It would be better if coke zero used Stevia since it is a natural source sweetener rather than aspartame which is an artificial sweetener. The thing about fast foods is that the cooks don’t weigh all the ingredients of each dishes. For example, the sauce in spaghetti, grams of hotdogs they put, grams of pasta’s they serve. They just do an estimate of each ingredients that they combine hence all the calories in every fast foods is just an estimate and not an exact amount.

Ryan a bit off subject but I was wondering if you have ever read or listened to the plant paradox book?
I’m nearly 6 years vegan. Weight pretty stable, however I love researching and listening to health books especially plant related.
So he recommends certain plants to help your good gut bacteria and avoidance of lectin type fruits and vege. Most fruits with seeds are eliminated as they feed your bad gut bacteria. I’m a fan of bananas, kiwis, oranges. He also recommends removing grains. So foods are left on his yes plan are.. all berries, lettuce or all greens, avocado, hemp powders, mushrooms, asparagus, micro greens, celery, fruit but only by season, sweet potato, flaxseed, parsnip, beets and herbs like mint, ginger, garlic, coconut oil, coconut yoghurt… that’s the vegan version anyway. He says with these foods your weight will be easy to maintain and health improved especially if you suffer from a autoimmune disease.
My daughter is just 8 years old and has a autoimmune disease which seems to stay under control with Anthony William the Medical Medium’s protocol.
She is plant based by choice, just a year in on her journey.
I was wondering your thoughts on this plant paradox thing… eliminating the above mentioned? She is already gluten free and both of us eat a abundance of fruits and veggies, I would feel sad to remove bananas and potatoes, rice and beans from our plates. Hello po, I’m new to this channel pero I can’t help but wonder na sabi niyo is 1200 kcal a day is para sa mga nagdadiet, i think it’s the start of starvation mode and honestly problematic rin po yon. And second hindi po pangkalahating araw ang 500+ calories pang isang meal po talaga yon. I feel like it’s kind of problematic kasi na mimisinterpret ng mga tao kung gaanong kadami talaga ang dapat i-consume shile in reality we can consume up to 2000-3000 kcals a day without getting fat at kung pataba naman ay 5000 kcals a day is isang kalahating kilo lang. Personally di ko marerecommend yung diet where you only take 1200 calories because your starving yourself slowly and coming from my experience with eating disorder and body dysmorphia i just wouldn’t recommend it. Although kung gusto niyo maglose ng weight is meron namang intermittent fasting of keto. Remember lang po na we do diets to be healthy at hindi healthy ang pag cancel ng masyadong madaming calories because not only na ginugutom niyo sarili niyo nasisira nag insulin at Basal Metabolic Rate niyo kaya mas maiibabalik niyo yung tabang nawala and mas madami pang madadagdagan. Yun lamang po stay safe and godbless. ❤

my suggestion to enjoy junk food be sure to eat them on your workout days, do not eat them on your rest days:) if I go for workout and I crave for Jollibee yun na pre workout meal ko chicken and spag, coke zero and a sundae after workout I eat pwede chicken ulit or iba naman foods but I make sure I also buy fruits before going home and green tea before going to bed

Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “meats to eat while dieting” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Meyaanit Fatty Escapeify (search on google )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.
The amount I should be eating in a day is 1300 I have to eat two meals a day or less. My first meal is always 110 calories oatmeal. Then a snack or two which equals 200 to 500 calories and dinner which is 300 to 500 calories. That’s because I want to lose some weight like 10 pounds. And gain 3 pounds muscle. So 1000 a day or less. If I eat fast food I won’t finish it, I give one fourth to my dogs.
So much calories! But is it okay to eat if you want to gain weight?

It took me like 7 years to realise that just because I’m craving a pizza & it’s 1500 calories doesn’t mean I can never have pizza…. you see one slice is only 1/8 of that amount…. nobody ever said I have to eat the whole thing… yet I’ve always been conditioned to clean my plate.. 1 sandwich is 600 calories? Yeah but half is only 300. 1 chocolate bar is 200? But 1/2 is only 100. I don’t have to eat the whole thing. Shocking. I know. It was for me.

this video is misleading. yes a burger can have 600 calories but you need 1000+ just for basic health functions. So 1 burger some days is not a so bad thing. Especially when you eat normal burgers and not burger king. It has a bun, some salad, meat, chesse, pickle. There is nothing bad about these.

McDonald’s is going downhill. First, the hot coffee incident. The more recent one, was a breakfast muffin with pork. Doesn’t sound that bad, right? But, the order specifically asked for no pork. No refunds. They don’t even know what halal is. On their website it said that the fillet o’ fish Tatar sauce was vegetarian, but not halal. Stupid.
