Thanks for giving me ideas! I’m in high school and I’m a PTL for AFJROTC and the PT commander for or honor guard PT team and I was looking for some good group workouts for practice. Definitely incorporated some of these exercises into our PT plans!

Thanks so much for your help! I’ve been teaching fitness classes for about a year now, but I feel like I still have trouble knowing when to increase/decrease the intensity of a workout. I find that I am often worried about possibly asking them for too much more than anything. Would you be able to give me some cues to look for that will help me better asses the physical capabilities/energy levels of my clients during a workout?

Cool. Thanks. Sounds like my kind of sandwich. I do a 45 sec work/15 sec rest ratio. Once in a while I’ll throw in an 8 min personal challenge to wrap it up….I give them 4-5 exercises with amount of reps for each and then they go for 8 min and see how much they can pump out WITH GOOD FORM ALWAYS. Mixing it up as you say! It’s a blast!

How strict is the Marine tattoo policy. Do they let tattoos even on the prohibited area pass or are strict on it? For instance I have a big tattoo on my right forearm of my last name can be covered by my hand and I have a small tattoo on my left wrist easily covered by my hand. I got a waiver but what are they chances it goes thru. Are tattoo waivers known to be denied or approved more often?
I already passed MEPS and too my asvab got a 66 (was in the army DEP before being discharged and switching)
I know all about the Marine Corps workouts and some are really good however some are VERY BAD for you.. My problem is with the official ones and if you dont know what im talking about just stop reading this. Anyways the sit up! Yep the “as many full sit ups as you can get” in 2 minutes! USMC needs to get rid of that one and do something else. Way too archaic exercise and its notoriously bad for your lower back!

Hey logan i have recently applied to become a Marine MP and i just want ot know if this workout will help with the exercises of MP training or is it just for bootcamp training or is it good for both?
I’m no where close to being in the marines but I will use this to always get fit
Along with the physical training, you must prepare MENTALLY. Talk with active and retired Marines. The Corps is not for everyone. 1/10th of 1% of all Americans are United States Marines.

Another good way. After busting your body working out and getting sored. Before you sleep. Smoke a puff of weed. Trust me it heals. Don’t smoke untill you get stoned. Its only for the healing process

You can’t swing and you have to go straight up and your head has to be over the pole that’s what I seen at least from the videos I’m not a pro or anything
I’m just getting into the Marines. So at the moment I’m training because I’m 15. So hopefully when I’m old enough or good enough to the point where I think it’ll be good for the Marines I’ll try get in.
