I work in a restaurant and that’s what they add also chicken regardless if it’s grill can add canola oil. Just tell the cooks to prepare it the healthy way. No oil no added hidden ingredients “. Well, sorry to say that NOT ALL Chipotle restaurants do such restrictions, they provide online and take out and people can still walk in order and there’s a line of people all the time, yes they have 6 feet markers but with the people on line, and people waiting for their online orders the restaurant packs up with people! And with people coughing around you, I visited a restaurant last week and a person who was recovering from the COVID-19 was making line to buy food!!! I know this because I asked the customer “Are you sick?” And he responded “Yes, but it has been 7 days and I feel better” I was like “you are still contagious” and customer still proceeded to be in the restaurant and pay with his debt and put Everybody at risk!

One thing that I learned that has helped me with 500 cal meals is that the regular hamburgers at fast food restaurants (the kinds that come in kid’s meals, also known as junior hamburgers in some fast food places) are only 250 or 240 cals. Two of those would be around 500 cals, or you could get one with some sort of side

Guys I did something similar to this and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Last year I started eating one meal a day and it would literally be a latte and a muffin or something like that for the ENTIRE DAY. I lost 20 pounds but I fucked up my digestive system so much that my body couldn’t process anything anymore so I HAD to use laxatives for a few months and still do once in a while to this day. I started taking fiber supplements which helped a lot but YOU NEED fiber foods or you will really fuck up your body and do long term damage.
It is possible to lose weight by eating fast food. Like if you eat a Big Mac and nothing else but water all day for a week you would lose weight, you’d feel disgusting but you’d lose weight

This is a JOKE. Healthiest = quality of the ingredients. Are they fresh? Was the meat raised properly? Does it have a lot of additives? If you eat high-quality ingredients like from Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A, a 1000 calorie item is healthy, while a 1000-calorie triple bacon cheeseburger from McDonalds is a disaster.
At ChickFil -A I order a kids meal with 4 piece grilled chicken nuggets and side of fruit instead of fries. At McDonald’s I order a grilled snack wrap.
At the end of the day you probably shouldn’t eat fast food if you’re trying to be healthy or lose weight, but I’m still a teenager who lives at home and I don’t really get to pick what we have for dinner.. I’m sure a lot of people can relate!

That turkey salad was a rip off, with only a few shreds of turkey lunchmeat. I’de just buy the salad, & add my own meat to it. Nice to know, you can get a lettuce wrapped sandwich instead of a bun. I never eat at these places because I always have the ingredients at home to make my own versions much cheaper than the high prices of eating out, but I’de love to try the pizza! Making your own cauliflower crust is too much bother for me. thanks!

At subway I get a 6 inch veggie delite on wheat with whatever cheese, spinach, olives, banana and green peppers, jalepenos, and red onion. Then, I take it home and put plain greek yogurt on it for sauce. I love it!
At chipotle I get a brown rice bowl with chicken, fajita veggies, black beans, lettuce, corn salsa, and pico de gallo. No cheese or sour cream, but I do add greek yogurt at my house like the subway. Also, I make two meals out of one bowl.
These are my two preferred “fast food” choices!

You don’t loose weight from eating healthy food. You loose weight by eating in a caloric deficit for an extended period of time. You can accumulate fat by just eating healthy if you eat over your daily calorie maintenance

Back when I was working at a school in a small town with only 3 fast food chains, the McDouble became a go-to for a quick lunch. 22g of protein and only 390 calories as is (less with mustard). It didn’t shatter my caloric limit, plus, it satisfied my cheese craving while only having one slice. I now work in a bigger city where I thankfully have much healthier options; however I sympathize with those who don’t and just need a quick meal with colleagues. It’s good knowing what ‘healthier’ items you can have at fast food chains to call upon when needed without guilt or shame.
Nothing is healthy outside and for the people who think subway is healthy, there breads have a good amount of sugar in it, plus it’s safe to eat homemade food rather than searching for healthy options outside

I’m glad you picked Subway as the #1. I feel like Subway is super underrated in how good it is if you are looking to cut or something. You got lots of fresh veggies, it’s very filling, low calories, low price. Meat is a little dubious but I haven’t died from it yet.
Also Wendy’s is pretty good if you get a spicy chicken sandwich + chili. It’s more like 700 calories, but it’s really tasty and will also fill you up for quite a while.
Surprised you didn’t feature Arby’s in this challenge. They have a lot of lower calorie items and most of their items have a ton of protein in them, more than any other fast food restaurant I’ve seen. A lot of people hate on Arby’s for some reason, but I like them
