Video taken from the channel: Mayo Clinic
The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids for men About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women These recommendations cover fluids from water, other beverages and food. There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. For men, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) recommends a total of 13 cups (about 3 liters) of fluid each day.
For women, they suggest 9 cups (a little over 2 liters) of fluid each day. Pregnant women.Generally speaking, doctors recommend that you get at least 6 cups of water daily at a minimum but most people should be drinking more than that. One easy indicator is urine.
Your urine should be fairly frequent and like yellow or clear in color. Many people follow the 8×8 rule, which recommends drinking eight 8-ounce (237-ml) glasses, or about half a gallon (1.9 liters), of water daily. How much water should you drink a day is the main query in this regard! Well, drink enough water to keep the body hydrated.
The requirement for drinking water varies from one person to another. While the recommended one is to take approximately 8 glasses of water daily.Say you need a total of 70 ounces per day, this would mean that you need to drink just 56 oz of water (7 cups), the rest will enter your body through food and metabolic processes. See our water content for selected foods table below. In the UK, the Eatwell Guide suggests you should aim for 6-8 glasses of water and other liquids each day to replace normal water loss – around 1.2 to 1.5 litres.
Water, lower fat milk and sugar-free drinks, including tea and coffee, all count.Fitness and public health specialists often suggest drinking six to eight glasses of water a day to stay healthy and lose weight. Unfortunately, there’s little scientific basis to this. These are the Institute of Medicine’s guidelines: Men should drink 3 liters (about 14 glasses) of total fluids a day. Women should drink 2.2 liters (about 10 glasses) a day.
Babies and infants need 0.7 to 0.8 liters of water daily from breast milk or formula. When you combine these two results, the concern is that they may all simply be random and unreproducible. Although other research was able to confirm the results of this study, the cognitive improvements that researchers saw were very also small. Q. How much water should women drink each day?
In 2005-2010, U.S. youth drank an average of 15 ounces of water and U.S. adults drank an average of 39 ounces of water on a given day. 7,8 Among U.S. youth, plain water intake is lower in younger children, non-Hispanic black, Mexican-American. 7.Although this is a general hydration guideline, the exact amount of water you should drink each day will vary from person to person and day to day, depending on factors like overall health, diet, activity, among many others, according to the Mayo Clinic.
You don’t need to force yourself to drink water to reach some specific goal, but try to drink water continuously throughout the day. Even if you don’t feel thirsty, you should try to take a few sips of water every hour to keep hydrated.Eight, 8 oz. glasses of water a day: it’s a rule that’s been burned into our brains for years as the ideal amount of fluid to drink each day.
Yet no matter how many times experts say that’s not.

I think it depends though right isn’t that why this is so hard to answer like if you live in Pa like me it’s always chilly or cold except summer it’s hot but in Arizona it’s always gonna be really hot and Alaska is usually colder or chilly even in summer it’s 50-60 degrees
I know 8 glasses is not enough for me, active job in the summer = 200-220oz of water daily…..and honestly I could use more during 100F+ days. I go over 1oz per pound of weight at this point lol.
Ever since I was little I’ve always drank the recommended 8 glasses of water every day, which is equal to about 2 liters and it’s always worked for me. It’s easy to drink more water per day especially since I’m pretty active and I find other drinks like pop disgusting
i drink about 4-5 liters a day because i sweat ALOT and often suffer from dehydration and headaces. is it Dangerous to drink that much water?
dont drink when ur thirsty cuz ur actually ur only thirsty when ur dehydrated and no one want to be dehydrated. Being thirsty its just a sigh of dehydration.
Our body is not so stupid. If it gets dehydrated it sends signals to your brain and you feel thirsty. Drink some water and quench your thirst. Stop when your thirst is quenched. Drinking water without reason is not good for your body.
i have 15 to 20 bottles 600ml of Water a day and im sick of it. i pee all the time and i need to go to see a doctor
I was told that only drink when your thirsty otherwise you are drinking too much. I never get thirsty so what am I supposed to do?
Your kidneys can eliminate about 5.3-7.4 gallons (20-28 liters) of water a day, but theycan’t get rid of more than 27-33 ounces (0.8-1.0 liters) per hour (14, 15). Therefore, in order to avoid hyponatremia symptoms, youshould not drink more than 27-33 ounces (0.8-1.0 liters) of water per hour, on average
I can’t seem to find a Sci show episode on the common cold. It would be cool to have one like what are the best treatments and why haven’t we found a cure for it? Why is it that you are supposed to drink lots of fluids? Maybe consider for a video and if there is one please direct me to it! Thanks!
