Interval Training Workout #2: Sprint Work. Sprinting is great for tightening and toning your legs, glutes, and core. It increases your muscle power, which helps you push harder and makes your non-interval training workouts feel easier so you can challenge yourself and burn even more calories.
Interval training is simply alternating short bursts (about 30 seconds) of intense activity with longer intervals (about 1 to 2 minutes) of less intense activity. For instance, if your exercise is walking and you’re in good shape, you might add short bursts of jogging into your regular brisk walks. If you’re less fit, you might alternate leisurely walking with periods of faster walking.Interval training combines short bursts of intense activity, called intervals, with periods of lower intensity, or rest periods. Switching between the two makes your body work harder, burning more.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of exercise characterized by periods of hard work followed by brief periods of recovery or rest. This form of exercise is a highly efficient means of improving your fitness level and burning body fat. Why is HIIT superior to steady state cardio like jogging when it comes to fat burning?
High intensity interval training can also be called as HIIT. It is workouts with full energy in a given time and it’s also repeated again and again. It has been very popular in recent times. Science also believes that HIIT can improve metabolic function and cardio respiratory fitness quickly.
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which refers to the short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods that make up the protocol. HIIT is quick and.If you’re just starting an exercise program or if you’re new to biking, add two minutes a week to your workouts. More Sprint Interval Training is Not Better.
It’s not uncommon to think if a little is good more is better. So use caution and limit your higher intensity exercise sessions to 45-60 minutes per week. Repeat, per week, not per session.Have you heard about the 7-minute workout?
It packs the benefits of a full aerobic and resistance training program into just 7 minutes. Balance Training: Benefits, Intensity Level, and More.Interval training, which entails brief (60 to 90 seconds) bursts of intense activity at almost full effort, is being shown to be a safe, effective and efficient way of gaining many of the benefits of longer duration exercise. The 3 Best High Intensity Interval Training Workouts.

Moreover, these interval training routines can be done in numerous ways like in running, cycling, swimming, and other workouts you normally do.Finally, she exposes how the program works – Sprint Interval Training. Sprint Interval Training = SIT Exercise.
Spring Interval Training, which Shirk reduces to “SIT,” requires no running. The process involves a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds at time, followed with a minute of an “active rest period.” The workout goes back and.Of course, the ideal is a balanced workout regimen that combines steady-state aerobic exercise, interval training and resistance training over the course of a week, but this article isn’t for.The bike makes use of high intensity interval training based around the concept that two 20-second sprints within an eight-minute gentle cycle are just as good for you as a 45-minute run. This 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training session is suitable for beginners or those returning from injury.

Plank jumps and mountain climbers are the bane of my existence, my jelly arms can’t hold me up for that long
Day 1: 2 rounds. 2 weeks later: 3.8 rounds. Just can’t fit the last lateral knee squats in. Someday…
2 Months ago i found this workout trying to lose weight. First time I gave up in less then 5 minutes. I did this every 2nd day and now im able to this hiit twice in a row. Never thought that my consistency could ever reach this level.
[Edit] My weight was about 208 lbs and now its 187
when he said ‘good luck’ before going into the lizard hops.. that’s when I knew I was about to pass out at the end of this. I’m gonna be sore for a while..lol
I love how non-judgemental she is. She makes me feel amazing even though I’m a complete couch potato that really needs to lose some weight. She makes me feel capable of doing that. Thanks London
The more I do this workout… it stays just as hard as it was the first time lol.. the only diff is I can get in an extra burpee or an extra flutter kick squat during some of the intervals lol
I just relized I have no balance, strength or stamina! Ahahahahaha
I don’t usually comment on videos. But. Holy. Shit. This. Was. Brutal. And although I was eventually going so much slower and simplifying some moves towards the end.. I finished it. That felt. So. Good.
You guys are amazing. Thank you!!
This is what fighting with my inner demons feels like… >_<
Thanks for the workout. Gym is closed and trying to lose the weight I gained during the first few weeks of shutdown due to Covina-19.
Tried 34 new workouts with my favorite Fitnessblender during lockdown
Thanks a lot!
First time done. Did full workout with no breaks. I exercise very frequently so I could do it without any breaks, but this was a very hard workout! Good job for those who are doing it! Stay safe and stay strong!
Can you combine HIIT with steady state cardio in one workout?
loved this workout although hallway my back started to hurt a bit and i continued and now, a week later i can’t hardly move so if anyone’s back is hurting i would be careful (btw it was most likely my fault for not doing an exercise correctly)
When I should eat after I worked out?
Please let me know if you know☹
This was amazing! I love all the moves were so simple but they get the job done
Don’t hate me for this workout!:D I know, it’s sooo hard.. but just in case you want to burn the calories of those Christmas Cookies HAVE FUN!
And if you struggle, take a break & join me as soon as you’re ready again:)
xxxxx
Why is there no music in this video…. otherwise it’s great
nothing hits like a good deep glute stretch after this workout <3
Whats he doing in the middle of the skaters… keeping his knees off the ground?
is that calorie count propper cause I don’t know that’s why
just asking
And I just finished this workout, not as bad as I expected, but definitely was very intense. Towards the end you can barely feel your legs. But i am glad I finished and that too in a fasting state. Time for a cold shower now, and 4 hours more till I can break my fast and drink some water:)
Last year i Lost 25 kiloos doing this and a 30 Min cardio everyday alongside with a diet i was 105kg now im 80kg and 187 cm (6″1)
This was a TOTAL killer!!!!! I think i’ve just drowned myself in my own sweat…
may i know how many calories will be burn from this workout?
The best part of the day is waking up to do workouts! Love them thank you!
guys i was reading the comments before doing this workout and i’m so scared bahah i’ll update. update: i’m halfway through and it isn’t bad at all. update pt 2: i took one break and it was pretty difficult but not the hardest i’ve done by far
Was an okay workout. Coming from an everyday advanced 45 minute hiit workout guy. Not impressed ♂️♂️
I’m glad I watched this, I was doing 1 minute 100% 1 minute rest. After two days my body was burnt out and I’d skip days going back to the gym. Remember to have patience and let your body work naturally.
My feelings toward the instructor change during the workout:
First few minutes: “This guy is cool, it’s like having my own personal trainer.”
10 minutes in: “Okay, this guy is a little overbearing.”
20 minutes in: “What’s wrong with you?!?”
30 minutes in: “WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!?”
End: “This guy’s awesome, thanks.”
I’m not doing HIIT wrong, I cant do it wrong if I never done it.
