I still don’t get the head and hands angle, because when I try that pose it really hurts my head
I had a hunch that you will do flying pegion after standing pegion. Also the “Yogic Squat” can be called Malasana (posture while excretion) which indicates Indian way of squatting for potty.
It took me 2 weeks of practice to do the headstand, keep in my I’ve been doing regular exercise for 10months now

Thank you thank you thank you! Just started practicing with you a month ago mostly doing 15 min yoga workouts and Pilates workouts. My first goal was to be able to do modified chaturanga and was so intimidated by one leg chaturanga! First time trying this session today, to my surprise, I did that one leg chaturanga flow! I can’t believe how much I increased my strength and flexibility!

This is not that new. She has poor form. The secret to crow isnt just knees. If anything her hands are not activated. Your chest should be activated by simply making sure you elbows are not pointing outward. Her stomach and hips have to be engaged. This is poorly executed. Not complete information

Thank you, you are a super athlete and have done a wonderful job being clear and concise. Accordingly, it will be great to be clear on the real key to these poses core strength. I the absence of core strength these poses are not hard, they are potentially dangerous.
Did it occur to you that people have differently sized hands and heads… I have small hands and they would never stretch to the crown of my head, it is physically impossible. Please think carefully next time.

I tried the crow pose and was able to hold for 2 seconds. The lifting of hip higher to push knee into armpit was excellent tip. I feel so happy and proud.
I thought I was ready for this after 1,5 month of almost every day practise, but no… Side plank is still killing me

This has been one if not the best yoga classes I have ever done I enjoyed and worked hard I have had scoliosis since I was 13 and am now 55 for the last ten years I have been practicing yoga at all levels in and out of gyms and yoga studios hot yoga and other numerous types

Hi! This was my first time trying yoga from a video. I was pretty skeptical whether or not I’d like it. The pace was great. It was slow enough to really explore, yet somehow we managed to fit a whole lot into one hour to make this a true “total body” practice. The cuing was perfect enough direction to know what to do without overwhelming and taking focus away from the poses. I really like how you had the double-screen view for certain poses (like the side bends) to really show the direction of the body’s movement.
This video encourages me to find satisfaction with practices outside of classrooms and inspires me to explore more.Thanks for posting!

I love the way you explain but can someone tell me why why why the music in the background while you’re talking? I could never understand that. Just making noise. Omg! I’ve been doing your yoga videos for years and I ‘ve never been able to do the lotus. I always thought that my knees weren’t fit for that pose. By the end of this video, I was pretty proud that I made an intermediate flow to the end, so I casually tried to do the lotus while sitting just the way you demonstrated and I did it! I didn’t really think it through, I just tried and I did it T.T So there I was with a big smile on my face, full of amazement, and kind of looking like an idiot doing a lotus pose. This was the best vinyasa video I’ve come across so far! I really enjoyed the whole session; it helped that the audio was separate from the person practicing, it made it easier to focus. I just started practicing again after a few years of slacking (thank you shelter in place) and this video offered the perfect level of challenge. I’ll definitely be sore tomorrow but it’ll be the happy/healthy kind of sore. I hope she has more videos!

She is one of the many persons who think that yoga is a “ training “ for cirque du soleil” pity cause this is not yoga. Only poses similar to yoga.. cause yoga is so much more then a head/ hand or what kind of stand

I have started yoga 2 months back. So how long do I need to do dolphin pose to get ready for headstand?

Whoo!! I’ve done this video a few times and it’s really helped me. The first time I struggled to do bird of paradise, but now not only did I do bird of paradise, I actually stopped the video a few times to incorporate some of the harder poses, like flying pidgeon and the split legged variation of side crow!

Yoga can be quite hard on the muscles, it makes it easier to get strong first
This is my favorite class on your channel. It’s such an intense full body workout, but also has the perfect amount of stretching sprinkled throughout. I add a ‘thread the needle’ after each dolphin to stretch my upper back but I always leave this class feeling both refreshed and stronger. Love all your classes, but 4 years strong I come back to this one ❤️. Thank you for all you give us.

in the beginning most of these more advanced postures were impossible for me. 1 year later I can do all of them, only Bird of paradise is still a bit sloppy/foot not extended. Thank you <3

Hello! I am new to your channel. Could you please give me a piece of advice? How can I improve the “bird of paradise” posture? I can stand up and keep my knee bent, but when i try to extend it, i loose balance. I manage to stay up only for 5 seconds. Perhaps i have to improve my splits. What do you saggest?

Thanks to your instructions I was able to move into poses I once found challenging… Crow pose and Eagle pose are still a ways away, I’m not sure why I find the bird poses to be so hard but I’ll get there eventually. Hello, Juliana. I just did this beautiful flow and I felt like I needed to say something: I have never been a big fan of long yoga sessions; I usually do your shorter sessions because I tend to think that I’m wasting my time with all the things I need to do. When I chose to try this flow today and didn’t have much hope; to be honest I thought I would give up mid-practice but I didn’t! And what’s more I did not think about anything else; I just stayed focus, grounded and let me tell you… IT FELT AMAZING. I think that this might have been what I needed to put more effort and time on my yoga journey and I’m so excited!!! I feel so much better now, so at peace… and I needed to thank you, from the bottom of my heart✨
And I like positive energy I’m doing my last session and this 30 days taught me a whole lot have a clear mind and tell people like it is in check them and I check a a b i t h that yesterday I made it crystal clear I didn’t want to be friends with her I didn’t want to have a friendship I didn’t want to be no Besties I said had a new best friend and that me and I made myself very clear I’m glad I got my point across ain’t no friendship ain’t no loyalty ain’t no friendship ain’t no loyalty to that that’s trash yesterday 30 days meditation healing and help me a whole lot have loyal friends and trustworthy and honest honesty is the most important key

Good tip about starting Crow from atop a block. I have not been able to get my knees where they need to be very easily, this sounds like a good way to practice.
