount of nutrition and calories, good fats and so on while avoiding toxic foods as much as possible. Even if the video suggested food pouches (blended fruits and vegetables) to supplement nutrition; I would have been impressed.
I noticed kids with autism high or low functioning get their way. The parents today let the children run the household I seen many YouTube channel is where the kids are freaking out they get a cookie or they get Dunkin’ Donuts and there’s about 15 people trying to cater to this child’s needs. I don’t know if that is good for the future because you’re giving them false sense of security that everybody’s going to kiss somebody. And the reality is that’s not how the world works. If we didn’t eat with my mom and we went to bed hungry regardless if we had bipolar disorder depression whatever. I feel that kids with needs as in just need extra help really get more privileged more. More opportunities than other children. And I don’t know if that is considered to be fair many kids go hungry but I noticed children with autism get a pick and choose what they wanna eat and I don’t understand that. Is it because the parents feel guilty because their child has autism so they’re trying to make every bit of their life experience awesome? I’m not trying to sound rude but I just noticed that parents today the children run the household..
Thanks for sharing I am about start gluten free diet for my son.. this week..
All you parents with picky kids that have nothing wrong with them need to get over yourselves. There’s nothing stressful about this. You just let your kids call the shots and then complain on YouTube.Stop enabling them.
Stress is having a kid allergic to mostly everything and having to find restaurants that don’t use said allergen.
Stress is not your spoiled kids only eating this or that. You let them get away with that.
Fruits taste disgusting to me except for apples, pears, bananas and grapes. But I love vegetables
my cousin eats chicken steak broccoli chocolate crossaints, and chocolate milk she’s 8 i got her to eat mac and cheese turkey and watermelon today but she was so “sad” to eat food she didn’t like
Well my daughter is 3. Every time we have dinner she says eew and refuses to eat what is in front of her. She has never even eaten a green vegetable! But today when I went to daycare this morning they informed me that she’s the best eater they have! That she eats everything that they put in front of her and never complains! EVEN GREEN VEGETABLES! When she got home from daycare I asked her why she eats at day care and not at home and she says that because when she doesn’t eat her food we give her Cheerios and that’s what she wants! Kids are very honest! Lol I cracked the case! Basically if they know you are going to cave and give them what they want they r going to have the behavior to get the expected results! So needless to say once we realized her understanding of behavior and consequence she either eats what we put in front of her or doesn’t eat. It sounds cruel but after two or three days you’d be surprised how quickly they catch on! I removed all the cereal out of her reach and when she says eew now I take it away and say “no problem!” 2 minutes later she asks for her food back! It’ll take a couple of times but if they realize there is a follow through AND THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A FOLLOW THROUGH things change!
My baby ate so many fruits and vegetables when she first started eating. I remember calling her a “food connoisseur” but then soon after she turned one she started being pickier. The cherry tomatoes she once lived, were now “yucky”. She pretty much just likes breads, pasta, and cheese. She eats few fruits and likes starchy vegetables. I think it’s partly our fault because we’ve become so busy we just cook what we know she will eat. She does like lentil soup though
Thank you! I have a 1 year old and he has been extremely picky at meal times BUT I give him lots of snacks so I’m going to take your advice and cut some of those out!
My 3 years old has only eaten rice, smashed corn, 2%fat milk, pizza, oreo cake, baby Gerber food.
She ate mango as a 6months old and lentils but only that month. That’s all she eats anything else she would throw up and cry so much.:(
My mom and dad are always working. So I’m usually in charge of my sister. She just wont eat vegetables…SHE IS 13 FREAKING YEARS OLD!!!
I stopped cow’s milk and went for almond milk. He has really improved.
I’m no parent, heck, I’m still a child myself, but what my mom did is she said “What do you want, we have (3-5 healthy foods)” Sometimes Id say I’m in the mood for something sweet, and she’d suggest things like cereal or waffles. It was really good because I got to choose, and I still ate healthy. Mom, you’re a genius.
my mom said I loved bananas but now I am 10 and I HATE bananas
Just stop it. It won’t happen in my country which is the us of a basically America is fatland
My brother is almost 10 and he still only eats pizza, and it has to be little cezars he won’t eat Costco or jets. I just want to beat his little ass and shove broccoli down his throat, What a shame, when I was his age I was eating steak and veggies.
