Running 30 Minutes A Day For 30 Days And This Is What Happened
Video taken from the channel: Cookie
Week 1: Day 1: After a 5-10 minute warm-up with a brisk walk, begin your run/walk intervals. Run at an easy pace for 1 minute, Day 2: Run at an easy pace for 1 minute, then walk for 4 minutes. Repeat that sequence 3 times. Try to work on using Day 3: Rest. (Learn about the importance of rest.
Total Run Distance = 4 miles. Run for one mile at an easy pace, then run up hill for 1/4 of a mile at a fast pace. Run back down the hill at a slow enough pace that you can catch your breath. Repeat three times for a total of four hill repeats. After you’ve completed four.
Injuries = sad runners. Don’t be a sad runner. Learn how to train for speed and how to run faster this month!
First: Know Your Baselines & Pick a Goal Pace In order to run faster, you need to know how fast (or not-so-fast) you already run right now. That’s where pace comes in. Pace, or running pace, is minutes per mile. So if you run 1 mile.To begin this program, you only need to be able to run for one minute at a time.
Using a run/walk method, which alternates between intervals of running and intervals of walking, you’ll work your way up to running continuously for 20 minutes in 30 days.If you’re already a runner, start with an easy jog and alternate with harder/faster runs for the defined interval times. Throughout the challenge, you’ll have longer intervals of high-intensity work and shorter periods of recovery. On day 30, perform the same mile-pace test as you did on day one.Try the following exercises: 1: Hollow Body Hold Lie on your back and press your lower back into the ground.

I have been journaling for almost 6 years now.
Am about to be 20 now.
So for all of you, I have some points…
1)It works when you are honest with yourself most. Sometimes we have people to vent out, for them journaling is bullshit but for those who think people don’t understand them, you should try it.
2) You don’t need to write daily! Just write when you want to express something..
Like Gratitude, sorrow, anger, happiness any extreme emotion.
3) Be honest and sometimes do the details as if telling a friend coz when you return to your treasure after years, you are going to relieve your moments..
4) It’s a very good practice.Do it!
I have felt it has been a constant companion to me and still it is:)
them every 1 minute: i feel it so umm, EmPoweRINg that theres another woman SKateR
I’m in love with your hair, and really like that style at 6:51.
running is meant to “cure depression”. anybody who runs for fun will tell you that is completely wrong. if anything, running makes you more depressed. it’s also scientifically proven that runners get depression a lot more than the average joe that doesn’t run.
I did this for a year. It really helped me focusing and also helped improve my memory.
Man props to ya but this is crazy. Are you not injuring yourself? Ive been on a similar path but I started with walking and adding running a few minutes in a day till I worked up to a solid mile. I hope you’re not in pain! After months of training, I’m not sure if I can run for 30 minutes! Impressive man, great work!
I’ve been learning for 15 years, i still do not always know what the fuck i am doing, but that is how it is. I want to sound larger than leviathan, brighter than lucifer, and more evil than god himself.
It’s good but how did he go from 9.19 on his first day to 8.30 on his second for a beginner runner? Ridiculous. Good job tho
Thank you Mack for your videos. I know they are a pain in the butt and timing consuming to produce. They have helped me a lot.. I really appreciate your dedication to trading and sharing your skills.. Again Thank you..
Start with a path, walk it, jogg it, run it if you can, when you mastered it and can do it in a considerable less amount of time, explore other paths for running and make that your level one. As for motivation, I started with my dog, so it was kind of an obligation to go out and since walking or standing there watching my dog run, didn’t feel right to me. Also a good motivation is to make a group of friends to jogg with. Before you know it you will be able to run for 25 minutes straight while having a conversation with ease. Also weekends are resting days, remember to rest and eat food with many calories and protein. Good luck!
You take a day off if ur legs are sore and then you get used to it.
When I first saw the guy with the long hair trough his first punches I physically cringed
You have to stretch after and before to get rid of those extra stiff muscles in the legs
never i screaming in my life because it’s so embrassing and it’s bothering my neighbors.
We are that same weight but Im 55,it’s amazing you could run so your heart and lings must be good.
i’m just walking 30 minutes a day and I drink Whey protein shakes(mostly with water)and one healthy meal in the evening i try to finish all food by 8pm and dont eat before 12pm.
well done to you….
Idc if people think this fight is trash, i think patrick did awesome and it takes a lot of courage for someone to overcome that mental fear of fighting/getting hit. He improved and even when he felt like his ego was destroyed, he still kept training and never gave up. The real victory is in his personal development, PATRICK YOUVE HAD MY SUPPORT since the beginning of the video!
Thanks Mack, steady improving because you post these video lessons.
oooOOOooh for the longest time ooooOOooh for the longest time i never got far in learning exactly how to scream
You should of learned how to fall, you can hurt yourself alot if you don’t know how.
Keeping up bro..increase by 15 min…this gives more definition to your body…when you think you are done then you are only 40 percent done…
Really enjoyed your video having been through your circumstances, I was yelling COME ON COOKIE! Fantastic achievement to come so far
Apologies, now I understand emails r sent by and relevant to a lot of people over here. Sorry Mack, always much love for the G.O.A.T ❤️
I tried a few times in the past to journal with the goal of doing so every day and I would always fail. When I started to keep a journal that I would use only when I felt like it that’s when I was able to “stick with it” for the last two years. sometimes if everything is going great I won’t journal for a month or two and sometimes when I feel stressed and overwhelmed I’ll journal everyday for several weeks and sometimes only every couple days. I do it without any pressure to try to make it a daily thing. It helps me the most when I can’t quite figure out what I’m feeling and why. I tend to do the word vomit thing and then realise what/who the common thread is or sometimes if there are lots of things happening at once it’ll help sort out of the stuff that is actually emotionally challenging from the stuff that has solutions. When I read over it it does tend to seem pretty negative because I mainly do it to sort through negative emotions but I know that when there are long periods when I’m not journalling at all that tends to be because i’m feeling pretty good.
I would recommend people that have problems doing it every day to try just doing it when you feel you need to. sometimes having an outlet to the things your thinking where the person (or in the case thing) has zero input into how to handle it and just “listens” can really help you sort through your emotions while coming to conclusions that are completely your own and not influenced by other people’s bias on how to handle the situation. Also tbh I think its a waste of time to journal every day if you don’t feel you need to.
It’s ALWAYS good to see someone give up on themselves just to realize that the things they have accomplished have a positive impact and personal meaning too.. Pain is just that, pain, get that fixed and redo your program again. I’m going through this very same thing at the moment with a pulled right adductor muscle. I grind through that.. OUCH.. Anyway, I’m 9 days in and starting to make good progress. Thanks for your video and GREAT JOB on your progress. Sorry to hear about your dog.
DreamRider
My guy, I respect the hustle and a massive well done for your progress, very inspiring. But something to consider: this is the internet, by showing your strava routes you could be potentially telling the world where you live and work, not an issue for a smaller niche YouTuber like yourself but just incase you blow up or someone nasty wants to do something shady, its something to bear in mind.