Maybe I have some medical condition I am unaware of. I am always thirsty. I cary a 1,000ml water bottle with me everywhere and drink 3-5 full bottles (without any ice) a day. When I go out to eat with family, if we are at the restraunt for 30-45 minutes, I drink 4-5 full glasses of water (obviously in this case with tons of ice so it isn’t as much as you’d think.)
I… I don’t really drink water. I know I should but I really can’t stand the stuff.
I drink a glass of milk with breakfast, and a glass of apple juice with lunch, and another with dinner.
Even that 8 glasses a day thing seems absurdly large to me, and now you’re telling me it’s more that twice that!?
Well… I haven’t died yet, so that’s good. Right?
I have noticed around work and other places that there seems to be almost a cult like following of younger college grads walking around everywhere they go with a cell phone in one hand and a water bottle in the other. We work in a climate controlled office environment, not a hot sweaty construction site. I don’t understand this obsession with constanly feeling the need to hydrate every minute of the day. They seem to have a fear of drinking from a water fountain or tap water, but feel they need special filtered water to do the job properly. I don’t notice this behavior as much in high school aged kids or adults over 30 so I can’t help but wonder if this is a millenial thing, or a college fad or what? But it does seem really weird to me, I am 52 years old and don’t even own a water bottle. I rarely drink just water, and like you Thomas, I will get focused in on a project and go without food or water for an entire day. When I get thirsty I will stop by one of the many water fountains located around our campus or drink a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
Thank god for intelligent people who are questioning some of these BS theories. So many people give these stupid fitness advises where they say oh yes you need to gulp down 2 Gallons of water and so on
According to the United States Department of Agriculture, women need to drink about 91 ounces (2.7 liters) ofwater a day, while men should average 125 ounces (3.7 liters) in order to be healthy and stay hydrated…
I don’t understand how to convert in metric system. what is the math please. in kilos and liters? thank you. if iam 65 kilos for 1,60meter for instance
I eat a ton of veggies, drink a pot of herbal lemon tea and maybe 2 eight ounce glassed of water every day. I’m plenty hydrated.
idk why but when I drink about 5 cups per day I would be in the verge of puking. wtf…
“relax and drink a glass of water” there’s water in beer right?
I think I’m getting dehydrated because I’ve been gaining weight more than usual and eat the same… and super lazy. I mean extreme lazy. Not even want to get up to go to the restroom
MEM/SIR Australian S©️Ientists has asked 4 limit of daily drinking water as I read in news paper okayed or not?
Ok I weigh 430 lb and I’m supposed to drink half that in ounces water that’s over 200 oz in a day does that sound plausible lol
I love how he says “if you’re watching this then you are alive” so seriously. Thanks mate, who knew?
Interesting video, however Doug F has got it right. When you feel thirsty, you are already becoming dehydrated. Thirst is only one symptom of needing to have more fluids in you…brain fog, irritability, dizzyness, feeling drowsy are others and this is a real problem in not only the young (who may not be able to articulate it) but as well in the older adult. Especially the aging population, it is a combination of stubbornness, a lifelong dis-connectedness with their body’s needs or unwillingness to make the effort.
The clearer your piss the better hydrated you’re, if it’s as clear as tap water you’re hydrated plenty.
Another alternative of water is Green Tea, since it is mainly water but also has high levels of antioxidants and healthy acids, etc. And it taste much better
I’ll continue drinking my 2 20ounce bottles a day. Adds up to 40 ounces. Good enough.
Lol
Everybody needs different level of water. A teacher and a gym trainer need different level of water of course. If you are thirsty, drink.
So basically the most popular question on everyone’s mind is:
HOW TO HUMAN?
I have high functioning Autism and sensory issues. I can’t tell when I’m thirsty or hungry. Just set myself on a timer basically to eat and drink. I have sensory issues with touch sound feeling and bodily. Pain etc
Not a big fan of water even less so from the tap ew but iid say about a thousand liters a day shud do
I drink alot of water lol its probably why i don’t gain weight
HANK, can you please tell us on a scientific perspective, if drinking distilled water is ok or not? peace and love ♡
how much water does a hyperhidrosis person should drink living in a warm environment
Did you actually put nails in your mouth just to crack a joke? You’re awesome man
Way to smash the norms, and what everybody is always repeating regarding water consumption.
