not hating on the video but just announcement: GLUTEN IS NOT UNHEALTHY. I have celiac disease, and I crashed a car because I was so malnourished that I passed out behind the wheel when I was still eating gluten. Gluten is a protein that promotes elasticity in dough. for someone who has no sensitivity or anything (has to be medically diagnosed, not just a “feeling”) they don’t need gluten free foods, and are just paying more money for foods with higher caloric intake, and this fad is hard, because although there are more options, they are also expensive because its marketed as a special health food rather than just an alternative. its not a few cents difference, its dollar after dollar. If you have no medical issues, save yourself the time and money, and just eat regular food.
I recently found out that I have diabetes Type 1 and its so hard for me to find the right recipes that are low carb and sugar free ahhh
Candida overgrowth ♀️. It’s so hard cutting everything out.
LONGEST INTRO and then you can’t watch because of the crapping lighting
I have atta chakki machine at home generally we make roti from fine flour (whole wheat) but I want to know that is semi course flour (whole wheat) more healthier than fine flour? so next time I will grind semi course flour
I HAVE CANDIDA SO BADD, in my belly button and I get almost dandruff and my dermatologist gives me shampoo for it. I need vitamins and everything too I had to tell my doctor I had it myself because the ones I saw were idiots. I have that and diet wise I’m awful. I’m overweight so idk if bloated is my natural state it’s all caused by having my gallbladder removed and so I have bad bad vitamin deficiencies. Trying. To figure it out
Thanks for the video! I love how skinny & petite you are, I am trying to eat healthier to lose weight but I know it’s going to be hard bc your portions are so small I wish I could get full off of that like you do. you’re blessed lol! I am training my body to eat less but not to starve just smaller portions.
I feel like i can sorta relate because i found out i had anemia a couple months ago because i had random bruises on my leg and was super fatigued and short of breath so i now have to eat a lot of red meats and beans and a bunch of other stuff to try and bring my iron up.
Corn tortilla? Corn is awful for Candida. So is the aspartame in Diet Coke. Probably good you spent hundreds of dollars on supplements

Oh my gosh! I’ve been on my diet for 25 days and I’m going for a Darkfield Microscopy session in May when things reopen but I’m on my diet for 1 year. No grain, sugar, wheat, yeast, soy and I’m definitely sensitive to dairy and gluten. But I’ve been going through the learning to read ingredients and finding all these food replacements. It’s been hella tough, as I’ve only been in Canada for 9 months and not familiar with all these foods yet. I barely just got used to regular, common foods and now I’m in a bit of a spin trying to figure everything healthy all at once. I haven’t slipped up but damn have I cried my heart out and been emotional over not having all my comfort foods anymore. I’m also quite small like you. It’s so nice to see what you’re doing for your own health. Sending infinite love!