I stumbled upon this and every single word you said sir…I love it!!! Thank you so much! #theindianformula
Your confidence has increased tho. Your mental strength has increased. Try doing power yoga. For heavy guys like us it is cardio in addition to strength and flexibility training. I promise you’ll hate it at the start. But as you’ve learned from running, there is great value in forcing yourself to suffer for your benefit daily
They tried to put the warrior in social justice warrior
edit: and they failed
I appreciate the honesty of this video. I commend you for trying even when your mind was saying no… Thanks for sharing; I really enjoyed your video.
Nice job…I’m proud of you. I started running 2 miles everyday and I can’t figure out if I like running, or if I’ve just learned to tolerate it. I have to do it everyday or I feel weird like my anxiety goes up or something, I started running to control it and now it’s my crutch
Bro I’m not even joking I tried the relaxation and now Im already fucking growling like never before. This is the ooonlt technique that worked. I tried for more than 2 years. First day it’s already working
i didnt know it was possible to smile for 13 minutes and 30 seconds straight
Bruh his dad is the kinda person to say “what matters is that u tried ur best!”
I have also ran 2 miles everyday for past one month do u wanna know what happens check my Vlog.
Guys what kind of skateboard is the best and where should I buy one? I really really wanna learn.
i feel bad for Patrick tbh They should have made Patrick work on his muscles first.
Hey dude still a good effort, try doing the same challenge on a treadmill next time, much more forgiving on the joints.
Took me 1 hour to learn how to skate board and 3 hours to learn how to ollie
im honestly only here for the ned, shane and ryan content. (i love sara too)
I’d like to see if she’s still skating today and if so how much progress she’s made
I’ve been running everyday since June first I was running 2.50 miles every morning at 5:30
Dude you don’t have anything too lose weight so please don’t give bad idea too people trust me run every day 30min ore 45min for 1 month if you don’t see results come talk too me
Great to have a new person and amazing vid with one of the most honest reaction for beginners starting to skate but why try and bring gender into such a great community, it isn’t boys and girls it’s just skaters
I have a journaling yt channel as well! Check it out, I would love some tips.
My doctor said I can’t run. I have a lung Disease called RADS. I still do it. I am not going to just sit and do nothing for my Heath. My grandpa had a extremly dangerous heart problem. He still walked every single day regardless. My wife has a extremly dangerous heart problem, liver problem, and lung problems she still exercises with me. Don’t ever give up if you do this. It also feels like I have broken ribs everytime I run. But pain goes away. My wife is very fragile I can’t let her exercise too much. I also have a ear disease called Minears which can give me vertigo I can’t eat salt. Yes I have fell during my runs. Don’t care get up and keep going. It’s the push that gets you to keep going through it.
I did it in 2 months, I learned the mixed voice scream. You can basically make it sound like nearly anything you want, lows, mids, highs, pig squeals etc. I want to learn false chord as well, but that is way harder.
Well I’m starting like start of this year. Coz one of my best friend suggesting it. And it is indeed hard to keep writing it every day. Donno what to write…is it okay whenever I did or something happen that day then to write or it is have to be written everyday
2:12 pull harder on the strings of your martyr by trivium wise choice
Today was my first day attempting to scream. After the attempt, i was scrolling through youtube, and this appeared in my recommended. This was exactly what i needed to motivate me and lead me in the right direction. Thank you for making this video!
How tf does a grown man lose to his old af dad that badly. Like wtf.
Was watching this as looking to lose weight, had no idea you were a city fan #PUSB.
little bit of a bad explanation on the ollie. the pop and jump both kinda happen at the same time, then the slide immediately after. also with all the videos out there about how to ollie, no one really points out how ur supposed to kinda snap off of the tail with ur foot….except vl skate. his videos are amazing. and his ollie video is by far the most comprehensive video out there.
also since its been 2 years, wonder how shes progressed
Youtube is a great resource. And yeah, many different ways of doing it. But it comes down to what works for you. If you try a technique and it hurt, not for you. Remember that the mic can pic up lower stuff. A lot all screams are actually not screams but vocal techniques to produce that sound and using mic placement. I highly suggest vocal teachers to learn this as improper techniques can screw up your throat to point of surgery. Learn how the diaphragm is used in singing and how different head space works. After all that, with the ability to sing on key, you can kick ass in screaming or not.
i’m practising till’ this day but i never said i’m going to practice my screaming i just did it in the shower with songs, and if it hurted i would stop or do it differently, i watch a couple videos and it helped me a lot a video from Dickey.
i’m not a master at screaming but i can scream good some songs, i prefer growls screams are far more difficult for my range
ALSO HOW COULD I FORGET THE VIDEO THAT REALLY HELPED ME FROM GOD HIMSELF
Hungry Lights 10 screams.
So, I’ve always been the type of person who was stuck in my mind. I was always afraid to speak out and to try and have no filter. I also talk a lot to myself and in my head. I saw this video and journaling peaked my interest. I believe that it is a very different activity from person to person. I decided to try it out after I watched this video and I already wrote 3 pages on regular lined paper. My thoughts flowed seamlessly and it really helped me to express my thoughts and feelings onto paper. I really do feel like this is self therapy and I will definitely continue to do so in the future. I already ordered a journal and a nice pen thats coming in 2 days on Amazon!! If this comment can help one person who is stuck in their mind decide to journal, then I am very happy I wrote this!
Both super cute I’m crushing. I asked my brother to help me learn to ride a penny board, chose it because we already have it in the house. I’m a roller skater so I’m ok with the falling
9:17 good way to break your hips and compress the pudendal nerve or what happened to me as a female skate boarder
Westerners woe over thai fighter’s leg’s and shin bone strength and hardness. The primary reason is this they run for 5 miles per day.
There is one problem with your challenge. Running is good, but when you have NOT done it regularly before, your joints are not ready for the training. If you want to do a challenge, you need to prepare yourself for it. If you go full force from the get go, it’ll be exactly this kind of struggle. If any of you readin this want to do such a challenge, give yourself two weeks of light jogging. Take a day off after each cardio session. Remember, if you feel pain, stop. Rest. This is especially important for people who are on the thicker end of the scale.
I just sing for fun some Black Veil Brides songs but I used death metal screaming instead of Andy’s scream and than I tried first almost full death metal voice song (Sparta by Warkings feat. Melissa Bonny) and it was amazing. First attempts wasn’t that good but I made it. It was in one day. I don’t know, I didn’t do much of death metal screaming but somehow I could do it very fast.
“Only competition is the mirror”
Well done for pushing yourself. Excellent effort. I run 5k every other day, I absolutely love it and I love the pain
It took you 30 days to learn how to skate? Bro you make the average person look like a pro athlete
I dont know where to practice without priests arriving at my house.. any tips?