OMG it´s my second Hiit week and I thought I can do this, but hell no. I do the trainings an an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, and was dead in 15min.
You are such a fucking steroid head know it all…..who the fuck are you telling people that they are ”doing Hiit wrong. go fuck yourself you juice head fake arse.
Yo comments I need some help I don’t know what to do anymore has there own opinion, I,m 6’1 185 but most of it is just fat so what do yall think I should do? Steady state cardio or hit cardio?
I…*out of blood* survi…*collapses* hair starts turning yellow THAT WAS AWESoom….*explodes*weaweweawedw
Hello Pamela! Could you do some workouts on BTS music? I think it would help me a lot..
Never thought I’d see a day where the star jumps aren’t the worst part of the workout. Seriously though this was killer. In a good way though!
I did hiit 5-6x a week for almost 2 months, approx 25mins including warmup and i lost13kgs. Then tapered down to 3-4x a week after 2 months. I ate low carb, high protein and mod fat diet with once a week cheat meal. Cut off some junks like soda, chips and high sugar food like donuts. It worked for me.
Does interval training enlarge the heart’s internal chamber (eccentric ventricular hypertrophy) so it can pump more blood per beat?
Or does HIIT cause the heart muscle to thicken (concentric hypertrophy)?
The information online is highly mixed.
Yo! The comment session is lit AF. I had such a good laugh. Kelly took a break from torturing my body.
did not expect to be this sweaty at the end omg such a good workout!!!
Just started this tonight and I have had to stop after doing the first part didn’t realise I was so unfit but I suppose having to babies in the last 3 years and gaining 3 stone does that to you!
My legs can’t physically support my weight and are giving way.
Any tips on how long I should just stick to the first part for? I don’t want to over do it and do an injury.
I don’t know what it is about this workout… but I’m a sweaty mess afterwards… even the 50 minute Daniel tortures don’t get me like this one! I have a hard time going to my happy place by the end!
I really liked this workout! I just started working out again so I’m really not in shape and I liked that there weren’t any complicated moves that required my body to twist in impossible ways Also loved not having to listen to someone talk the whole time haha. Can’t wait to try more!
Not necessarily true. I reach 80% of my heart rate and i sustain it for 1 minute. In fact, that’s how the famous Norwegian, science-based, HIIT workout is structured.
You’re ignoring the fact that the body takes time to get to heart zones 4 and 5.
Interesting so sprint for 20 seconds then chill for 30. Rinse and repeat
If you are reading this, or even not, you are such a beautiful human and have so many amazing qualities. I hope the best for all you do:)
I…*out of blood* survi…*collapses* hair starts turning yellow THAT WAS AWESoom….*explodes*weaweweawedw
In the end, when he said one more section left to go, my soul literally gave up for a second, till the moment he said that it was the cool down section!
too much thought goes into this. move your body in different ways guys and you will gets results
Fantastic workout. Thanks to you guys (eh hem amazing) I discovered hiit about 4 years and have been doing it ever since. These were challenging but I felt so strong and my stamina is incredible. Thank you! You guys rock.
Beautiful workout, and take it from me-you will see improvement weekly. Be patient and aim to finish a little stronger each time until you complete the full 20 minutes. By that time you’ll begin to see not only physical changes, but your overall mental clarity will improve as well. Exercising is not only about looking good, but thinking and feeling good, body and mind. Short but intense workouts like these will sharpen both. Dont give up. Your first three weeks will be hard but you will become increasingly motivated as your attitude toward it changes, and your attitude toward it will change as you become stronger. Your energy and stamina increases the more you push yourself toward completion, and as i said, these are things that will improve weekly, so you can look forward to these improvements fairly early on. Try not to get wrapped up in rapid weight loss. Hard work and perseverance and the ability to complete the workout a little better each time means just as much as losing a pound of weight. The weight will come, but the mind needs to be prepared to go the distance. so take a holistic view of exercise, and remind yourself that each time you push yourself to the limits, you are strengthening yourself into a more complete and capable person each time
I lost 20 pounds in 3 months and started my journey with this workout. I consider this as a foundation that must be built before going further in your exercise journey. KEEP IT UP. You will not regret it
Joined the 5Am club and this is the perfect 20 minute work out!
The only thing that kept me going was that Daniel was as tired as I was I was kinda feeling like a loser for being so tired and then he’s like, “sorry guys, I’m slowing down here.” and I was thought, “Well dang! I must be doing alright if Daniel is tired too.” Thanks Daniel!
I guess next thing I am gonna do is to tell everyone to arrange my funeral.
No way I could get close to that! However, I’m going to persist until I can get through it without a coronary.
Ok, I’m gonna do this 3-4 days a week and attempt to lose some weight.
Starting weight 54.3kg
Goal 45kg
Wish me luck <3
(I’m 13 so that’s why)
Any advise on how many minute HIIT training is advisable to start with? I am reasonably fit and only weigh a few kilos too much. This 35min was really too much for me. Or the empty stomach was a wrong thing to start with?
Aaaandd another “you’re doing it wrong” video from YT algorithm.
hi pam! my fiancee and I have been following your weekly work out calendar for almost 6 weeks now! And it’s so fulfilling to see the results. I lost 15 pounds in the process. Thank you and stay safe!
Fast results?? I mean…I wanna loose like 5 pounds in fat but….I dont wanna do another exercise that doesnt work??
Do it fasted, do it after eating, do it morning or do it at night. Most important is just do it!!
I completed first try (I’m already very fit) but it was still insanely hard and I’m sweating beyond anything btw if anyone sees this and does it have a cold shower after like as cold as your shower gets it’s a lot better for you cools you down and it speeds up muscle recovery trust me when I do even a hard leg workout a cold shower and 2-4hour rest and your legs will be 100% fine but the water has to be really cold not just cool
Hey guys. Just a gentle reminder that you don’t have to push through the pain. It’s okay to listen to your body and do less. Youtube workouts can’t be tailored to everybodies needs, please make sure that you don’t hurt yourself. That “pushing yourself to the limit” culture is toxic (that’s in not a front against fitness blender!)
After 6min into the exercise*
MeWell it was just 10 cookies Never mind:’)
Great workout! Fist time I’ve done a home workout since the age of VHS. So fun!
This guy always has videos saying we are all doing things wrong!
I’ve seen people with better physic and look way healthier than him.
Way to gain followers lol!!!!
