Working on one change at a time is slow, yes, but when you change too much at once, you’re much more likely to go back to old behaviors. Taking your time leads to lasting changes and, in the end, a healthier lifestyle.Are you ready to live a more meaningful life?
Then there is something vital that you need to accept, and that is you need a change! By inviting change, you will begin to experience what is possible every day, in every moment. And if you choose to allow it, you’ll experience new and amazing things!When you’re trying to make a shift in your lifestyle to lose weight, gain energy, boost your emotional state, and get healthier, a diet or program that makes you feel trapped is not one that you’ll stick with. That’s why I create meal plans that can be.
Once you’re ready to make healthy lifestyle changes, the difficult part is committing and following through. Setting small goals and taking things one step at a time gives you the best chance of success. Creating healthy lifestyle changes doesn’t necessitate drastic changes.
Make your future a healthy one. Remember that eating healthy, getting regular physical activity, and other healthy habits are lifelong behaviors, not one-time events. Always keep an eye on your efforts and seek ways to deal with the planned and unplanned changes.You eat plenty of vegetables and clean protein and exercise regularly, so why in the world would you need to make lifestyle changes?
The truth is, good health is incredibly complex, and there are lots of tiny tweaks you can make to your daily habits in order to help you live longer, and with more energy, focus, and happiness.Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that — a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot of work. But believe me when I tell you it’ll be worth it! I bet you’ve already tried it your way, so let’s give my way a try. Here are five steps to change your diet, exercise.

I notice many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). But Im not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried this popular diet plan?
Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every weight loss system that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. Good presentation however I’m astonished that the word “ORGANIC” was not mentioned once during the presentation. It is well known that the nutritional value of GMO grain and soy are orders of magnitude less than non-GMO crops. Very disappointing that is not mentioned.

Fruit is candy for me now. So I have “candy” for breakfast (microwaved frozen berries and bananas); homemade chia berry jam on my pnut butter toast; oranges in my salad; fuju persimmon for lunch desert (when in season); snack on simple oatmeal cookies made from just oats, cinnamon and bananas and fewvchoc chips; then nice cream after dinner (frozen bananas, cacao powder, flax meal, hemp seeds sprinkled on top). Lotsa fruit! Too much?

It’s so hard for me to do those things because I am still a teenager and I live with my family and they are really different from me.. they are kinda lazy and I usually wake up at 4 AM and I have to be quite to not wake them up and my parents don’t earn much so they don’t buy vegetables very often
I have been doing my hair like this for soooooo long and it was so hard to find people (stylists) who would do my hair like this after I got it cut and lightened. Kendra atkins is the one I have found to do hair like mine so I tend to gravitate to her suggestions now. The strait ends is a MUST and going opposite directions and sometimes I don’t even do all my hair. Just chunks. And I love it because you can go a few days with it like that. That RMS is amazing. Love these new videos. So refreshing.

Or is the Morning Timeline at 7:06 for days when you don’t have breakfast and you have it afterwards? I add fruit to my salads. Most commonly apple, but what takes the salad from tasting great to tasting amazing is dates. And quite a few of them. Maybe not to recommend to people who are trying to lose weight, but if that’s not the case, it’s a great way to make a salad taste really good. And then one is more motivated to eat the salad. Which I do several times a week nowadays.

I ate advocado with hummus and asparagus for breakfast this morning. I always tell people you don’t have to eat cereal or toast or eggs for breakfast. I sometimes even eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast like I will use chicken and make a sandwich for breakfast. I get griped at by people a lot because I don’t answer my phone. I don’t stay attached to my phone all day and night.

I do most of these things and can vouch for the cumulative effects. Your meal prep plans are better than mine, I need to watch those videos again for more insight. I had to laugh when I saw you sauté the spinach and tomatoes for your eggs, mine is exactly the same only I also add mushrooms and usually cilantro. Love having veggies with my eggs in the morning!
One thing I have discovered that has made me feel so much better is intermittent fasting. I have IBS and there is nothing else that has ever worked quite as well as not eating for a minimum of 12 hours usually 14 to 16 hours every day. I am different than most people in my practice of intermittent fasting in that I don’t eat dinner, most people skip breakfast but I can’t handle that
I keep going along learning more about myself and what works for me, and I also try to not be shocked by learning what worked last year or two years ago, is no longer working. It happens, I am 55 years old so it’s that time of life.
I can see I need to spend some quality time perusing your channel with a notebook thanks for a great video.

It’s interesting you say that eating meals at different than ‘normal’ times is looked upon strangely. I sometimes eat oats and fresh fruit for lunch after fasting from the previous night. When one of my friends saw what I was eating one day she said “you can’t eat that for lunch”. It showed me how used to conforming we are.

I’m from Europe. Have you ever heard of a kitchen appliance called a thermomix? These machines are massive here. It’s made in Germany by a company called Vorwerk. Granted it’s the price of a major appliance (about €1,200) but it’s well worth the cost for home cooking. It blends, beats, weighs and cooks and several other functions. It can make mayonnaise and perfect bread dough amd well as ice cream. It also steams. I cook fresh soup almost daily in it. There are a million recipes online in various languages but a lot of English ones mostly from Australia. I’ve used one for well over 15 years and have mostly gotten rid of all my other kitchen appliances. As far as I’m concerned, it is my number one helper for home cooking.