My 8 year old son with autism has a food aversion and will only eat processed foods, no vegetables, and only one fruit (bananas). He used to eat almost anything when he was younger, but this list shortened as he got older. I need to find a food therapy program for him, but right now I’m supplementing with probiotics and Pediasure.
My son is three and a half and it’s common knowledge I starve my child because he looks so pale and drastically underweight. I’m considered a terrible mother in the family. I always have food in the house and Im Constantly offering food, hes constantly running around. He refuses, eats very little, and still looks like the rake. Fleshgait child. Sometimes he’ll eat alot all day, then wont eat for a couple days hardly at all. To top it off, he strips naked and runs his skinny butt outside around the yard laughing, feral, child..
Guys remember there is a difference between gagging and throwing up. In order to stop you need to just eat it. Gagging won’t happen if you resist
My son never knows what he wants to eat. When my son gets home from school we buy medium size chips and then he is stuff.
Me: My child gets to eat the food that’s been placed in front of them, eat a P.B. & J. sandwich, or go straight to timeout (or bed).
My son is 2.5 years old and he is VERY picky and particular. He cycles through, Maltomeal, mashed potatos, and (I know, this is bad) ramen noodles as actual meals. And then for snacks he cycles through Ritz crackers, Pringles, light salt potato chips, and applesauce. It’s quite frustrating and I don’t know what to do. When we try to get him to try new foods, he screams and cries like we misused his trust. We can put something in his mouth and he’ll automatically spit it out. Any help or tips would be MUCH appreciated.
My mama just beat my ass until i ate something but okay go off sis
I’m actually 18 soon to be 19 in may yet i still refuse to eat veggies (i will eat a banana or apple every now and then) in anycase though there is probably a good reason why i don’t eat veggies aside from disliking them in general (lets just say one night i was at my babysitters house back in 2011 anyway it was about feb/mar i think anyway so i had kind of always been a picky eater after this incident but in anycase i think the woman tried to force me to eat french fries (i know that is pathetic but i wasn’t to keen on eating fries at the time) in anycase though i spat them back onto my plate and it was eighter “the belt” or finishing the food and i wasn’t going down w/o a fight so i took the belt (keep in mind that i am a rather tough guy) it did hurt yes but i still wouldn’t finish my fries until i figured it would be best just to try and finish them or to throw them away (i know now not to throw my food away but back then you would have to convince me otherwise as i was stubborn back then) but in anycase i was eventually allowed to leave the table and house in general as my mom came back not too long after the whole thing happened of course the babysitter told my mom what had happened and of course my mom was mad at me (which is understandable now but back then i didn’t know why) but i think she was also mad with her i mean yes the two of them were friends (still are) but even so… it was probably in the aftermath where i developed a system (feel free to use if you are a picky eater) basically i call it “The Test” (any food that smells bad can go back to where it came from) (the foods that do pass move on to what is called the looks test) looks test (food that looks good gets a pass and move on to the taste test) taste test (if it tastes good it is good all around and i will probably continue to eat said food) and given that i rarely ever change over time then most likely the list of foods i like will probably stay the same
Children become picky when parents allow it.
Since when does a child know better than an adult what is nutritious for him/her?
Why is it allowed for a child to chose between different foods? Why ask him/her what he/she will eat?
Children should follow parental guidance and never be allowed to rule the roost. They should eat whatever is put before them.
They should eat and drink nothing between meals.Water can be allowed.
Meals should be palatable.
Children eat whatever their mother ate during pregnancy. So if the mother to be hated certain foods her child will do the same.
If the child refuses to eat leave him alone.Do not offer him anything else. When he becomes hungry,he will eat.
Parents should be reasonable when giving children food.A 5yr old ‘s portion should not be that of a 18 yr old’s.
Not true about introducing variety at toddler Ages-not only my own 3 children but every child I’ve watched grow up-Children eat about anything from babies to toddler-it’s just about 2.5-3 they start to make their own choices. Stuff my kids loved as infants an toddlers refuse to eat from 3-12, aging An becoming influenced by others, realizing their taste buds changed-they ate more variety.