No equipment is lie. I needed a towel on floor, otherwise you will get flipped after 15mins.
im 14 and trying to lose weight I found this hard at first but after just one time doing this workout and giving up halfway through the second time I managed to do the entire thing
I’m intending to start doing this soon… I really like that you are so understanding and saying “I know it’s hard, just a little bit more, you’re doing great” it’s very comforting:)
Came to this one having started out doing the beginner 10 minute ab workout, then after a couple weeks I started the beginner whole body one, then I combined the two, now I’m here!! Failed haaaaard at this today but I crawled my way to the end of the video regardless and wasn’t sick . Will try again tomorrow!
What’s even more amazing is how he’s floating in the air while doing it. Awesome
How much calories are burned after completing this workout with 100% and 50% efficiency.
Seriously Natacha you are killing me and I’m not even 5 mins in
Too much impact for my legs! I suggest that if you have shin splints or any other repetitive stress fractures to avoid this workout! Find something with less impact!
You are just so cool. period. i was going to write a long winded essay, but i mean its simple. you are just so cool. you bring the diversity in workouts, your provide information with stats/facts to back it up, your workouts are original. like how could i have been any more blessed than to find this youtube channel. <333 stay youutiful!!!
So when he said warmup… did he mean warm up for pro athletes? I’ll complete the warm up tomorrow.
This is why professional boxers are the fittest athletes in the world.
3 minutes of torture followed by 1 minute of rest. Repeat 12 times.
Does anyone find it annoying when the have the profile view and she’s talking… who ever thought that was clever or trying to add to the mentality of the watcher…. Stop it. People look at you when they are talking to you and we are not in a group that we can see. Editing dumbness. NO offense to the program, loved it.
I don’t normally comment on Youtube videos, but this workout is definitely worth it. I’ve been doing it every other day for three weeks now and I did it for the first time today without pausing the video at all. I have to do the exercises slightly slower than her, but I feel so much more in shape and better than I did three weeks ago.
Would you consider adding a bell or ding into the workout so we know when a workout ends/begins? It would be super appreciated! Thanks for the great videos!
For years I have conducted experiments on this.
I have been wanting to know WHY 92.2% of comments on these killer workout videos go like this…
Oh my! I think I saw my grandfather waving at me from Heaven.
I think I need to call the ambulance.
Oh! After 5 minutes, my mama had to pick me up off the floor…you get the idea…
I want to know WHY???
I say and have always said…the harder the workout, the more I love it. Bring it on. Yes, I may struggle with it, but I am totally absorbed in the challenge.
I guess I am in the remaining 7.8%. Are people really that WEAK?
Loved this workout. It was a great replacement for me when I overslept and missed my normal running time. Thanks!
I love this workout!
The moves are easy yet so tiring!..
Will update the results soon! ❤
Lost a lot of weight after this, feeling extremely light.
I left the materialistic body on earth.
Now I can move anywhere as a soul.
Very accurate and honest video. thanks for being proffessional trainer finally i’ve seen very Ridiculous HIIT videos and this is explain the purpse of it. definitely SUBSCRIBED your channel
Whooo! This one was brutal indeed! The kickthroughs and lizard hops were the hardest. I’ve never done kickthroughs before so it took me several tries to get them right and properly!! And the lizard hops are always pretty difficult! Thank you for the session, though!! #homeworkout #COVID19gymclass
I skipped my gym and did this today. it made me sweat more than I do at the gym! although I’m really out of shape and couldn’t do them all properly… hopefully will get there some day!
can’t we do HIIT in the morning? I want to get the best benefits offcourse and burn carbs
stopped at 13:08 but thats further than last time so im getting there
Who also got a mini heart attack, when he said:”We only have one section left of this workout…and thats our cooldown”
Omg daniel, pls don’t scared me like that
I…*out of blood* survi…*collapses* hair starts turning yellow THAT WAS AWESoom….*explodes*weaweweawedw

I literally started seeing stars in the daylight during the workout

Bro I am just trying to learn how to correctly HIIT my wife
Ok I’m going now…
I was wondering that if I am the only one who feels the 10 sec rest between exercise is like 2 breaths only
i”‘m gonna do 4 rounds, but you can totally just do one!”
Challenge accepted. One round it is.
Gym closed due to bloody corona virus haha, this work out was amazing and I kept up with you the whole sessions, more videos like this on the internet is what we need. TYSM
You know it’s gonna be a good time when he discribed the workout as brutal.
This is hard. I wish there was music or something. I feel like people who exercise without music are training for revenge.
I didn’t want to do chloe ting hitt workout bc i though that it’s the hardest but daammnn this girl workout in a other level
Stay at home order and needed something to push me to get some movement. I have done this workout twice this week and I am so glad I did. She waste no time and keeps things moving even though she talks to explain exercises. I am feeling tired and great after just 30 minutes. I am going to check out other videos to add to my workouts at home. Thank you for sharing.
Just want to say that during the corona pandemic this video was greatly appreciated. Thank you brother
From reading these comments all I have to say is “Challenge Accepted”.
Now that it looks like I will be training for the impending apocalypse, I have decided to try one of Dan’s workouts today (never used to click on them unless they featured Kelly!)
Fantastic workout, a definite favorite, but probably more accurately rated a 4/5… I’ve done 4/5 difficulty workouts on FB that were harder than this.
She said like no noise but my whole family could hear how i was panting.
Just have done it the first time. I sweat so much but also feel really cool right now. Thank you for this workout!
I’ve been going to the gym strength training and cardio. This “beginners” lesson killed me! I’ll do it twice a day while I’m social distancing.
YOU ARE THE BOMD! Thank you so much for sharing. I am so grateful for your amazing help! Sincerely
Decided to better myself and was researching great at-home workouts. Found your video and love it, love the encouragement! Barely survived the first go-around but I can see myself do this twice a day every day. Had a baby, left my bf, working hard to pay bills since barely had time to take care of myself. Life happens when you don’t feel like yourself. You encouraging, saying how proud you are, so understanding. This is what we need. We need more of you training people. Thank you so much!
I am crying like a baby and sweating like a monster after hardly completing my 3rd reps. Is it just me?
i’m determined to do this everyday. i have really stubborn belly fat and i’m trying to get rid of it.
DAY 1: got through it but took like a 10 sec break in between some. i’m sweating so much
I found this to be a nice medium-intensity workout: challenging enough to feel worthwhile but not so hard that I felt like I never want to do it again. I appreciated that the intervals were short and varied enough to not get bored.