I’ve watched a few videos on water consumption… what’s healthy and what’s not.
I advise everyone to watch the video listed under to make an informed decision.
“The Drink 8 Glasses of Water Per Day Big Fat Lie!” by Dr Eric Berg DC
I drink 1 or 3 glasses of water a day max but I’m just never ever thirsty, I really have to force myself to drink anything
Up to relatively recently, people, like other animals still do, drank when they were thirsty, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink,(if he’s not thirsty)
(other )animals would never say ‘I think I should drink this amount of water’ thirst is the guide, so it’s the same with us.
Reg: Welcome to the Salty Spittoon. How tough are ya?
Fish: How tough am I? How tough am I?! I had a bowl of nails for breakfast this morning!
Reg: Yeah, so?
Fish: Without any milk.
Reg: Uh, right this way, sorry to keep you waiting.
You get water from foods. Also factor in drinks (tea, coffee, soda). Like the video says. Drink when you are thirsty. Try to substitute coffee and soda for water. And try to push yourself a tinsy bit to drink a glass or two more. It’ll be hard at first but with time (and a bit of discipline), you’ll find an affinity to water almost on the verge of a craving
I fell for that “drink more than 10 glasses of water” myth. I used to force myselfto drink more than necessary. All ending up peeing frequently than others. I have reduced to 7 to 8 glasses, and 5 in winters.
That’s a lot of water!!! Every other research I’ve read says the 8 x 8 is too much, not too little!! I am a camel though, I could go days without drinking anything. On my best days I struuuugggle to get even 20 ounces down (of straight water).
I can barely drink 30 freaking ounces and that makes me full, dafuq.
please may you come up with video on what to do before the exam
drink when thirsty, pee when you need to…no mystery its that simple.
Another part of that 1% could include people like me who take medication that suppresses your thirst response. (Adderall) Still a great, informative video though. thank you!
Is there such a thing as water retention and drinking to much water?
I’m 11 how much should I drink? I’m scared I might drink to much
How do I know if I’m thirsty though? I use an app to remind me to drink, because before I would go all through the day and not drink anything at all until I got home from school. Is my thirst indicator broken?
sir ager koi person ek din m 35 liter tak Pani pii jata h to use konsi disease h
Half my body weight, I don’t weigh my water, I just count cups. I weigh 900 tons, so I need 450 tons of water per day.
All the Signs That You’re Not Drinking Enough Water
https://nahlux.com/2019/11/06/all-the-signs-that-youre-not-drinking-enough-water/
I drink about 4-5lts of water. mainly because I have a very active lifestyle. But will it effect my kidneys anyway??
I often suffer from this thing that makes me feel thirsty when I’m not so I measure how much I‘m drinking and make sure I don’t go over three litres cause my GP says that can cause more problems.
I naturally dont get thirsty often, which allows me to not drink anything for an entire day, doesnt really affect me but i remind myself to drink all the time so i dont become dehydrated, kinda sucks
I drink when I’m thirsty and I drink about 8 cups on average, with a standard deviation of 2
I may start smashing my face into my phone more often. Thanks for the suggestion, Thomas. Lol.
what about you should drink when you are thirsty? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ae4wZ79GzGU
I’d love to drink more water but I need some recommendations when using the publuc washrooms:(
You f***in liar, tinder rejections, contrary to what you say, are very nutritious. Any 4 dimensional Giant Winged Priest God (eg Cthulhu) will tell you that. Also I think you lied about YouTubers not being able to tell lies, I have studied this at a lay person level and I believe that YouTubers can lie but that they have to repay the inconvenience caused to their viewers back in pounds of flesh.
If your bee is dark yellow, you’re not drinking enough water.
3.7 liters is almost a gallon. You people have lost your minds if you think the average person needs that much water.
According to this peer reviewed article from the American Journal of Physiology you should just drink when you’re thirsty: http://ajpregu.physiology.org/content/283/5/R993+
Water….like out the toilet?
But Brawndo’s got what plants crave. It’s got electrolytes.
I find this video to be very dangerous. Please stick with study tips and avoid offering medical advise.
People need 2-3 liters/day of water.