Btw I’m 15 so a car isnt an option
I use it as a brain dump. I write the date and whatever is on my mind. I don’t do it every day because I don’t NEED to empty my brain every day. I’ve been journaling since 2016.
I think I screamed so much like this as a kid I’m able to do it on like the 10th try
How the damn is he not even at a 4:30 mile yet??? It only took me 22 days to get there from a 11:20 mile on day 1Pathetic

Lol if you know, you know.
20 minute ice bath right after your runs when you are really hurting. I’m 48, and sixty pounds over weight. I run every day for 30 minutes. Ice baths, and foam roller. I’m shedding pounds feel great. Some trouble with shin splints, but I’m rolling them and they are almost gone. Would I run all-out every day? NO.
Some days are slow runs, some are faster. If you watch your technique, it will make it much less painfull.
With all due respect I kind of feel the only difference was you pushing your mind.
This is super motivating, I’m gonna start doing this. Maybe just take one day off a week. My mile times are like 11 minutes, I’ve never been a good runner. I really want to start running more because I want to have this kind of goal for myself
So you ran 30 miles in a month. Good for you, make a video when you do that in a day
A lot of “track professionals” hating here… I run track and XC, I really love seeing people getting into running and learning to improve. Just my two cents ♀️
Love this! Will incorporate this into my self care routine:)
Thanks for being one fo the few honest traders on this platform. Bought your manual yesterday
Really great video. I hope you are doing better and i hope that you will give it another shot!
Writing on dull days takes the fun out of journaling for me. I only write when I’m at my highest, lowest, of if I’m just in the mood. That’s why I don’t write every day or pressure myself to do so (or apologize for not writing). Journaling is therapeutic only because it’s not forced.
Now try stringing three of them together for a sub 20 minute 5km, not as simple even in 30 days or 60 days.
I have been running for 73 days straight up to 10 miles a day and it’s really fun
And also to keep me writing, if my pens are good to write! I think anyone can relate?
I already know scream and growl but hahaha what baffed how the hell do get them false hamionces I think that what called you sound Dominic
He wasn’t even trying the first 29 days and then because he asked people who can scream and researched how the throat works on 30th day it just some how worked?! No that’s not how that works at all! Screaming isn’t something you can just unlock like in a video game, its something you have learn and progressively work up for YEARS! What a complete waste of fucking time watching this bs
When I started boxing, I was not near as bad as Patrick or tj
Just half way through running 6 miles a day for 31 days to see the outcome for a 47 year old. A good effort from yourself. Nice one.
WOWWW I really should try doing this!! I watched this a few months ago when I started getting into running again definitely inspired me to do more running again!
Keeping a journal is definitely the best way to achieve your goals. Writing down a short list of tasks every day makes achieving big goals so much more manageable and likely! My recommendation: http://www.OniraJournals.com
Dude 1 mile? I could do that In less than 5 minutes. How does that even feel like an exercise?
Journaling is one of my most favorite self-care activities <3

9:40 I really didnt want to kill myself but you really got me motivated
I like how you showed your finger to the sugary drinks…I’ma do that at the grocery store now LOL
I use the 5-Year journal, a short quick sentence about the day and I can reflex on how things have changed over time
I also wanna try journalling but after watching tonnes of video I found its moreover an art and craft thing, specially bullet journalling.
Hello Matt,
I’ve journals for about 2 years now. Despite this mutual feeling We Share about it sometimes feeling like a task, it has helped me in a mental health aspect (feeling of accomplishment when anxiety or depression was ata high). Currently reviewing these journals and will email I what I come up with. Thanks for your creations!

You are living in a beautiful place good standard place. We have no place available but I run on road. I run 1 mile in 6:05. But 7 minutes when I’m slow. I running for past 1 and half years. You videos are good
It did not affect you because you are already chizled bro no homo
I feel like there’s things Rachelle could’ve said that would’ve helped her with her Ollie like put her foot more towards the edge for pop
If you drink a gallon of water everyday and ran 1.5 mi every single day for a year what would happen
I love journaling. I too was in the same boat when starting. I wasn’t constant. I only wrote when hard times hit but when I wrote it always gave me some kind of relief. it didn’t fix anything but it did put things back into perspective and helped me get back on track. When covid hit i left my job, decided that I would move back in with my parents, and felt like crap. It took me about three months to finally get working on bettering myself and creating a new track on life. Creating new habits and working towards new goals. Journaling had been a huge help with tracking my progress. I tried making a habit tracker in my planner but wasn’t a fan of it so I decided to use my journals to track it. It first started out with my feelings. I journaled how I felt about each day. Then I started writing about what I did each day. and then finally I started new daily habits and wrote in my journal to make sure that I was doing things daily. I personally have really enjoyed journaling for even just getting some thoughts out of your head. Overthinking kills but to be able to place some of those thoughts outside of your head space will help immensely. thank you for these 30 day videos, truly great content.
Anyone can run one mile without stopping even if your a beginner shouldint you be pushing yourself?
I used to write a diary during my teenage. But one day I lost my diary and someone found it somewhere and read it. When he return it to me he make jokes at me of something I wrote very personal and it very embarrassing. Since that day I stopped writing and just keep everything in my own mind. I always want to write again and tried it every year but I’m always have this thought “how if people read what I wrote about and know what I’m feeling and thinking of something or myself?” then I stop writing again. But I believe I will start again one day because it’s my nature inside me.
Finally, someone who once felt they HAD to journal, HAD to fill pages instead of say they fell in love and naturally started doing it everyday.
Not that he’s the first person, but the first person I found.
One day one of your videos showed up when I was browsing youtube. I fell in love. A bunch of your videos mentioned journaling, and I was thinking “maybe I could try it”. After this video, I got started. I LOVE it.
I’m so glad you put this out. This may help others that start something and because their body just won’t let them continue doesn’t mean they failed. You need to listen to your body and let it rest when it needs rest. You completed 21 days. That is a huge accomplishment!
You should run with a more positive mind set..dont let your brain stop you doing what is basically an easy challenge. I’m 54 and can run every day without pain or any injurys
Look at a anti inflammatory diet.if you cut back on sugar and carbs.the weight will fall of. Believe in yourself…
Just an indicator, a mile should be a semi sprint, not a jog, I feel like this guy could’ve done his day 1 mile in around 6-7 minutes and maybe closer to 5 near the end if this approach was adopted.
Did him running on his heels in the beginning of the video make anyone else cringe lmao

I am a xc runner and would suggest upping the mileage for more clarity. Its the nice long runs that clear your head. But 1 mile is always god for beginners and still has benefits.
Dude this is so scary. Your stats are almost exactly like mine in the beginning. Same pace, weight, height. This is seriously inspiring!
