Hello from Romania. I do pilates and i love it. i have back problems so i can’t do high impact workouts
I have only just started Pilates and am finding a little hard. I will keep at it, have you a beginners class on YouTube? I do not have a reformer.
I find many who do pilates aren’t curvy. Their wastes are almost the same size as their narrow thighs.
Can pilates fix your skeletal structue i.e. uneven right end left body? Fix spine?, fix pelvis,,, obstruction overall of your structure??