Not everyone is disciplined enough to rest for the least minimum time required. They’ll overrest and then it doesn’t even matter
Girl what in the hell was this?! Got my ass whiplash within the first 8 secs. This ain’t beginner friendly lol My ass ain’t got that kind of balance to be doing kicking lunges! Lemme do some squats instead
I did it and now from 3 days I can’t even walk or sit properly
Yes, I’ve heard other people say this I’ve even heard more people say that you go even harder for even shorter periods of time, which is called SIT, apparently. The trouble with all that is that it’s inconvenient to fiddle with the controls especially if you’ve go a low-tech cross-trainer where the resistance is controlled manually as I have. If you’ve got a hi-tech exercise machine where you can program the intervals at the start, then these recommendations would be easier to implement.
Good one. A couple of the exercises were new and had to pause to understand the sequence.
I just ate some doritos at 9am and got mad because I’m overweight. So I decided I’m going to lose weight…..even if it does kill me! This was only a 20 minute video so I thought I would start out easy…..lol. Just did this for the 1st time. Couldn’t make it through all of the burpees so I would jog in place, but I know I can do this. To make myself accountable, my weight is 245 and I’m 5’7. I will post here soon to see how things turn out for me…… now to eating better, Fixing to purge the pantry.
Great workout! I’ve been alternating this workout with spinning during the week and have been seeing results! Thanks for putting this together for us
Thanks to you guys, I’m able to keep up the workout routine in times of lockdown.
one of the best workouts ever, thank you for making me push myself!
I’m 20 pounds overweight and about to turn 48 in 3 weeks. I really needed to lose these extra pounds and I heard that HIIT was the way to go each day as part of your workout. Have to say, I’m impressed I made it all the way. The last set of shuttle squats is where I hit my wall, but I still did the last two sets and finished the workout strong. Looking forward to noticing my progress as I do this daily for the next few weeks before deciding to move on to another one Natacha. Thanks for kicking this old man’s ass!
does anyone know how much calories this workout burns circa
In fasting stage you said body uses fat, if i do any form of exercise body does not know which exercise i am doing, how can body know i am doing HIIT, as per your logic if i do exercise in fasting stage body will use carbohydrates, and if i do HIIT in fasting stage body choose Carbohydrates wtf
102 degrees in Kansas today, figured I’d cut my run down to a couple miles and try something different to get out of the heat…boy was I wrong! (Note to self: DO NOT run prior to HIIT workouts!)
dayum girl im ded after this workout. Looks easy enough but dayummm
“we have one more section left…” shocked “..thats the cooldown”
Great video! I am doing a research about interval timer apps. Can answer some my questions? Thanks
This was the best workout and it wasn’t hard and I am 8 years old! I told my mom about it and she wants to do it!!! Thx for the AMAZING workout!
I actually did this for one month. ( im 59) I now added jumping rope instead of resting…pounds are falling off like crazy
Your long legs make these movements look do great.I wont be graceful lol
I want to share this with you, if you don’t mind.
The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.
I hope you already know God for yourself, but if you don’t know Him you can know Him today.
Jesus suffered, bled and died to pay for your sins and mine, out of love for us!
Salvation is in faith, but one must first realize that they are a lost sinner and will die and burn in hell for eternity without Christ, once we see ourselves, all one needs to do is repent of their sins, and put their faith in God: believing with all their heart that He will forgive every sin. And ask Him to save their soul from hell with all faith and all sincerity! Believe in God and He will save you today.
If you have never gone to God and repented of your sins and put your faith in Him, now is the time my friend.
High intensive training plus high intensive steroids and what else?
Who else always starts by watching the video once while doing nothing to see if it’s an attainable level? XD
I would suggest using a heart rate monitor easiest done by pushing yourself to 90% bpm during each interval
I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!! I love how you don’t put a bell thing on the last three seconds of each exercise because when most people do, I just stop doing the exercise because it’s almost done and some people put it counting down like the last ten seconds and I just end up doing less. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I completed it but not at your level yet.
88 /100 is what i would give myself.
Am I the only one who took extra breaks and skipped half the burpee sets??
Stopped a few times but continued through!! Finished strong! Great workout! P.s: the plank will be your 2nd rest believe me..
This is NOT HIIT. Looks like all the trainers are jumping on the bandwagon and calling their workouts HIIT when they are just workout. HIIT high intensity INTERVAL training. Where does this girl have an all out effort mixed with periods of rest or easier movement?
This workout kicked my butt! I am a runner but haven’t been able to as much since the gym is closed. Can’t run outside because of allergies. So I was looking for something at home to keep me in shape. Did it yesterday morning and woke up feeling it everywhere! Great 30 minute workout! Thank you!
This is a perfect explanation of HIIT. Your intervals of 20-30 seconds need a 1 min at least rest, maybe longer for 10 rounds, you will fry yourself in a great way and that’s it!
Can you please make a video on how to burn fat and what to eat please
I do hit every day pretty much, is that bad? I only rest on the weekends
my first day and i only lasted 6 minutes. how do i increase my endurance?
Wonderful video Thomas, but I do have a question. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and I’ve been trying to get my diet and exercise in order. However, due to the nature of diabetes, I can’t really go that long without eating, as hypoglicemia could quite literally kill me. SO my question es, other than fasting, is there anyway I can train my body to burn fat when I excercise?
This dude pissed me off. HIIT cuz it feels good? No. Absolutely not man. Definatly many people and myself are trying to burn fat / lower % asap without loosing the muscle mass. Im pretty sure thats one of the main reasons for a lot of people.
Can anyone tell me why it’s not good to do HIIT in an empty stomach?I know he said the carbs give you more energy to do HIIT and it burns of the carbs but could it also work on an empty stomach?I’m just wondering
About how many calories does this workout burn? Just curious because i am in my cutting phase. Great workout, never felt that kind of burn in only 20 min thanks for a chanel worth subscribe to
I finally did it today without an extra break!
I am so damn happy, feels like an achievement
Hi! Is it normal that I feel it’s mainly focused on the thighs and not much on the abs or is it just my body that focus the pain on the thighs? Thank you!
i usally do this training 3 times in a week, its feels wery well
So do for 15 to 20 seconds 100% max because your body doesn’t know what a minute is. Yet you still want me to do 15 to 20 seconds? I thought body doesn’t know time.
Doing this remotely with my girls today. Thanks for the great sweaty fun!
The phrase “most people got it wrong…” always sounds stupid shit to me.
I think I will start walking regularly during fasting times, and start HIIT during feeding times.
I have to tell you I did this 3 days ago and my legs are still recovering
1:25 My mans didn’t skip leg day. He was just cursed with mummified calves…
I use the whole 30 seconds to figure out where to put my phone while doing the workout
now I know why they call them burpees. Towards the end I started burping before I VOMITED!!!!!