Good job!! I’m proud of you and anyone else who’s trying to improve their running
U actually did so good, most beginners are scared to go to the skate park cuz they think people gonn judge them but we don’t care, most of the time the other skaters are pretty supportive
Wow i can never I know how to skate like ollie and the shuvit but at the skatepark there is these little kids that are better than me and i feel like they are judging me my social anxiety went
Why does this video give me life advice instead of teaching me literally anything about screaming?

I’ve been keeping a journal (diary) since I was a kid! I stopped writing often 2 years ago when I started having symptoms of clinical depression. Until then, I became less aware of what’s happening in my life, I lose track of things and important details of my life, I started becoming forgetful that my memory only lasts for hours, the longest would be 4 days. I wanted to go back to journaling, to my old self, but the void seem to keep on pulling me away from touching my pen and notebook. No words would cave in in my head. It’s just blank and blue.
Right now, I am happy to share to everyone who’d read this that I discovered a new way of journaling, that is doing my daily devotions. I was healed from depression and I can say that it really put order and helped me discover the real purpose of my life since then. I’ve never experienced this kind of freedom, bravery, confidence, and tranquility my entire life until I’ve come to know Him.
Right now, I’m not only doing my daily devotions, but I’m also back on journaling. Both perform miracle in my mental health:)
I must know how to do this for reasons. I want to SCARE the fuck out of people on Halloween
I can’t even ride a skateboard on the sidewalks here, think I need to buy some 60mm 78a’s. Think I’ll build an old school cruiser just so I can progress or at least ride some.
Glad to see you enjoy getting out there.
The best way to improve your vocal is to have a real coach. Then progress consistently. That’s it.
So you got lessons is the answer. Who would’ve guessed getting lessons would unlock a skill in a person?
This is a dishonour to boxing, but massive respect to the coach
i feel bad for Patrick tbh They should have made Patrick work on his muscles first.
this shit is so funny, but in the other hand i’ve been trying to scream for like 3 years and i cant do it lol im so bad at it XD.
There’s something called chronic fatigue, it accumulates day after day and you need to let your body rest. Tendons and joints take longer to heal as they have less blood supply than muscles, that gives you another clue as to why running everyday or without planning makes good videos bud bad runners.
Journaling has been an incredibly healing way to reconnect with myself, to my emotions and my desires and dreams. To build confidence, understand my past and rewrite my beliefs to create the future I want. I adore journaling. I didn’t do it consistently for a while, but it’s always been there, like an old friend to reconnect with whenever I need it. Now I think I’ll be journaling pretty regularly for the rest of my life
So 1 mile is good for a regular athlete???? Like for basketball or just regular cardio? And please no fukin cross country people reply lol or any main running people. I don’t wanna run to be a cross country or the other word i
Forgot. I just run for cardio. I wanna run the same that mma fighters do. Like Nick Diaz
Bs, it takes years to learn to properly screaming and do it well!
I’ve never fought in a match but I box and even my basic knowledge so far makes me say this was a failed attempts at learning how to box
Oh god this is terrible i have sparred a guy like fights like this he only came forward with one two and with his hands down i just kept on dodging them and probably got hit 2 times but the other guy well he got hit with around 10 overhand rights to the nose and i think i broke his nose because it was all blue after that sparring session
I journal, but I don’t do it every day because some days you have nothing interesting to write about. But it still an habit for me and it helped me in a lot of dark moments. I really enjoyed your video btw
I’m so sorry about your dog. Thanks for your honesty here. So glad you posted it
You mean you learned how to BOX in 30 days. Lot more to fighting than just punching. This is like never playing basketball before and training for a good jump shot for 30 days and saying “I became a complete basketball player in 30 days”
ok like I know not everyone has skate shoes but flat soles are key. No arches or elevation. Makes life easier.
Hey i just signed in for the free lessons and boi oh boi thank youuuu its goooodddd
I run 30-45 mins a day x5days, but music is a must for me! It keeps me going and pumped up, because running is boring as hell!
I actually accidentally unlocked my scream by listening to music on my way home from work one night and just seeing along and realizing that I was just screaming. It took me about a week after that to kinda perfect it while still leaving open the chance to change it depending on what it is I’m trying to accomplish
I have a gratitude journal where I write down one good thing that happened each week! I also journal every morning for a few minutes and write down how I’m feeling physically and emotionally, my intentions for the day, two things I’m grateful for, and one thing that would add to my happiness for the day.
I`m too shy for training this. But I’d love to be able to scream… Nice progress! Congratulations
Personal advice try yoga and stretching before running it would make your stamina go beyond you can run for even an hour
Usually if MA is up and down like a rollercoaster we call it a range day.
Wait but like am i the only one who puts their right foot first?like wth i feel weird bc of that
oi, what is with the painful nipple shit anyway? I’ve gotten that before.
I follow The 5am Club method…the 20/20/20 rule. I move for way more then twenty minutes while listening to an audiobook. When I get back home from my walk, I usually just sit down breathe and start to journal. It is very helpful especially when reading self-improvement books. It helps to put things in perspective. It allows me to get my frustrations out instead of keeping it all in.
Being a nurse during COVID-19 doesn’t help with the anxiety and depression.
If this is inspiring anyone to get into running, please look up shin splints first and at least be aware that your body can send messages that you’re pushing too hard too soon. Not every injury is caused by tripping and breaking a leg!
Hi David, I just watched your first video on screaming, and I’m excited to watch your other three videos. This kinda feels like a dumb question, but I was wondering if having your tonsils removed affects anything in the way you scream or sing. I know that it doesn’t affect your vocal cords, but does it affect the tone or shape of your voice?
I journaled for roughly 2 years straight, at the time I didn’t see the benefits of doing it, but my therapist suggested I try it. I wrote about my fears, and anxiety, and slowly they dissipated. A few years had past when I found my journals again during a move, so I read them again what I learned was that my fears are all made up in my head, theirs no truth to any of the things that kept me up at night, and the overwhelming amount of worry. None of the things that I lost sleep over happened other things happened, but not my worst thoughts & fears.
Very inspiring. Great job on the running. I can’t imagine how much work went into making this video….
how do you guys journal on a diary.. i mean, am i too paranoid about someone reading my thoughts and feelings? i prefer a digital journal due to this reason. can anyone else relate?
i knew i was making progress when i fry screamed at my dog because he was stealing food from the table and he never did it again
Maybe you felt that it was a chore because it was constantly on your mind. Try making it less of a chore and more fun and write when you want to write.
Problemif you have just started DO NOT practice for 2 hours everyday if you are new, that’s not good
Swimming teacher. So unfit. WFT. always playing the victim. Dog. Always the victim.
No one goes to a ballet studio and says we need more guys doing this everyone has a thing they like it’s just a coincidence some things are liked by women and some are liked by men we don’t need to force ourselves to fit in either side just do what you like and don’t worry if you gender is the only one or one of many doing it just have fun
This is awesome and a great achievement. I’ve just started doing this challenge to get back my motivation. Very inspirational! Good stuff!