Once thirsty, you are dehydrated and there is already a problem. Going by thirst alone can be dangerous advise, as there are many medical conditions (as you stated) that can alter the thirst mechanism. This mechanism can also be decreased simply with age alone–this being the case for the elderly, who often have a decrease in the expression of thirst even in the presence of dehydration. Children also are at increased risk if you simply go by thirst alone.
As you stated, electrolytes is a very complicated topic, and it is one best left to medical professionals to advise their patients how to manage.
I could go on, but in the end, people should talk with their health care provider for the best way to maintain proper hydration.
When you’re thirsty, Drink something that will hydrate you.
Guys I’ve been doing this my whole life I’m a genius Lol
I think this is the best video you’ve ever made!
I really enjoyed this one
Great job Thomas!
I drink when I am thirsty and eat when hungry and that’s it.
I know I dont drink enough I drink one big gulp container a day.
I used to drink 8 bottles of 60 litres i stopped after i spilt water on my computer and now i realise i should keep drinking water
Only drink when thirsty. It 250,000+ years to evolve your thirst mechanism so you can trust it to be reliable.
What about not drinking water at all and let our body produce it while fasting. If this is new for you try counting from the last time you drank anything before going to bed to a few hours after waking up. I started with 12hrs: 8hrs of sleep + 4 hrs dry fasted, now Im up to 16-18 hrs dry fasted and its working out great.
Over-thinking whether I should drink that glass of water or not intensifies
Informative, entertaining and hilarious. Thank you for such great content!
I haven’t had a glass of water in the past two weeks just other drinks
I’m drinking much more dn D’s which is making me urinate frequently…I will stop..it ryt tomorrow..as I hd urine infection
i smashed my face into the screen and my laptop screen broke and it didnt go to the next video. instructions not clear
And how precisely has this brilliant dietitian determined these dosages are optimal? Need to know basis it seems
this video is so useless… think about the rest of the world
I drink probably about that 3.7L amount per day. Water’s my favorite drink, it’s refreshing.
I disagree with the thirst rule. Thirst is a signal of the body that you need to drink water making some organ exerts more effort including the brain(signal of lack of water as head ache) which leads to various complications. Example in kidneys and gut. growth of pathogens along the gastrointestinal tract due to lack of water as lubricant. Most importantly, the BRAIN shrinks in small amount (may cause serious damage to the underlying tissues) giving signal to the body in the form of HEAD ACHE. In this case a person may not feel thirsty but he/she needs to drink water. Hence, there are types of head aches that does not need any medicine. Only water. Tnx
My problem is even if I’m really thirsty, if I’m also really busy or are in a good mood. I sometimes completely forget to drink water. So do I have to worry if I forget to drink water for a couple hours before or after finishing a meal?
When trying to sleep they say not to leave electronics around your bed so it’ll help you stay to sleep. Why and or how, does electronics affect you going or staying to sleep? #WMAQ
This is bullshit;drinking that much is very dangerous,I’m 14 stone so by this I should be drinking 3 liters a day,
I’m going to be constantly drinking and going to the bathroom throughout the
day,that’s not good
Does Milk or juices count as water intake? I mean what if you replace some of that water with any other fluid?
oofooofooofoofofoffooooofofofoofooofofooofoooofoooofoooofoooofoooofooofoooofoof
you didn’t even answer the fucking question. Everyone knows you get water from food. How much fucking water do I drink? is it 3.7 litters?
I’m too lazy to drink water throughout the day so at dinner time I drink from a huge cup that’s about 6 cups. Then I fill it up halfway a couple hours later and finish it.
“Those of you who said you have no idea what you ‘re doing here on earth” Yes! I knew it wasn’t only me:D
I always heard that if you were thirsty you were already at the start of being dehydrated. Also to drink 1/2 your weight in oz.
>Talks about science.

HI. JUST WANNA KNOW BADLY ABOUT DRINKING WATER IN STANDING POSITION. IS TRUE THAT IT IS BAD TO DRINK WATER IN STANDING POSITION???? PLEASE ADVICE
I drink a gallon a day and spend about 40% of my time in the bathroom:P
I’m 75-80 kg and I drink from 4 to 6 litres of water daily, is that too much? Can I have water intoxication?
What about if you are active? How does that change things? I weigh around180, but do a 50 min walk at noon and 40 mins of cardio in the evening. I’m drinking at least 110 oz of water and usually a lot more. I’m just trying to be sure I’m not drinking too much.