That alternating knee strike is so hard to stay coordinated with * edit * plus you a very cool girl, thank you! On the last exercise, I’m counting it like 1,2,3,4 then 1,2,3, otherwise I get confused
This was a STRUGGLE. Lol I mean, I still finished the whole thing… but some of my accommodations for the exercises were questionable at best hahaha
Whooo! This workout impressed me and was a darn terrific one, if not a bit repetitive!! Thanks for the challenge! #COVID19gymclass #homeworkout
July 1 2020 / Weight: 102.6 kg (226 lbs)
I do a 6 min warm up, and a 17min Air Climber Burn & Firm Workout before. https://youtu.be/I7mKXzyMgQ4
July 1st 3rd I’m doing barely 60% of this routine. It is demanding, and hard if not used to doing this type of workout.
Warm up: completely.
60sec round: 30sec only
50sec round: 30sec only
40sec round: 20sec only
30sec round: 20sec only
20sec round: 10sec only
10sec round: Completely
I’m running out of air at 10:25 before Burpees, I stopped for 2 minutes. I stopped again for another 2 minutes at 16:34 before Burpees.
July 4th & 6th (Took Sunday Off)
I’m improving slowly. Still doing the same as above, but I’m not running out of air anymore. And no stops.
Also, I’m doing 15 seconds more of Jumping Jacks in the fist two rounds, and and 10 seconds more in the 3rd-5th round.
Once I’m finished, I’m not feeling depleted.
I figured out how many reps I’m doing for Flutter Kicks and Burpees:
60 & 50sec round: FK: 15 B: 10
40 & 30sec round: FK: 10 B: 7
20 & 10sec round: FK: 5 B: 3
Continued in the comments…
Who’s lying on the floor after the workout reading the comments?
after doing this.. my calf leg is hurtimg.. cant jump as of the moment been 2days now i want to do it consistently.. any hiit excercise i could do without using my leg? thank you..
Here it is I found the reason now why I am so tired in the morning after HIIT. You are endless source of information!! Thomas, ever thought about putting up a group of KETO people trying to loose weight (bootcamp)? And even introduce it to the TV (already ‘The biggest looser’ is there)
That was great! 1st time I participated in a virtual high five because I was caught up in the moment:)
This looks super intense, and I love it. I’m currently doing Heather Robertson’s 12-week challenge, but I’ll definitely be checking out your channel once I’m done. Keep up the great work!
I did this for the time today and this workout really killed me. However, imso proud bcus I did this till end!
Thomas I’m about 30lbs. overweight. I’m asthmatic, 52 years old, and I haven’t worked out in ages. Should I start off with TABATA or should I just go with a stationary bike, and traditional cardio equipment? Thanks Jay
I’ve been doing this workout for a while. I had never done a burpee until this. Man, are they brutal. Great feeling of accomplishment getting through it.
Haven’t even done the workout and these comments are sending me
Its ramadan and I usually workout (including HIIT) while fasting. I did a kickboxing session today with Daniel, will rest up tomorrow and hopefully tackle this beast the day after. In this blessed month of Ramadan, I pray for you guys (Dan and Kelly). I miss my gym, but have been working out with your videos and it makes me feel alive. Due to ramadan my diet is really off, havent lost weight but fitness is more than a number on the scale i guess
This is the first time I’ve seen a fitness video where the instructor did not seem like it was totally easy. I love it, I don’t feel as bad this way.
I like how leg based this workout is, it makes for a great warmup before leg strength work.
In 3 month 3 days in every week now I 82 from 93 love from India
Another great one….used it as a warm-up to heavy bag work.
A great way to power through the exercises is to cuss out Daniel as he talks you through it:)
I do a HIIT workout 6 days a week. I hit my Max HR (zone 5) about 30% of the workout and hit zone 4 for about 50% of the workout, i also hit zone 3 for 20% of the workout so I’m hitting all higher zones for maximum effect. I produce an aerobic training effect of 3.6 4.1 any more than 4.1/4.5 and im overreaching and it will have more of a harmful effect on my body if I do over these numbers on a regular basis. Everyone is different and everyone needs to find their own HR zones in order to get the best workout and aerobic level FOR THEM! have a great day people and just enjoy ur workouts because something is better than nothing
I was able to do it first try. but I am on the ground breathing like I just held my breath for 5 minutes
it took all my willpower to not collapse during these 15 minutes
I can’t even remember the number of times i cursed Daniel! But literally, this workout killed me. Awesome job, Fitness blender! Keep it up!!
So would there be any harm to doing HIIT training deep into a fasted state? If I’m not too worried about issues with energy or effort? Surprised to learn that steady state cardio would burn more fat. HIIT at 15 hours fasted and then breaking my fast was my latest idea but maybe I’ll refrain
Do I need to warm up for these exercise or just can start from the get go
Real HIIT is brutal! This is not HIIT. In HIIT you go in around 20 sec to your LIMIT. Then 1 Minute break. Repeat as many times as you can. One of the best exercise is sprinting.
Note to everyone: fasting, and especially fasted cardio will result in a loss of muscle mass if not supplemented with amino acids.
Click on a video about HIIT. Get a video about fasting.
False advertising.
I don’t like eating before workouts because I usually end up vomiting.
I only made it to the pre workout . Gonna try again tomorrow
This workout is challenging. My legs felt like they were gonna come off but at the end you feel accomplished and good!
This was seriously so fun ! I highly recommend it and it makes your body feel great afterwards!
My height: 167cm and weight:66kg
—> My fitbit showed me that I burned 154 kcal❤️ Nice workout, thanks!!
The Beautiful coach Linden sousa always the best wow wow ❤️❤️❤️
how many times a week? could this be used on the mid week day when we take a break from resistance training?
Great cardio set! It was fun, and it kept me interested. I appreciate the notes about safety, and encouragement to push ourselves. Lovely Balanced Workout.
Can’t appreciate enough how creative your workouts are! Love the varieties! I love trying new workouts!
Great workout london on this corona virus, i have to follow since i am newbie on your channel
A good rule of thumb for me is if I’m not seriously contemplating calling 911 during my workout, I’m doing HIIT wrong.
Me: Lose weight with these easy exercises lol. OkKkKaAaAy.
Me again: First round, second exercise Yeah, f*** this. I’ll try again later.
Hahahaha. WOW.
To say I’m unfit is an understatement.
I do this workout a lot. Can you estimate how many calories it burns?