That’s funny “ I didn’t wanna boast “ I think that’s cute but it’s great to be grateful vs thinking of it as boasting and it’s interesting that after you realize your emotions changed.. it’s nice to actually see how our minds shift on paper
I journal when I feel like I need it. It helps my anxiety a ton. It helps me see my life clearer. But I let myself skip days when I don’t feel like I need it.
You Have SOOOO Much muscle already that your run time is AMAZING. Already at less than 10 minutes per mile on day 12? Insane. It took me 2 years to build up the muscle needed to have that much power. (40 years old and out of shape for all of them, apparently.) Your body has a great starting point!!!
I’m a woman, and see Women do this really encourage me as a beginner to keep going. I can pushing and riding, can’t do the shove it and ollie, still afraid. Huhhhh
I am seeing her earrings and I’m thinking that won’t end good 6:49
Cause you know I’d run a thousand mile
If I could just see you, tonight
Good video but the title makes it seem like you finished it… Solid effort.
I know the fear of trying a trick at the skate park especially as a beginner female skater, sometimes yes, the skateboarding community is toxic but other times some skaters can be truly helpful.
These aren’t regular ppl
These are buzzfeed employees
No one is mildly athletic
Why am I even watching this I’ve been journalling for almost 6 yrs now
I was a beginner and when i started, it was hard, i got use to it but didn’t know any tricks
But as a beginner i actually borrowed a skateboard
And then i didn’t skateboard for a year so now i have my own skateboard that i got 4 days ago
And im doing decent rn
So when i borrowed i had a little bit of experience
I run 1000m a day looking to do 1 mile per day for my pace to grow so that i could be atleast in the top 10 in our school’s yearly marathon
I learnt by grabbing my best friend who couldn’t skateboard either and just figure it out lol. And where I live u NEED to figure out how to avoid crack and go down hills fast so we fell a ton
Edit: I was really confident with rollerblades so I started skateboarding as a more portable alternative still prefer rollerblading tho
lmao i just started skating and while i have skated for like 2 hours now, i’m almost as good as this woman
How I take the scary ness out
I go to the skatepark as a beginner then go down the rim
A year late, saw the course was re-opened, must be my lucky day:D Gonna crash course the sh*t outta this, wish me luck!!
Seeing you do this gave me confidence to go out and practice
It doesn’t matter, a mile can still help someone like me to get used to running cause I got anxiety in public. Running is good to help you decrease it
I found it so adorable when she did a kick turn and everyone cheered her on. I wish my skatepark was like that
Well done. I find it great to see someone, who is obviously out of shape and overweight, take the decision to change their life and better themselves by their own efforts. Too many people blame their condition on other people and expect other people to solve these problems for them. I feel that you would have benefited from some professional advice in relation to doing some interval work to help your body recover while continuing your daily cardio. One or two days each week on a bicycle would have enabled your calves and ankles recover while still pushing your fitness levels higher. However all said well done again.
I’m not being mean because I’m still learning how to ride but it took me 5 days to ride normally I thought I was really slow glad to know I’m not the slowest but still she has more confidence
This is hands down one of the most positive and motivating thing I’ve seen as a beginner. YOU GO GIRLL!
Nice video thank you.Bro where you from?wht is your running place name?
no hate but why do i siate for 1day and why am i better than her in 30 days
This sounds kinda weird but like when I was beginning. To ride my skateboard I practiced the kick turn better than my balance and, when I went to the cement I was scared to ride but not to kick turn, lmao
The days you have less motivation to run are the best running days
I just recently picked up skateboarding after 9 years. Watching your video was great for my confidence because you were so positive the entire time. Skating is difficult, but it’s fun and can be so rewarding. Respect for all the female skaters, we need more in the sport. All are welcome!
Yea, been running 2-3 miles everyday for 1 1/2 years and still going strong. Running have been part of my routine to escape from stressful world. Keep running my dude.❤️
Is weird that haven’t fallen yet I’ve been skating for 2 days
I do 2 miles in 30 mins everyday burning 300 cals for the past 7 days ive started to see results
So are you meant to journal if you’re out or just when you’re home?
Just remember, when you want to stop, if it was easy then everyone would be slim good luck mate
i have a serious problem, i can scream, and its sounds ok, ive recorded myself, but….. at a whopping 2 decibels at the loudest, so how can you actually push that out to where its loud
Is it ok to maintain an online journal, so that we can always have that with us.
bruh the way she explained how to olie was completely wrong.
Thats not how you pop, you don’t just leave your feet on the tail. How is the board going to go up??
Also doing tricks on grass ain’t really that good.
Well, well done. Pick it up and complete your original challenge. It’s important to finish what you start. Big thumbs up though, but keep trucking!!!
You are a badass! I always admire people that willingly put and push themselves out of their comfort zone. It’s awesome that your dedication to learning how to skateboard & olie in 30 days, turned into a passionation to continue to thrive and concur new limits. Much respect!
oh no that scene where you try the ollies inside was like watching a snuff film, if you’ll forgive the crude metaphor. But waxed floor… newb balance… small space… i couldn’t look
“The guns are out” Yaaas! that’s the attitude. Very inspiring!!! You did
Came to learn to scream, now I run a company. Did I do it right?
Also on Strava the app you are using you can set it so it will automatically start
Me who accidentally learned how to scream when I was like 8 while trying to do a yell in a Batman voice:
this is the video that got me into skateboarding. had never seen girls encouraged to skate like this before
I’ve journaled for 45 years. I’ve had times when I’ve gone for days, weeks, months, and then for a year or two when I was temporarily legally blind and couldn’t journal. But I’ve always returned to it and now that I’m old and in my 60s, have plenty of time for it. I imagine someone 100 years from now finding my old journal volumes in an attic and reading about how life was for an avetage person during the different decades of my life.
Nice to read something from a guy’s perspective.
I procrastinated so much about getting back into shape but your videos have given me a push. It’s nice to see someone of a similar fitness working hard, as inspiration, than some ripped athlete lol
10:01 omg i know this should be what everyone should do but I thought it was so nice of him to check if she was okay
she says it’s sad that there are few female skaters but I bet she isn’t skating after this
I have been journalliing since 9th grade if thats what it is called now coz back then it was writing in your diary, it was always of and on process, I only wrote when I felt like. My 3 years of memories are in my mobile memos and then 2 other journals in which I write my feelings because sometimes writing feels more therapeutic than typing. It’s really just all over, but everythings saved and backed up and I really like keeping my memories saved. I am now trying to daily journal on an app in my mobile, let’s see how that goes.:)
Kilograms, pounds, miles, centimeters, inches.. Why can’t we all use one system? Difficult to compare.
Great as always. I did great today until it hit the trading range… For some reason I held on to my long bias for too long. I have a tendency to do that. Once I fix that my consistency will be there.
