Just so you know campells is that number 1 chicken soup that has LOADS OF SALT you need progress soup peeps just be mindful of the flavors cause that is the BIGGEST PROBLEM you dont always need chicken soup try a different type (I myself eat the white chowder and I dont really care which one works out better I take both progresso soup and cambell I just 2 of each and its a massive cure cause it da spot for me)

I took the challenge of cooking everything on the menu. I might say; I did pretty good for a person who hardly cooks but I love to cook and bake. I don’t eat cheese and every time ppl think adding it to a dish makes it great…ENOUGH. No cheese, sour cream or cream cheese or yogurt. Otherwise I like the one serving size dishes and generally the soups look good…without cheese.

I make soup all the time! The key is to go crazy with the spices, honestly I feel like the first soup would come out a little bland. I always add dried basil, a little cumin, thyme and cayenne, even a little chili powder is good (the kind used for chili, not spicy) I also usually use a small potato instead of pasta. The key is to be creative! Spices don’t usually cost much when it comes to calories!!! You never need to sacrifice taste for low calorie meals

Last night I made chicken w/enchilada sauce & added Eddamane beans, white kidney beans, white pinto beans & low sodium chicken broth. Turned out so good. I do have cans of Progressive soup? Is it okay to use one can w/home made like if I do a can for lunch & home made for dinner or vice versa. Will it still work?✌❤

I don’t really care. My doctor says that canned soup is good for me because I have low sodium levels and am deficient in vitamins and minerals that i can find in canned soup. Plus it’s quick and easy to make since I’m quite busy lately. Also, you can always just get the low sodium stuff. One serving of Campbell’s low sodium chicken noodle soup contains 120g of sodium, which is 5% of your daily recommended amount.

I HATE canned soup! It taste like crap! I LOVE homemade tho! I mean minestrone is sooo easy! Just dice up a few veggies put some veggie stock in it with a few noodles and your good to go. However being homemade I control the salt and I tend to make mine thicker because of all the veggies.

Fuck that just work it off dude. If it’s insane amount of sodium then just sweat it off. For those idiots trying diets it doesn’t work it could make you fatter. What you do is cut out sugar and eat as much as you want. And work it out I have workout schedule of 3 hours of light cardio (3hours of basketball) and 30 minutes of hard cardio (Jogging 30min without stopping) Don’t change the things you eat and how much you eat just cut out sugar and work out for long amounts of time. In 6th grade I was 166 pounds now I’m 155 pounds of pure muscle in 9th grade. Im 5 foot 9 and an absolute dedicated beast. The doctors said I’m overweight in mucle I love it

I’ve never bought a can of soup in my life, but I do make soup at home, every other day. We eat mostly everyday soup, cream soups of all kinds, and noodle soups. (When I make cream soups I don’t add any cream, but I add water just to cover the veggies. This way it’s creamy without the cream.)
They are too much calories I try to eat around 200 calories a day.

Yummy!! I think the cabbage soup is my favorite. Also, I like that these are done in individual portion sizes. My family doesn’t really like soups as much as I do, so it nice to not have to make a big batch of soup for just me and then worry about how to store it or eat nothing but soup for days. The doctor at Mayo Clinic tells his patients to eat 500 calories everyday to loose weight for surgery and he suggest progreso soup, The doctor from my 600 pound life. Yeah if you have heart or cholesterol problems watch salt in take. Homemade is better I use a blender to make my homemade soups creamy without the fat. I just add shredded chicken or shrimp at the plate. Enjoy.

OMG! This came up in my feed and falls in line with how I am eating these days; modified my healthy eating plans. This is fantastic.
I actually made my own soup last Saturday with broccoli, cauliflower and chicken breast; also added a can of carrot and peas since I had it . Used chicken stock and water to make a large amount of broth. I seasoned with fresh herbs and the usual seasonings. Blended everything and strained it. Soooo deeeelicious and I drink a cup before one or two meals for the day.