Day 3 following this workout and i feel it through my whole body..i just love it. Greetings from Egypt
OK, so I have to give it ALL I have for as long as I can.
If I’m doing it correctly that should take from 15 to 20 seconds.
The times is just to verify that I’m doing my maximum effort.
Then I should wait until my heart rate drops to normal levels before doing another interval.
Right?
This workout felt too easy at first, but I definitely got sweaty and out of breath. I was super sore the next couple days! I love that “this is so easy I’m crushing it omg I’m dying owww”
I’ve been doing this for three days this week so far and it’s awesome! Full body workout and I feel great. Keep it up!! Thank you.
I stopped at 5:21 thinking I had done more the half of the workout and it’s actually far from over
I couldn’t even watch this workout without taking a break and she expects me to do it lmao bye
Is it works with insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity?
I had to take 4 long breaks in between to complete this challenge…boy I’m all spent and lying on the floor half dead
I…*out of blood* survi…*collapses* hair starts turning yellow THAT WAS AWESoom….*explodes*weaweweawedw
“You wanna make sure you’re dead by the time you’re done with this” It took me 8min
excellentyou forgot to mention Kegels;) during thew muscle work-
Daniel: Push yourself as hard as you can
Me: got it
Daniel: You wanna make sure…
Me: yes let go
Daniel:.. you’re dead by the time you’re done with this
Me: Wait what?
Hi, I am new here. I want to lose weight and I wanna be stronger. Is here somebody who would like to support each other with me through ig? ♀️❤️ We can be friendsss, I would like to have someone with the same goal. ❤️
Hope I get an answer… but isnt HIIT suppose to be 30 secs workout then 15 sec rest… what you’re doing is still a work out during those rest periods….
Lunden thanxxx for a killer workout from here in quarantine!
People need to know the importance of bodyweight training its very crucial
An English Olympic athlete Sebastian Coe used to say exactly what Thomas is saying. He won gold medals in the Olympics & is now a Lord in English Parliament.
So I’m training to burn fat and I do HIIT because I enjoy it (in the form of tabata style workouts). I’ve also been intermittent fasting (2 meals a day, 16 hour fast approx), so I do my HIIT fasted in the morning (I prefer to train on an empty stomach) Am I doing this wrong?? I’m confused haha
In this sense, isn’t HIIT just like normal Interval Training? If I perform an all out sprint, it takes me minutes to recover. If I did another sprint only after near full recover, that doesn’t seem like I’d be comporting with the HIIT ethos.
Hi London, that was such a great workout! Thanks so much for working out with us and keeping us motivated. You are a joy to watch and exercise with! We will definitely come back.
I liked the moves in this workout, I did have to advance it a bit by jogging in place during the breaks. And for those looking for more cardio, I did 8 mountain climbers and a jump, then repeat for the 1st exercise Did skaters for the curtsy exercise, did some knee dips along with the plank holds, and did knee highs for the jogging in place, and did a hop between the side by side lunges.
ive been trying to lose some fat for a while but never really stayed consistent or actually tried to but i thought maybe if i tried to keep a log in the comments, maybe i’ll feel more motivated and motivate others a little too
day 1: i DIED. there were so many times i stopped throughout this workout and probably only did like 6 minutes of it in total. my whole body was shaking and i could barely keep my legs up after 20 minutes. I absolutely hated it but i’ll hate myself more if i dont at least try >:((
day 2: ALRIGHT honestly, not as bad as first day in my opinion but i am super sore. ngl i was gonna give up and not do day 2 but i looked in the mirror and GIRL was kinda slim today (dont think it was from one day of doing this tho). i feel shakey all around but a lil stronger, no results YETT ;D
Thoroughly enjoyed that! Thanks a ton Nate Bower! Super great workout!
i love that there is no music. I blast my own music over it, but still am able to hear him and watch but take the rhythm at my own pace. Love!!!!! Thank uuuuu
I haven
it was really encouraging to see you struggling on those thigh slap jumps i was dead as well, makes me feel a lot better when the instructor is feeling it as well! thanks for being so real:)
Thank you, I really enjoyed that. Quarantine is much better with a great workout.
I am of the opinion that Thomas is 100% wrong. I usual run for one hour at a steady pace at 60-70% effort and WAS NOT able to loose not even one pound. I then switched to HIIT and after 4 months I began to loose all the unwanted fat!!
The single leg body saw crunch made my jaw drop! Totally putting this in my at home HIIT routine
I follow 5 HiiT training Channels and ALL have a different method and philosophy. Some go 100% for 25sec,1min rest, another 45 sec with 10sec rest. Hard to figure out which is better or the correct way to do it
Can this workout be done by men also? I mean for body fat loss…?
I’ve been following your channel since a good time and helped me a lot tysm for putting this for free.
I’ve been working out with a jump rope and heavy bag for two years. I couldn’t quite find a good YouTube channel for workouts but I think I just found it. Thanks!
This has been my go to exercise routine since quarentine started. it’s a great 30 minute workout. London is great!
She’s the best coach! I could do it, there are things I can’t do because I have an injury, but I try to do them the best I can and I feel awesome!
(don’t mind me, this is just my log cuz I keep forgetting to track my workouts)
1st try (26/07/20): I tried..right? I took half an hour or so. heavy metal didn’t save me
2nd try: (soon, hopefully):
I did the first half, now I’m going to lie down and watch him do the rest..
Hey hi,
Can we do this daily or consider it as HIIT and do it only few times a week.
I did this. 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks combined with cardio on off days and my abs already started to look defined. Too bad I stopped. At some point I will try a month challenge.
Oh my god I love this workout. I din know I could push my limits with your help. Thanks a ton ❤
Highly recommend!
Thanks for a great quick workout. It’s only taken 5 months to find you.
I saw the title on this video and thought to myself “ I wanna check what this gym bro nobody has bad to say about HIIT “…. honestly only listen to half of the video cause im busy and I completely agreed with this guy, who gained a thumbs up from me, dude knows his shit
I will try to log this everyday: I started once lockdown begun but I started with Chloe Ting and then included some Holly Doke and now I’m with Pamela. I have gotten tonedish top abs but not in my lower stomach. I was then told that I have to include hitt and cardio to burn that fat.
I am about 115lbs(it’s good weight but I WANT ABS) and I wear a waist trainer and a plastic thingy under the waist trainer that makes ur stomach sweat
Day 1: Ended up very sweaty. I took about 3 small breaks in the entire video. Not that bad but very tired
Day 2: Sweaty like always. Took some breaks. I feel a bit stronger.
i didn’t even fully execute each exercise yet this is the most i’ve sweat in my life
Thanks! I love the way you explained everything and made it simple to follow along!! I was sweating like crazy but stayed till the end!!