Thanks Mack… Im new myself.. and I ask myself.. is this trade to good to be true.. 90% was a trap…
I started ran 1 mile for the 1st time in 2 months yesterday I got 6:10
I do whatever the fuck I want with my journal. I write about:
My day
-My korean learning process
-Theories about society and existence
-Things I want to happen in the future
-I draw
-I write to-do lists
-I free write
-I write stories
-I write my goals down
-I do creative writing prompts
-Skincare/hair routines
-Animes
And a shit ton of other things. Don’t stick to rules about journaling or you’ll get bored of it quickly ♀️
Nice! I actually saw some of the trades that you took today when I was reviewing my chart at the end of the day! Still sticking to the simulator though.
Gotta learn to read those charts! I only stick only 2nd entries with the trend at key entry points, trying not to outsmart myself and get trapped.
See back when I was a athlete I used to run. Like sprint for long distances. But I never measured it so I never knew how long I’m running. But there’s no way in hell one mile can be good enough. Becuz that’s what I can do now……….lmao I’m fat and out of shape and I can run about 3/4 a mile right now. That’s how I know there’s no way in hell that can be good enough. That’s ridiculous. I’ve done nothing but sit and eat for 10 years and I have a gut. There’s no way one mile is good. That’s blasphemous
Which running app is accurate in distance measuring?i use some apps and these are giving different results.
“im not used to things not clicking for me” as a virgo myself something tells me shes a virgo
Running is really good tbh I ran for 25 days for 3-4 miles and I was 220 lbs now I’m 198 such a improvement
9:42 “just do it” while he is wearing a bike shirt just found it funny
My mum won’t let me get a skateboard, she says that I’ll just break a bone and it’s too dangerous. I’ve broken 5 bones so I really don’t mind a broken bone, I know that I’ll fall off a lot but I’m prepared for that. I know there are ways to fall to reduce injury and I have watched loads of tutorials. I see people slowly progress and it’s what I want to do! Please help me convince my mum to let me order one
I’m doing this right now! And I can confirm that running has helped me in many more ways than just physical fitness!
What you did is more amazing than you think.. In 30 years of running I never ran 30 days in a row( manly to not get injuries) And I was a 10 000m national runner ( female). I ran most of my competitive years..two time a day but never manage 30 days in a row.
Sir i don’t how to do it
Can u teach me here is my contact. 8974440391 plz call me anytime an teach me how too

”two hours a day”
….0_0….
That’s WAY too long for just a month great video though
After failing to keep up with journaling, I have tried to build an app for myself to make it seem less like a chore. It’s a work in progress.
Those of you interested, please check it out and let me know your feedback.
https://gratitude-genie.web.app/
Patrick didnt need physical training. He needed spiritual training. Boxing is as much a mental game as it is a physical game.
I cant scream exhale but i can scream inhale. But yeah, scream inhale will not hurt your throat. Except if you have a common cold. You cant scream inhale either you can sing just like how you use to when you get cold…
My body is a drug dealer, and the only currency he accepts is burned calories.
Everyone’s body is different. I’m on day 54 of running every day, I’ve covered 200 miles total, and I’m fine. I am careful about my technique, and listening to my body. It can be done, and I’m feeling great as a result of my determination to make it happen. I sit in an ice bath after the long runs, and i highly recommend that. Take a look at military training….they train hard, and train daily. You need to work up to it and give your body a chance to build up.
Good to see someone else near me; was that Chesterton windmill?
I like to use journaling to help me figure out what’s bothering me. And trying to work out a possible solution to my problem. It doesn’t work all of the time and most of the time I’m feeling angry and hurt while I’m doing it. But in the end, I can say I feel a little better after doing it. (I’m able to write an angry letter, without having to send it anywhere.)
Who cares if it’s 1 mile half y’all fat asses don’t even take 1 step unless it’s to grab a bite to eat.. keep pushing bro
Yes recently from past 6 months, I started putting down my thoughts on paper. This actually helped me to understand what i wanted to talk and understand about both to my therapist and people around me.
HEY PULL HARDER ON THE STRING OF YOUR MARTYR THAT’S THE EXACT SCREAMING TECHNIQUE I WANNA LEARN AND IT MADE ME WANT TO LEARN TO SCREAM
Learning the Ollie is hard because people aren’t good at describing it. You’re not just supposed to step the tail down. You flick your ankle to make your tail hit and pop off of the floor and then you drag your front foot up to drag the board higher up after you pop it into the air
What you mean man I’ve been journaling since I was like 8 now I’m 18 and I still do.
Due to pandemic covid 19, I am here back with family, Living with parents forced me to write journal every day.
Whatever I read in self development, I am practicing now
PS: waiting this pandemic to end soon, waiting to see my office again.
Try Journaling like thisyou don’t have to set time to write and try to recall whatever you did since the morning until you start Journaling. It doesn’t have to be one or several pages long. It can just be whatever and how much ever you would like to write.
I do journal and have done so for years, BUT not every day.. I journal at the end of every month and try to take a bird’s eye view of my life, challenges and wins. I will also journal when i feel i need to put my thoughts down and in that way acknowledge what I’m going through, an aha moment or where I think there is clarity. I have developed many useful and supporting habits over the years and journaling is one of them; I would recommend this practice to anyone, particularly if you want to grow and be mindful of you development.
I just finished my first Journal which I’ve been writing in daily (with a few exceptions) for 8 months. I started October 1st. I have to say it has been a really great outlet for me. Anytime I felt anxious or depressed (which can happen often) I’d write. The sadness or anxiety would fade. Not completely but just enough that I could have a temporary relief. Almost like Tylenol taking the edge off a headache.
Thank you so much Matt for everything you do, I love your videos! This one has been a huge life changer, and hit close to home.
running is the best sport anyone could do. plus after running you feel a little bit high, its called runners high
I’ve been keeping journal for 2 years and i feel it’s worthy…why? I’m telling exact experiences I’ve had throughput the process.though, in my case i love the process of journaling. because, English is not my first language. journaling has helped me in re-collecting my thoughts and writing them down have given me a bit more clarity of what i speak. To be very honest, I’ve skipped journaling sometimes twice & thirce a week and sometimes I’ve missed months of not keeping journal active. but, now it has become my habit and I don’t need to put much pressure on myself to continue it. Hence, in starting you might feel like it’s not worty of doing but I’m genuinely telling once it becomes your habit everything will be more clearer to you.
idk how u can be so bad at skateboarding after 30 days. i mean when i started skateboarding I hadn’t driven any kind of board before and had a better board feeling then you had after 30 days. like no front but thats
very, very slow learning process
Didn’t complete it, no before and after body transformation, not even accurate weight loss details. What a waste of 15 minutes. Uninspiring.
Well I just seen this but I started running a mile yesterday
Ok now do a scream that isnt fry. Do false chord, pig squeals, and high screams and I will take your classes.
I just wanted to ask two things that does this screaming affect your clean singing or what we call as soft singing? and does it make your voice rough?
I tried skateboarding for the first time yesterday and fell off, sprained my ankle, and now I won’t be able to walk properly for two weeks.
