Hi Kristen back when this all started for me I would go for a walk in the morning. I started January 17th just walking 2k when I woke up, about 5:30. I’ve been off since then. As of today I set my alarm for 3:20am to get up. Now I’m walking 10km every morning and stopping to do 30 push-ups every lap around my block. At the end I do some stretching and toning exercises. After 3-months I stepped on a scale and found out I lost NOTHING. Disappointed to say the least. I guess maybe I should try on my work pants to see how they fit now since I haven’t worn those since the 16th of January. Hoping it’s muscle gain. By the way our kids started going back to school yesterday, May 8th, and I’m supposed to go back on May 18th.

Kristen, I’m so proud of you! This quarantine is such a challenge. I’m a hiker and LOVE hiking with my group. We were generally hiking together twice a month. Quarantine came and that ended for now.:( It seems like my whole time has been spent teaching and in the kitchen. I’ve gained weight and can’t believe my daughter is getting married in 3 weeks and I didn’t get back on track sooner. The good news is that the dress that I’m wearing still fits, but I feel so out of shape. Thanks for the inspiration. I think I still have time to get back to it. The challenge for me is that what motivates me to exercise is as much the social interaction with friends as the exercise part. But… thanks to your video, I feel motivated to get back on track with healthy eating and exercise.

The hand that’s a bright color on the screen is the hand that follows your movement, and because the dance is mirrored you should keep the controller in your right hand, maybe her scores would have been higher if she kept the joy-con in the right hand!

I’m playing just dance for 1 hour a day and watching what I eat. I really want this to work.
After viewing your success on Zumba, I researched Zumba classes and went with Amazon Prime. They have a variety of different classes at 1 hour, 50 minutes, 20 minutes etc. I went with Roku, then combined a personal and business account for a duo cheaper rate per year. I’ll try it out for a month everyday and see what happens. There are free Zumba classes on YouTube. However I didn’t see anything longer than 20 minutes.
You gave me faith that this might actually work. I love working out, but I get tired easily of the routines, so I decided to give it my all in Just Dance. I thought it would at least help me with increasing my stamina and metabolism. It’s a fun, entertaining way to workout and lose weight at the same time, so I thank you for giving me inspiration.
I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, I also have an imbalanced hormone that is keeping me from having any successful weight loss for me to get healthy. Bullshit title. A regular song, if done perfectly, is about 20 kcal. A song is about 3min30 (4 at most). 34min is 10 songs, I’d guess. That means that the MOST kcal you can spend on this playlist is 200 (while being optimistic, most people spend 15kcal a song). Just look at his kcal count. Also, you’d have to be freaking dumb to believe you can spend 500 kcal doing “so little”. This video is dishonest and a scam.