I’m thinking of doing this everyday
1 is that good for me
2 would it work u know you need your rest
Day one (7/21/20) did all four rounds. EXHAUSTING!!!! But its a new step!!
By the time I got finished with the warmup, I was dying. So I decided to go take a shower and eat some takis. Gains people, GAINS.
I feel it I feel it!!!! Great motivator. Good workout. Greets from Germany
Still though, looking forward to makin’ this routine my bitch
Approximately how many calories does this workout burn. I keep at calories burning app!
Now I’m really confused… your other videos say something completely different regarding HIIT… to rest or not to rest between exercises??
She is so nice! . Thank you for just being so nice! I don’t even know you but I’m pretty sure you’re a great person
I’m 11 I’m insecure I did the whole work out I’m proud ❤️and I am determined that when I start I won’t stop till I reach my goal ❤️
Just tried this workout as it’s raining outside so not ideal for running. I loved it!! Felt like it was challenging but not impossible! Only problem was my dog was sitting practically on top of me and licking my face at regular intervals!!:)) Thanks again!
You are adorable and this workout is amazing I’ve done it several times during COVID19 and it really works on abs, legs and arms! You are so positive. THANK YOU.
So youre saying if I sprint for 20 secs and have a bit of a nap Imma look like you??? Denise, hold my beer and crack pipe
wow you earned a sub im trying to lose weight im not fat just ;-; i dont like myself
😛
How i wish we could burn some fat off by watching the video.. 😉
I’m pretty advanced excerciser but damn that kicked my butt
i fail at HIIT at home because i run out of air after the first 2 minutes. nobody told me to rest until i catch my breath.. lol…
this is definitely in the top 3 most intense Pam workouts but I know the struggle will pay out
with high knees what is more important speed or height of knees?
I’m 15 and this was hard but i kept going and I am so proud of myself
Thank you so much Boss Perfect explanation for me thank you sir
I feel bad for my family, they probably think there’s an elephant upstairs
Aaaaa yes! I was finally able to get through the whole thing this morning! I am 13 (almost 14 in September) and around 210 lbs, but I also have heavy muscles. I have quite a bit of body fat too. One of the things that I love about this workout is Londen (hope I spelt that right). She is so encouraging and positive the whole time. I felt pretty good after that, but now, 8 hours later, I’m already feeling the pain. Thank you!!
I guess I’ll track my progress too…
Day 1: Very difficult, I made it through the workout but skipped some exercises and didn’t do all of them at 100%. I’m not in pain at least, just really tired:)
Day 2: I feel really tired after doing this, however I made it through the entire thing!!!! I still can’t quite do the plank jumps correctly(I’ve been stepping instead of jumping), but I was successful at every other exercise. Only did one set.
This is always my go to workout, especially on busy days. I love it, thank you!
Love this workout!!! But did anyone else with glasses have a problem with the halo slams, or am I just super clumsy
Joined you from the park during the quarantine… thank yoooou!
can you do this straight away or do you need a warm up, and warm down as well
You are so great! Every time I was dying and you said “I’m so proud of you!” Made me keep going
I always get confused of how often I should work out and where the line is between over/under training. If my muscles are sore from a workout with weights, is it ok to do sprinting? Or should I wait until I feel zero soreness?
Thomas will you make a video about Athletic Greens (Webiste: https://athleticgreens.com/us) Recommended by Tim Ferris.
Just wanna point out the mention of HIIT for a good mental response, which i totally agree with, imo no better feeling than drowning in a pool of your own sweat whilst gasping for breath after a good workout.
I can finally DO IT ALL it took me 4 DAYS but now I can do it all I’m 13 I’m really unhappy with the way I look and I can finally do it all thx:)))
3.42 mins in and I already want to give up.
BUT LETS KEEP GOING AND GET THAT SUMMER BOD. I CAN DO THIS.
Update: COMPLETED THE VIDEO WITH JUST ONE ADDITIONAL BREAK. SO PROUD.
DAY 1: ✔️
I did this workout on Thursday. I have been feeling it ever since. Came back and did it again today. Thanks so much. 30 mins is all I need!
Why doesn’t she take a second to explain exactly how to position ourselves… its hard to keep up and ensure im not getting hurt
amazing workout!! thank you I’m sweating like hell and it was hard at some points, but that’s the idea!! thank you so much!!
This workout is no joke! You’ll be tired and sweating in no time and the crazy thing is you’ll want more the next day! Great workout…I do it 3x a week and I saw the results just after the first week! Go get it, Lunden is awesome!
4:56 I just realized I’ve been doing half burpees instead of burpees all my life
Thanks for making my lazy 2nd diabetic ass healthier on quarantine♡♡♡
anyone knows how many calories you burn with this workout? thx in advance
After this one was highlighted/shared by you today I decided to give it a go. Man that hurt! But now I feel awesome! (half dead, but awesome)
Alright so I’m here to get ripped because I have a lot of muscle but I wanna get more shredded, this that quarantine life
We’re all different, so just go for as many rounds as feel perfect for you! You’ll be a pro crushing these movements before you know!! ♥️
My new HOME. Reload training programme + HUGE resistance band restock happens this Monday and I’m so proud and so excited to share with you all! LOVE YA! ♥️
How many times should I do hiit a week? Can you tell us. Or how many times do u do hiit a week!
It makes no sense! I Never break fasting before HIIT! It takes at least 24hrs to diggest the food. So why trigger the insulin before training?
Anyone else flop down on their yoga mat, panting like an overheated dog as soon as they finish this? Tell me I’m not alone lol!
When body burn glycogen in hiit and weight training then at rest it uses fat as source of energy as our body design this way and in Cardio like 60 to 70% body burn fats and while resting body use glycogen as the source of energy and store more fats as our body is smarter then us
i didn’t know i could go through all 4 rounds im still dead though
I really appreciate the fantastic workouts that you provide. It is allowing me to stay in shape through this virus lock down. His workouts are hard but short. There are many days that is perfect for me. At least I am still working out even if for a short period of time. Very intense.
I use a heart rate monitor to make sure my heart rate goes down far enough during my rest period so I can do another 20 seconds of max effort.
Me:
Round 1: Okay, this isn’t too bad
Round 2: This is going to be hard
Round 3: Okay, maybe I’m going to “modify” some of these
Round 4: Wow. Okay, this is going to take a few weeks to work up to rocking all four rounds!