How was your day?
ayyyy the guy’s from Leamington!:D Cheers for the inspo, man.
couldnt afford a therapist and that made me start journaling 2 years ago. so far, im alive.
one time i was so mad because of how my week went, at the same time i also wanted to write about it. so i just scribbled on the entire page.
journaling is not supposed to be perfect. there’s no wrong way in expressing. i used to overthink my words, but i realized it only puts a filter to what i really feel. so be free, its not an essay assignment, she dont judge.
it helps in dealing with regrets too. ive made mistakes in my life, and although ive said sorry to these people and they forgive me, i write a letter of what i shouldve said/done. sometimes my regrets bother me so much, i just write them down. its a way of forgiving myself. some letters to the people im grateful for too
i write a movie line, quote, lyric, a lesson from a book, and poetry i wanna be reminded of when i look back. i relate it to my life, and how i understand it.
I feel the same way, more of an obligation than an enjoyable process. I do make a shit load of post it notes tho…..
There are many different styles of journaling. You don’t necessarily have to write about your day word for word. You can do a bullet style where you just note the important events of the day. You can use a style for self discovery and personal growth where you use question prompts (you can find these on different internet platforms) and you must soul search for the answers. You are an artist? Incorporate that into your journaling. Talk about your feelings and thoughts or ideas. Do some internet research and find a style of journaling that works for YOU and add or take away from it depending on your needs. There are also different types like dream journals etc There is a style where you don’t think you just free flow from your heart and subconscious until you don’t have anything else to say. Or you could give yourself a time limit. Some people even use voice recorders for journaling. It really can be fun and mind blowing sometimes. Maybe journaling should be called journeying because that’s what it’s about.
I have to admit that this was the shitist fight ive ever seen but they both shown heart in their training and in their fight, good fight
EVERYONES TYSM FOR BEING HERE. AND THE COMMENTS MAKE ME FEEL SO GOOD. I SAW NO ONE IN MY SURROUNDINGS DOING DIARY WRITING ABOUT THEIR LIFE EVENTS THOUGHTS CRUSHES SO I THOUGHT IT WAS ABNORMAL FOR ME TO DO SO. I THOUGHT I HAD A MENTAL PROBLEM FOR WRITING MY LIFE DOWN. BUT GLAD TO KNOW IT’S SOOOOO POPULAR AND NORMAL!! DIARY WRITING HAPPENED NATURALLY TO ME LIKE IT STARTED WHEN I WAS 7 YEARS OLD.
RiffShop you suck! and can do only 1 specific scream hilarious how many people think they can scream and cant! It took you forever to learn how to “Scream” wtf?! you know Candy, Water, and Melissa Cross vocal warmups help and build but goddamn It took you way too long! You balls mustve not dropped as well! Just calling you out!… Want to see a real screamer!???…….
The beginning of this video had me in tears, thank you
I was able to be more consistent in my journaling when I let go of the preconceived notions I had about what a good journal was. I used to think my handwriting was sloppy, or my spelling was bad, or that my life wasn’t interesting enough to write it down. I let go of those notions and just started writing whatever came to me, as long or as short as I felt that day. Some days I basically wrote I had nothing to say, other days it was hard to put the pen down. I’m really glad I let go of the idea of perfection.
Another key to journaling is getting supplies that you like using and that make you feel happy to use. Growing up I would journal in whatever cute journal I could find. When I picked up journaling again a year ago, I realized that I never liked the quality of my supplies. Due to how I use my journal, I now only use 160 gsm paper as I love the paper quality and it makes my journal heavy. The heaviness of the journal makes me feel like I’m using something fancy, something that’s worthwhile. And oddly enough, feeling that I was using something of quality made me feel like my thoughts and experiences were of high quality as well. I’m the type of person where I’ll not journal for periods of time because I feel like those moments if my life are not worth remembering. But using a quality journal served as a daily reminder that, yes, I am worth remembering and celebrating.
Thanks for the help my dude <3
That “before” roll was deadly af
What I found funny about this video, is that the whole video you talked like you wouldn’t going to recommend journaling but in the end you did.
lol this isn’t worth shit. go work harder guys. this is a scam for sure
When I journal, I write my whole heart out. I write out my strongest feelings and thoughts and although those feelings and thoughts may be sometimes scary and or very sad, it feels so good just facing them letting them out.
hes went his whole life with no fights am 11 and i have hand tons
The biggest realization for me is that you need to straighten your diaphragm, bc before i was just mumbling or inhaling trying to do some stuff.
people be saying it’s just a mile but there’s a start for everything. A mile may not be long but it has so many benefits. Kudos for doing it every day
I wish you the best sir. Did you take protein supplements and multivitamins? Any BCAA’s?
Like how honest and down to earth you were. What you said in the beginning that was me also journals with lots of blank spaces lol.
I’ve always known how to scream ever since I was growing up.
I do more of the airy kind and less of the French Fry kind but it works for me and sounds good so I’m sticking with it as my tried and true. Everyone has their own unique voice.
Someday, I’ll unlock my other screams.
On Strava you can turn on a setting which tells you when you have hit a mile
Came across your channel at a real tough time in my life. Not the first tough time, but one that stands out quite a bit. I’m working to implement many of the things you are talking about in your videos. Hoping this will slow me down and allow me to find myself again. I just want to feel better, even if it is only a little better. Thank you for your vulnerability and honesty. I truly appreciate it.
Journaling is not about writing story of your life.
Journaling is for your conscious mind and it is the the connecting Bridge between conscious and subconscious mind. It help to rethink on the thought of subconscious mind by the help of your conscious mind
Sometimes when I write I feel I am not able to express myself, Am I the only one?
Dude. When u weighed yourself on day 7. You wore trainers. and ur suppose fo weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast. So u probably lost a bit more weight
I love that in skateboarding they are proud of falling. It makes you fell more motivated to try
I just started running for navy training! First day was terrible.
related: I have zero interest in voting for any man who has never been punched in the face. It is a helpful reference point for self-perception.
I enjoyed your video immensely and can’t agree more that journalling is terminally boring. Now here’s a good tip….
A strictly timed 5 minute writing exercise will, after mere days, will begin freeing your mind. Choose any subject, then write non-stop, not pausing to make grammatical or spelling corrections; just write. On finishing, head your scribbling, eg. ‘Things My Mother Never Told Me’; date it, then file it away…After a few weeks you could have enough information for a book. Enough to draft a plot. Or for a short story, even and boy, do shorties sell!
These 5 minute timed writing exercises will definitely help beat the dreaded writer’s block. And they are a lot more fun than sodding journals! I write because I love it. I write for KDP using a Mac with Vellum publishing software. And it all began with a timed 5 minute writing exercise just for fun.
Well, goodnight. I’m off to bed. But I look forward to watching any more of your videos. I’m a new subscriber. Cheers!