What should the 40 million usa smokers do? Get an e-cig! Why are you silent about them Mayo? Pharma got your tongue? close to 99% safer than smoking but you don’t care about smokers lives!
The video says 125 oz. of water for men. That’s like 158 oz. glasses. wtf
In elderly people the thisrt mechanism isn’t reliable, they are chronically dehydrated and don’t feel thirtst, so we should instruct them to drink even when they don’t feel the necessity to.
Why does our urinal discharge appear yellow in color or clear as water? Why the difference?
Can u drink like fruit juice and soda and does that do the same thing or nar
My body barely to never tells me im thirsty I could drink nothing all day and still feel fine thats why I turned it into a habit to drink a certain amount of water a day
my health teacher used this video! Great job dude keep it upp! ^_^
#WMAQI would like you to answer; “Why Does Quantum Tunneling Occur?” Or “What Is Dark Matter?”
I drink like 10 glasses of water a day with like 10 ice cubes in them and I always grab the remaining ice with my hand, and eat it like that. Don’t judge me, I’m Mexican.
I weigh 120 pounds. I’ve been drinking water. But I feel like it’s not enough water.
What’s wrong with rehydrating with 3+ lattes, especially since coffee has a net hydrating effect, and provides some electrolytes? Why do you feel pressured to switch to water at all? (My favorite 83 year old genius health guru, Dr. Ray Peat, rarely drinks water).
Dude, i literaly drink around 4-5 liters a day, i even could drink more if i would want to. btw, i go to the toilet max 4-5 times a day.
Water intake below 50% is too low I think. 50-100% of your weight I think is more ideal. We use 2-3 quarts just breathing in a day, add a hot climate and excersise and you need to add to that number. Only water counts no other liquids, your body will use every bit of that water trust me. If your 150 pounds then 150 ounces of water throughout the day is ideal.
and people’s lifestyle and vices affects how much water we actually need to compensate for the loss of it.
Erm I drank 18 cups of water today, which is almost 5 liters
Dr. Josh Axe, thanks for the info. That said, “25 to 50% of what one’s body weight is is how much water should be drank”? Really? “25%,” maybe, & that still sounds like on the high end.
I’m trying to remember if this is the same thing Dr. Eric Berg recommends, though I think it probably isn’t because he, per videos I’ve seen of him on the subject, is against what he considers drinking “too much water.”
Anyway, I suppose it all comes down to knowing what is moderation & abiding with that.
One question more, actually. When one increases one’s water consumption to often, he or she will tend more to want to urinate more. What if the urge to urinate is as frequent as within only minutes from the most recent time? Is the water even getting a chance to go anywhere except the bladder?
Oh, I should add, one thing I’ve heard before Dr. Berg but have heard him say & perhaps you have elsewhere, too, is that lemon can be juiced into the water for drinking to enrich it with electrolytes.
Anyway, all the best!
This recommends 80% water a day if u weight 160lbs. Water has no nutrition (?) You 5 serving of fruits /vegies a day= more liquids into your body then gave a sensible 3meals a day, so how did function by running to toilet several times a day. Now ppl in wheel chairs ppl walking with canes walkers will be setting themselves trying to get to the
Using thirst as a guide is bad advice. The human thirst mechanism is unreliable due to development of the cerebral cortex.
what about herbal tea should the health value be higher than just water alone because there are more essential nutrients dense all while having the benefits of water combined
Hey Thomas, very informative video. Not sure if you can share some insight or if anyone else who is an expert on the topic of how your brain reacts to dehydration when you’re intoxicated or under the influence of drugs that mask your hunger and thirst.
Is your brain still able to tell you to drink water under these circumstances or should I take preemptive measures to consistently drink enough water to stay hydrated. Also assuming the drug is causing me to sweat more than usual is it safe to think I should drink more than what I’m used to or should I just stick to my “gut” feeling in terms of how to stay hydrated when the time comes?
Many thanks for any input provided.
