May I suggest some weighted squatting exercises and deadlifts?
These plank / core exercises are great but I think squats and deadlifts will benefit your body type much more than planks.
Start with whatever super light weight you are comfortable with and increase gradually overtime. ❤
towels are better then sliders because they soak sweat and clean the floor.
But seriously: they are better, because they are bigger.

I use a pair of old socks, work great too. I’ve only done the basic movements, #4, 7, 14, 19, 22, and 24, now, with all of these variations, my floor will be sparkling! Whenever I need an exercise for a particular muscle group to substitute, or with or without equipment, you are my go to gal. Your control and proper form is spot on, I’ve learned to correct my form watching your videos; and this alone, has improved my overall body fitness. Thank you for sharing. Be Well.

They are not expensive..I ordered my from amazon..and they are great..much easier to use.
Something challenging enough that I can do in my hotel room when traveling!

For legs I used to do that with 4 in-line skates, it’s a killing exercise! Wheels offer NO friction so you have to put more strength as you’ll feel like sliding on ice! My abs were on fire!

Hello, I’ve been trying to use the sliders for abs workout. I have been using a mirror to make sure my back is flat and I still don’t feel like I’m working my abs at all. I just feel my shoulders and arms working and they eventually give out. What am I doing wrong?

This was a great workout Sydney! I used a pair of gliders for the first time and finding the right tension to hold them in place during the move was a challenge. I got through it and a sweaty mess. Hope that you do more like this:)

I loved this workout. It was enjoyable and effective. The only part that didn’t work for me on paper plates was gliding on the knees. My knees slid right off of the plates. I will be doing this one again though.

I have felt my shoulders finally opening up since doing that one move you showed in a stretch video with the band (raise arms over ya head to the back of your body and then back over ya head). I do it every day and it has helped tremendously with doing tricep pushups (from my knees). No more shoulder aches and pains from working out like I used to get. Woohoo!!! #sydneysquad

I need some advice.. since I love your channel and I always watch your videos… I just wnat to know if it would be better for me to lose fat around my lower back first or build up my glutes… I have a question. I am 16 years old, and I am very skinny but I have lower back fat. I eat very healthy, I haven’t eaten any junkfood for a year, I have lower back fat, and I have been doing a lot of aerobic excercises aka jumping rope, my waist and lower back became slimmer but so have my thighs and hips. I want to get back my thighs and get wider hips without regaining back my love handles.