The pain is caused by the breakdown of muscle. So stretching and a gap of a day or two help. Plus breathing, posture and… run slowly. GREAT effort. Glad it worked out for you
I started journaling back in February. The reason for me is because I wanted to improve my writing and seeing growth. I do my 30 days of journaling it really helped me stayed consistent, brought my journaling from Office Depot. I started off with a small to medium size journal.
one thing that I think might help you is to let go of the commitment of every day. try once a week or just when you have something you want to say. If an emotion is overwhelming, write it out. I have found that things can feel overwhelming, but when you write them out and you see everything, you realize it is not as big of a problem as it seemed.
If price action is king, maybe we shouldn’t being trying to find the perfect tick or volume charts. Check out range charts. They completely divorce price action from time or volume. I’m testing an 8 tick momentum range chart (range chart that takes the gap between bars out). Maybe 6 is better, maybe 10. But start with 8 ticks (2 points) and go from there. I had several great 2-legged pullbacks with nice reversal bars on my chart today and my entry signals were pretty similar to the 2000t chart.
I love how when I finished watching this up next was learning to pole dance in 30 days I just sat here dieing
I’ve always been wanting to start journaling but everytime I potsts of people journaling, they’re so creative and everything is so orgarnized and aesthetic. Which is hard for me because I’m not an artsy person. But now, I realized, I don’t care anymore lol I’m just gonna write down my thoughts, realization, what’s bothering me etc. Plussss watching this video also helped me, so, thank you!
I think naturally if you’re forcing yourself to do a task everyday for 30 days it’s going to feel like a chore. And particularly, if you’re forcing yourself to write down how you feel everyday it could be difficult if you’re trying to stay away from thinking about the subject. The way to make it so you enjoy coming back to your notebook is to not set rules in my opinion. Allow the notebook to be whatever it needs to be for you on that particular day. As a tracker and task manager it’s been a very powerful tool for me to stay focused on what’s important. There’s something very satisfying about checking off boxes. The mind can get noisy and distracting and this has really helped me stay focused on what’s important. If I can stay focused on my goals it leaves less space in my brain to be occupied by destructive thoughts. At least thats the way I see it. So by documenting how I feel as a tracker it’s much simpler. Simple = more likely to stick with it. On my daily template I’ll just mark my mood on how I feel on a scale of 1-10. This way if I’m feeling particularly bad and not up to writing about it, I can still document it and not get deterred from the notebook all together. If I feel like venting I can fill as many pages as I’d like. The idea being to keep things simple and flexible. If the notebook is designed as a road map to all the things you want, you’re reinforcing positivity in the mind every time you open the book. The mind is forced into a place of progress and aspirations. Basically, you’re using the notebook as a tool to take control of what fills your mind, as apposed to allowing the mind to “vomit” what it wants on the pages of your notebook.
I do journalling to capture my emotions and thoughts at the moment, so that I can read it in future and feel what I felt at the time of writing because there is no way to capture feelings other than writing them down.
I learned how to Ollie in like a day you should be able to do it
Please do couch to 5k to reignite your like (see what I did there) of running! You look so much healthier on your update running saved my mental health. Sorry to hear about your dog
Bro I’m so happy for Patrick I really do believe in him but overall it was a good fight for both fighters they deserve it!!!
If I invested 30 days learning to box I would definately keep training.
The first 30 days are the hardest.
I keep fighting my gog and I need this so I can beat up my brother he’s so mean
I’m 14 and I’ve been overweight since I was 10-11 during quarantine I’ve been running along a private pier that’s 1 mile long for the last 2 weeks with the owners permission, feeling better already, a lot less stresses about school etc and I feel like my shape is looking better and better
I’ve been running for exactly a month a mile everyday, and my Personal Record is 5:12 and when I started a month ago it was 6:36. Improvement
i am kinda disapointed that hes still not runing and i am gessing that hes back to his old habits, i kinda want him to get healthy if it makes sense
Julia Cameron calls this morning pages and it is definitely helpful.
So sorry to hear about your dog. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Props to you sir for sticking it out, running with all that extra meat is worse than waterboarding, literally considered getting a girdle in the beginning . I lost the pot belly first w/ circuit training in a dark corner of the local 24hr at 3AM before I had the courage to go run in public again. Much easier to painfully gasp for air when my belly fat int slapping me in the face every other step.
How can u be this bad when I started boxing I was no where near this bad
We all know they felt sorry for Patrick so the just said he won
bro. im 16 and i can kick both of these guys asses at the same time
I use to have to smoke a blunt otw to work now after day 4 of no smoke and running 2 miles a day I have TOO much damn energy I haven’t been sleep in 2 days wtf!
It’s good to form a habit but I don’t think it needs to be done every week. Twice a week suits me.
i would’ve dropped both these dudes in the first 90 seconds of the fight
This is SO good. It takes a lot of guts to learn to skateboard, let alone go out on your own to do it as a girl. So proud of Alex for sticking to it and giving it her best. The improvement is obvious!
I just start running 1km a day for 30 day to build my habbit…
And its a 5th day
This was a really nice video! It made me want to go running a making a video of it! Btw really nice editing
Ayy never got in a scrap in his life is actually a good thing, Me too but I know how to fight.
100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 Squats and then a 10 kilometer run! Do it every single day!
All of these martial arts matches between buzz feed people are tied up for some reason
i feel the same, journaling daily is just not my thing, that doesnt mean i dont journal, it journal, when ever i have something of my mind, or something i want to get off my chest. sometimes i journal 3 days in a row, other time its once a month, but it works for me and that all that matters.
even girl’s fight is more intense than these pussboi’s fight.
Running a mile every day would rebuild leg and hip bone’s also backbone and other bone’s of body! While running the impact of weight falling on the legs the leg bones gets tiny fractures and get’s denser when they rebuild each day and same happens with muscles. After 1 year you’re leg’s are hard as rock just kick someone hard and see the results you don’t need to really learn self defense with such strong body.
i’ve followed rachelle on IG for a few years but ngl i’ve never really heard her talk much, let alone this much. she coo
I’ve been running a lot to try and get a sub 5:00 mile:) I’m 16 seconds away! This was really good! I bet if you keep going or do other workouts along with the mile you could drop even more time too!
I used to keep a tiny journal like one of those free notebooks at a office but all I did I would write what I did that day.
I do journaling, but I personally like minimal workbook journal which contains habits tracking, personal dreams and goals, how to raise vibration, etc.

People need to shut up about how “good” “fast” or “devoted” they are to running, nobody cares that you think you’re better than him, and in comparison to the about 75% of people in America who couldn’t run a mile in under 15 minutes to save their lives, Kyle Nutt is doing pretty fucking good.
Also if you’re legs hurt that much there’s massage from physiotherapy to help that
The speed of his progression is insane, shaving close to a minute off each day during the first 3 days, he’s a natural
The Patrick dude should wear a bandana or something so his hair dosent distract him.