Lmao 2:44.. Nicky town residents are gonna be needing a lot of water
I started drinking at least 3L of water and it made my stools loose. Any tips? I eat healthy and exercise 5 times a week. I weigh 200lb
I once got really sick for 10 days and couldn’t eat or drink anything. I went to the doctor and she told me to mix Gatorade with water so I could get some electrolytes
Guys i started drinkin water about 1-2 months age as soon as i knew that we should drink water! I use to drink maybe 1 cup of water a day, maybe less if not none. I then started slowly drinking water, and more water and more! Now it is addicting! I love water and i need to be drinking it all the time! I usually drink at least 1 gallon of water per day, and at max 2-3 gallons. Sometimes i feel like i have somewhat headaches and i could also feel confusion, but haven’t realy pay attention to see if i am confused. I also go to the bathroom about maybe if i had to take a guess 10 times a day to pee, probably more. Is this healthy? I am really worried!
2.7 liters a day?
I don’t know how anyone can manage to drink that amount, I’d either vomit HCL or pee every half an hour
I can barely manage to drink 4 glass, how can I approach 12?
I like that you focused on the good foods and exercise. “Water” is not some magic solution, it’s everything combined. You lived up to your holistic moniker with this advice.: )
I really value this video especially for the amount of research done before the recording:-) Thanks, Thomas! Keep up the great work.
1:40 that same glass is litterally right I front of me in my house. lolll
You know, I used to think maybe there’s something wrong with water with all the hype about how bad coffee and alcohol is, since there’s water in those, but now I realize that it’s just the processed, added ingredients to those drinks that make them bad. Now I just realized a day ago that all I need to be drinking is water. Screw everything else.
Thats a fun way to drink water, but it’s so intense it can be in a horror film.
English isn’t my native language,
Me before knowing hydration meaning: why is my pee green?
I drink Alief 2 liters of water a day cluding 48 oz of a water bottle and that’s twice a day is that too much to drink a day with a 266 lb woman and also I’m 5’25 that’s my height
Why does it have to be Himalayan salt? Salt is salt. It makes absolutely no difference which type of salt you use, sodium is sodium. If the use of this particular type of salt is for trace minerals, you would be better off getting your minerals from another source, as excess sodium is not a good thing. More fad diet tips from someone who wished they were a Hollywood star?! If you eat a proper diet and consume the proper amounts of water daily, you don’t need to worry about electrolyte replacement, because your body already takes care of that process naturally.
I come here to find out what not to follow… Thank you LOSERS THAT MAKE US SICK lmao
The most inaccurate way to measure how much water a person needs is by a percent. it’s by listening to your body and paying attention to the color of your urine where you’ll figure out your need
Too many people fail trying to drink half their body weight in ounces of water
Your body will let you know when you need water and the color of your urine is a good indication what’s going on to if you don’t take a bunch of supplements
https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=ae4wZ79GzGU
I am not so sure about that. I notice considerable difference in my mental performance AND physical performance when I hydrate at times when I don’t even feel like I need to. When I study for example, I definitely feel more alert/awake/quicker to think when I take water regularly, as for sports it’s self-explanatory. Perhaps enough to function, but getting more definitely helps me.
Iv been drinking tap water zipping it throughout the day probably 2 litres not gulping its so simple. When your body tells you your thirsty your already dehydrated.
Depends on your diet, person who eats heavy roasted meats, junk food ll need much higher water intake than person who eats e. g grain-veg soup, rice +veg sauce, veg salats, pasta…. The difference is huge and depends on DIET….
My question is…
Why don’t humans have tails because we evolved from monkeys and they have tails so why don’t we?
Plz tell me. How many glass we should drink water in one day.otherwise in liters one or more than one.
My urine is blue, how much water should i drink on a daily basis.?
That’s wrong! According to the food and drug administration, a full grown man should drink 2 L of fluid a day, that is INCLUDING The fluid consumed in foods and other beverages. So if your Diet is well balanced with decent vegetables and fruits, that amounts to most the necessary Daily intake. With the difference of about 4 Glasses of actual water needed!
I already knew most of these things but I find the little jokes funny like the whole Adamantium thing XD
lmao I was very confused by you saying adamantium, clearly I’m not hip to comics
My brain tell me that my body needs what and I try my best drink water but I have hard time swallow the water, I force myself to drink the water. My mouth is so dry.
Where do these requirements for the amount of water consumed daily come from?

Why can’t they just say in English terms how much water we non athletes can drink. A quart or two quarts a day or three quarts a day? Is it safe to drink a gallon a day without water poisoning?
I’m flattered and all but you didn’t have to treat me to an extra 17 seconds after the 10 min mark