It was nice to have an instructor that is hurting with you instead of being all happy and smiling I also like how he was always reminding me to breathe and open up my chest!
very good workout…..so creative and hits all the body…..thanks for sharing
Get and whatever you will do you will end up doing it 100% right..
I love your workouts because the moves are so creative and it really fits for a gymnast x
If youre are eating low carb and you do HIIT to use up glycogen in muscles then your body would use fat to create more glycogen right?
This was good, but may I suggest throwing in more for core/abs? I want to feel more of that belly burn
Bit late here, but just found this, did the full workout and I feel amazing! Hoping to do it every day! Tysm
How much calories does doing this (Almost as consistently as he does it) burn?
Great 30-minute workout that hits all the muscles and gets your ❤️ racing!
Dude what are you on about doing HIIT for 60 seconds it’s still tiring and it’s supposed to be that way, we’re supposed to be tired
I loved the workout! Thank you for helping me complete my 30 minutes of physical activity for my home PE class due to the coronavirus. I will be sharing this video with the rest of my class so they can join me as well!
Great workout but I found this much easier than all the hiit workouts I’ve done
When he said one section left, I thought he meant another tabata section, thank god it was the cool down
That was both awesome and rough. Recovery times have been long but getting better every week
So basically, this dude is saying Hiit is not good for burning fat, it is just to make you feel good mentally? Dude stop.
I’ve done all your hiit workouts but this one is my favourite that I always come back to ❤️ it’s challenging enough that I feel like I want to give up during the third round but not so challenging that I physically can’t push through, love it
This was a brilliant workout for me, thank you so much. My first in a while and it hurt the next day but in a good way! I’ll be doing it again tomorrow. I think your fabulous and I appreciate the encouragement you give whilst doing the exercises and your instruction is excellent. Thank you again.
The amount of over thinking in training these days is truly laughable. Eat real food, lift some heavy stuff from time to time, and go outside and sweat. It’s really not difficult.
This makes total sense and aligns with what I suspected about the timed HIIT.
Just wanted to come back the next day because I am feeling it now. WOW HELP….LOL
Will try this tomorrow but just watching this makes me tired and sweaty. I outdent make it through the whole video sitting down, how the hell am i gonna make it while working out.?!?!?
Awesome workout. I love the way you cheer me up! Thank you Lunden
OMG!!!! I loooove love love it !!! At the end I looked like I just took a shower, insane. I am so glad I found your video….thank you thank you thank you!!!! Much love ❤️
Holy cow was this brutal. Good, but brutal. This is the first Fitnessblender workout of the ca. 50 I’ve done that has had me praying for death halfway through. Which is a recommendation.
Literally very hard….though I am a beginner I hope vl do this in whole sooner…..may god bless me.
I have been doing this every other day (almost) since quarantine started, thank you London. Your pleasant demeanor is wonderful
Mustafi finally realised how shit he is at football and started fitness
Ive been doing this workout every other day for about 3 months now, It’s absolutely amazing, lost about 6 kilo so far. Thanks Natacha!:)
4 years out of the Army to this date, really let myself go so decided to turn that around with your videos. Just want to say these are great
After this workout,Covid-19 is not that scary anymore to me!
I’m 13 and did the full workout it was super hard I’m surprised I made it I felt like stopping on the 2nd round but I did it all
Really needed to find a video like this best workout I’ve done all week really kicked my ass
5 minutes into the video and I’m already tired and sweating, hope this is worth it
I did 12 minutes and couldn’t resist more, I need to work smarter and better to finish this!, I won’t stop until I make this!
Burned 125 cal on this. I used a sock for the hammer slams and that helped my form.
I have heard all about HIIT workouts and the mistakes and all but one thing I am not getting it and I tried to find that on YouTube or google everywhere please let me know what is the number of exercises should I do in my HIIT workout and how many sets should I do I am beginner and I am following 1:2 work and rest ratio and if I have to modify my workout what should I increase? The number of sets or the exercises?
it’s my second time doing this work out. I love it so much. thank you for everything and talking to me throughout it. couldn’t do it with out you.
Did this today and my legs were sore after the first set but did finish the workout.
My whole body is in pain after trying this, and this is my second day of rest, my knees are weak and my thigh muscle is so much pain, couldnt sit or walk properly help. But I love how this make me drenched in sweat
It’s 6:35 I just got done. I haven’t slept since 2 yesterday but I couldn’t go to bed with out doing it daily
I literally gave up on the ‘perfect body’ I was going for, but then I saw this video. It really motivated me, and Its the perfect intense for me and really made me want to achieve the body I am going for!

Just did this workout… it’s challenging but I feel amazing
Finally a SMART and real explanation for HIIT!!! Thank you for sharing.
Hi Hi..omg ur workout is sooooo good i sweat like iv just come out of the shower
i feel soooo happy and satisfied
LOVED IT! Perfect as we’ve gone back into lockdown in Melbourne. Amazing content as always:)
I dunno man! I lost 8kgs in 2.5months with HIIT. Should I have had done steady cardio instead and had lost more?
First at home workout I’ve completed EVER with three kids in the background! THANK YOU!!!! Really great video
I’m worry weather its possible for a new bigginer to can to this hadr workouts
this is genuinely one of the best workout channels. this workout kicked my but omg but TOTALY worth it. if your going to try one keep to your own speed and persevere don’t get put off by the speed she does it! she’s a beast and its totally worth it.
Current Weight: 115.4 lbs
Goal: 110 Ibs
Day 1: finished with 40 min of cardio
I feel great time runs fast with this workout recommended to all ages.
But the point is to increase heart rate to at least 85%, not necessarily exhaust muscles… This will just have people fail the exercise due to muscle fatigue and completely lose out on the entire point of HIIT.
Love this workout! First time I tried it I died and was definitely sore the next day. But the second time trying it wasn’t nearly as hard
This makes another of sense its basic info and direct. Basically its listening to YOUR BODY and fitting in the correct work out for your self. I’ll do steady cardio then work towards HIIT. THANKS for taking the time to explain
Your logic that HIIT while fasting won’t help burn calories/lose weight doesn’t seem sound to me. Any sort of exertion expends energy. If I’m doing HIIT on an empty stomach, my body will burn fat to fuel my workouts, because no other source is available.
tried this 2 months ago and i could barely make it through the first round at a much slower pace then natacha, but i just tried it again and i was able to do it completely (after already working out for 40 minutes) as a HIIT finisher to my workout and at the same speed as her!!! Just goes to show that if you put your mind to it you can do anything!!!!!:)
