I definately agree we should eat more raw but what to do when buying frozen veggies? Just let them defrost for a few hours or?
Because i read that frozen tend to be more fresh since its frozen right after its picked where as non frozen greens could be transported for over a week before reaching the store and loses alot of nutrients. Thanks
