Am I right to assume it’s okay to eat bran muffins? I hope so cuz I love them! How much bread is okay/too much? Breakfast this morning: bran muffin, cottage cheese, banana, orange juice, and an apple. Is that a good breakfast? Or too many simple carbs? I checked out your macro counter supplied, and it says I should eat 2700 calories, and 25 g of net carbs…
is this too much, I am 230 llbs a lot of muscle, weight train 4 x week and 2 x hitt training…. should I put in s bit less to lose?! Eek

Question. If you suffer from a stomach condition like colitis or Crohn’s disease, and can potentially have a relapse due to biproducts and slow or stalled digestion of carbohydrates such as rice, flour, pastas, what would you recommend as a starch to consume?
