A really great workout but the one thing I don’t like is that the music goes up and down. It needs to stay at the lesser volume throughout the video. I like to work out outside early in the morning. I do live in a neighborhood and to hear instruction, a certain volume is needed. The music will blast loudly, even doing it in my house it’s way too loud.