When my son regrassed at 18 months he developed very bad constipation that lasted for 8 months. Pain was so bad he cryed and screamed a lot every day. Always blood after pooping because stool was so hard. No diet helped exept this one: no gluten, no kazein, no soy, no eggs, no corn or white rice (gmo), no sugar (only raw honey and maple syrup), no pig meat (very bad to eat), sometimes chicken, nothing with aditives, perservetes, ONLY ORGANIC NATURAL FOOD. Basicaly he is eating a lot of smooties with fruits and vegetabels, potates, some rice, almost no meat, lots of home made juice, almond milk. Also he is on 2 drops of algie iodine, selenium, zink, lots of magnesium, high dose of C vitamin, K2D3 vitamin, B12, and acz zeolit. Also I’m doing metal detox by Anthony William (smootie with spirulina and barley weed). He is still a picky eater but eats a lot. And I’m happy we have no more gut problems (2 normal stools a day now). Also receptive language improved, attantion span improved, we have joint attantion back, always responds to his name now, always has eye contact, very happy and social kid, finger pointing is back, some new words, functional play, imittation more and more. Motor skills very good. Sleeping good. He understands all the simple commands. He has always been outgoing and frandly but now he nows how to play with others and has lots of friends now. Only thing left is potty training, better receptive language and speach and also he has mild tantrums (but then again he is at terrible 2 now). It has been rough road but I’m happy that I see a light at the end of this tunel. I hope this helps someone.
Love Your Sweet Family! & Your Video!!!❤️
I could not understand what you said that you mixed with the Rice?? And what kind of Pasta do you use? My Grandson is Hyper Active (ADHD)! But Only eats PB/J, pasta (Only buttered)apple Smiles, carrots, grapes, watermelon, & is now eating grilled cheese! (Will not eat any kind of meat)! He’s 7 (& the smallest in his class) & I worry about his nutrition & growing Process as I Know you need Protein to Grow!! ❤️
Parents that force feed are idiots. My parents did it, forced food down my throat, literally. Even when I vomited. Now I can’t eat anything at the age of 23. Everything tastes like vomit.
My son use to eat everything but then something happen and now he refuses to eat anything that isn’t bananas and oranges
I thought my child would grow out of it but now he is nearly 9 and still only wants to eat bread it’s so frustrating ♀️

Feeding kids is a pain area for most kids. I guess every parent has a unique way of tackling this issue!
My son doesn’t eat anything he don’t want to eat anything
Great Video my autistic son has severe allergies makes it tough at times no peanut no egg no wheat
When i were like 2 I was a very very very healthy eater, I am now 11 and I am a picky eater. I won’t eat fruit or veg. However, what annoys me is that my friends find fruit and stuff like that delicious and then when I try it, it is disgusting.
I just find it irritating because I’m a picky eater and what people find delicious I find that it tastes very disgusting. To be honest a lot of the food/drinks I can’t have because it hurts my throat/stomach, I get sick or continues throw up until there is nothing in my stomach.
My brother got a separate food from mom many years before she stopped. All through growing up he ate only a few things like pizza and chicken tenders. No idea why.
Yes because we all have the money to serve fresh fruit and veggies at every meal just to throw away
Oh yeah you don’t need food I only need food bcuz it is my life
I’m going to try these tips. My child is an extreme picky eater at 6 years old. He doesn’t eat veggies, meat, or even kids meals (pizza, mac n cheese,Etc) I’ve let him cook with me but he refuses to eat. He gags to the point of
choking when trying new food. So frustrating.
Such a struggle! Great topic. So true each kid is so different! We have 3 and something different works with each of them!
Hi Ms Tara whats ur IG name im searching but i cant find coz i want to watch ur going Live tomorrow so excited.Take Care❤
Yes I never force my kid to finish his food. He eats what he can. Today I am trying him out on hummus. He is a picky eater but he loves garlic in everything I hope that sways him
Im the oposite of picky. I love trying different foods all the time and I perfer making my own food. (Btw Im 11 and started cooking for myself at 9.)
Great tips. I know when I was young…my mother never made us anything separate. I didn’t like brissel sprouts, still don’t, I just ate everything but them. We were never made to eat it if we tried it & still didn’t like it. Of course that’s when families sat down at the table as a family. Lunch was noon, supper was 5:00. If you weren’t there, no snacking or eating later.
Mary
Granny Jacque here, seeing your eldest son giving you a thumbs up for his mince and rice gives me inspiration.
I have a 17 month old grandson who has not been diagnosed yet. But I’m feverishly watching videos like yours.
Getting granny armed and ready, to support, and love on him. Blessings
I made their least desirable part of the meal (yes-usually the green veggie) like an appetizer-it was the first thing in front of them when they were the hungriest. When it was the only choice and they were hungry it started disappearing quickly. And I agree with starting with small portions
