Lemon Blueberry Energy Bites

Instructions. In a food processor, process almonds, lemon zest, juice and honey until smooth (this can take a few minutes). Add in half of the oats and process again until smooth. Move mixture to a bowl and stir in remaining oats and blueberries.
Pulse 3/4 cup of the oats, almonds, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in remaining oats and blueberries. Pinch off tablespoon-size pieces and roll into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.Blend the cashews and coconut together in the food processor until they resemble corn meal. Add the dried blueberries, dates, lemon juice and zest, vanilla, and salt to the food processor. Blend all the ingredients together until they form a rough ball of dough that sticks together when pinched.
Instructions Add the dates, blueberries, and cashews to a food processor and process on high until a sandy texture forms, about 30 Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a plate. Repeat until all the dough has been used. Place the Store in the fridge or freezer for best.

Hi! I made the PB chocolate energy ball (kind of because I swapped the PB for almond butter and the peanuts for almonds) and they turned out great! Very delicious and very easy to make. The only thing was that it was kind of hard to shape them into balls as they kept crumbling (although I think that was my fault since I wasn’t patient enough to soak the dates for 15 min ; I left them soaking for 5 min instead ). Thank you for the recipe! I’ll definitely try the other ones too

Guys. lost crazy amounts of fat does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss method called Fenoboci Diet Plan (google it). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today and so I’ll share the wealth lol.

Once you get the base down, you can basically make any flavors you want.
I made a batch but the mixture was too dry and just WOULDN’T come together. So I added a little bit of coconut oil and filtered water, and it came together beautifully! I am having a few for breakfast. I made a separate batch for my husband,I added peanut butter. They taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so yummy! I love the idea of using dried fruit, it intensifies the taste and keeps the mixture from being too wet!

I’ve made this several times with my daughter,we gave up refined sugar for 30days so this was a staple in our home for snacks and a healthy dessert.
The only thing I would say to make this even better is I warm up some coconut oil and add it to the mixture. It maked it more moist and easier to form also:)

Oh no, another vegan that thinks she’s a chef and put out some cook book. Srsly tho, I’ve been watching these youtoubers that brag about making “healthy” stuff and just throw ridiculous amount of fat and fructose on recipes (nuts, sugary fruits, loads of stevia/agave, avocado…)
Let’s not mention the calorie bombs out there, just like she did with the sprinkles (btw they’re hardly vegan, red food coloring comes from bugs).
Nothing wrong with experimenting new shit, but pls don’t be raising the healthy-recipe low sugar low carbs if you can’t adress them. I wish people would be more responsible with public content and nutritional values

Chia as much as you want
Small bit of cocoa powder (optional)
Let sit in fridge for 1 hr then make into ball the another 30 min

Hi. What can i substitute the dates and shredded coconut with?
Like the conscious approach to ingredients. For those who suffer with acne, hormonal acne, where diet hugely impacts, what could we use as an alternative to oats please as oats/wheat etc is a no-no for me:) dates are also high GI which cause spike in insulin. I wondered how to blend berries (blue and black berries are low GI) but how to make them into a binding solid treat? Maybe almond yoghurt bark, flavored.
