what about nordic hamstring curls for hamstring strength and reduction of hamstring strains?
This is awesome haha so much credit to the youtuber who attempted an olympian’s workout xD
Here is a prophecy from the Bible Hosea 6:2
2 After two days will He revive us: in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. 2 Peter 3:8
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. Hosea was wrriten hundreds of years before Jesus first coming.. In 1948 Israel is restored as i know and do you know what the second day its almost over and comes the third.. Ever heard of Christ millenial reign? And also from Adam to Abraham(wich is the human father of the jews as i know) are 1948 years
You did fantastic. So people just didn’t either have the training or worked other areas of the body more often as you did. Keep it going and I can’t wait to see your journey into whatever challenge you choose and even gymnastic yeah.. thanks for sharing and keep. Going
Liam: woke up at 7:30
Me: woke up at 6:00 lol
Nooo I meant the time
Idc if she won the pull-up competition nicks pull-ups were way better than hers
I love that you just put out all my lil goals….i want to do the splits, hand stands LOVE IT. your video is so me trying to stretch, today was my first day n I hope I can do this everyday…until I get to my goal….love, live life
I liked this video! Came in clutch! Came in clutch! What is the song at 1:23?
This is like looking an F1 car compete against a Volkswagen Beetle. The Beetle looks good, but the F1 car isn’t about looks, it’s about pure performance.
Bro you think your the least flexible person….. I literally Have arthritis and shortened tendons…rip me
In yoga, that low lunge with your elbows on the ground is called the lizard pose.
I don’t know if this will help anyone trying to work their way into splits, but people tend to focus mostly on hamstring flexibility when that is only one part of it.
For splits you need open hamstrings, hip flexors, psoas, quads and inner thigh/groin.
It’s a lot to expect to go from stiff to full splits in one month. Even with a regular intense yoga practice, it could take years.
nope i am worse at stretching…. if i stretch to much my leg mussels would get so tight after stretching i can’t move and then be to pain full to move.
Good job!!!!!! First video I’ve ever seen by you, but I’m so proud of you!!!
Thank you for making this video (it is funny too:D ) and showing the struggle. I’m going thru exactly the same things and sometimes it feels like I’m not making any progress, but then I notice small changes. Thank you for showing honesty and being real:)
if you want to know more about workouts, just go to Unflexal Workouts page, there you’ll find your answers:)
hey guys, did she do the same exercises every day? and did she only do the stretching or also workouts like gymnasts?
Hey Liam! Big fan of your work. How do you keep your knees in good condition from running that amount that you do?
The only reason Usain Bolt ever did squat anything is because some coach told him to. The only ‘resistance’ exercise useful to a sprinter is sprinting up a hill.
She’s strong but she is not one of the strongest people in the world bruh
Claire is an inspiration. I love everything she does and wish I could be as much of a badass as she is. Great video!
I’m in high school cross country and this would be like a normal day we do during XC camp in the mountains before the season starts but that’s only for a week and we used freezing lakes instead of ice baths
I’m sure she’s strong as shit but she’s not even remotely close to being the strongest person in the world, and not even woman either
Also, relaxing into a stretch and not being attached to a preconceived result sometimes helps getting a better stretch. If you are tense you can’t relax into the stretch.
Noithing like swinging the legs during a puill up. bad form
This is amazing Thank you so much for sharing you really helped me! Thank you so much! You’re amazing person!
I loved this the moment I saw the exorcist. Good book, and enjoyable movie. Now you’ve got me stretching, thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I too have been trying very hard to get my splits for a long time now. I was so disappointed, and down that I couldnt make it happen when it seemed everyone else who worked hard could. Its nice to know I am not alone. I love your advice, I will keep trying and be appreciative of my little improvements! Good Luck!!
3:20 not including the excentric movement is just stupid as shit.
Same for me(about gymnastics) and this Corona thing just made me do it, I can’t do a handstand yet but I’m working very hard on it, and mobility too, so I get you! Cheers for trying and I hope you stick with rolling and stretching as part of your life cuz those are things that improve your life
wait? 2:59. didnt the guy who did that get attacked by the gym employee and go viral. not sure im doing that at my gym lest a guy carrying a gallon water come over and attempt to put his hands on me for dropping the weight like that.
1:30 the way he digs the ground is just so fucking satisfying
I used to be a gymnast and trained about 7 hours a week. Only a brief period of time I was able to do the splits. And I was never able to do the middle split.. Some bodies just aren’t built for that. Mine isn’t. And from your own explanation about your hips/lower back in another video I guess you will always have that extra challenge as well.
Just enjoy your progress, your increased flexibility and those handstands! You did so well!
I love how honest you are in this video! Even though you didn’t get to where you thought you’d go!
Omg I’m super inflexible as well but your improvement makes me want to try this challenge!
I’m a training and course design expert, and I found this inspiring, engaging and really really well done.
Do you do you’re strength training and sprints on different days or do you sprint after the strength workout??
This video is a showcase for the advantages of male physique when it comes to sports.
She came in with far, far superior athletic ability and performs at a much higher level than he does.
Despite that fact he actually beat her to the top in the rope climb, in the pull up gave a good performance despite the fact that his muscle to mass ratio would give her a better advantage. There was no noticeable difference between her athleticism and his brute force in the Box Jumps.
Then in the Cardio despite her fitness she just couldn’t keep up. It hit a point where the larger heart and lungs simply left her behind
Who cares if you can’t do the splits! You did a freaking handstand!
I am 53 and after watching this, I am going to start making stretching a part of my daily routine. Thank you for showing your rawness and vulnerability. You are an incredible woman with such a bright loving soul.
Keltie, I am 67 and haven’t done a cartwheel in 5 decades. You have inspired me!
you need to be a free masonic sell out to get anywhere in this satanic world we live in,,, H Bolt runs in lane 6 three times,,,, 666 satanists control all of this they were the architects of today s society,, The world of deception and many many order followers,, love your ORANGE DOME logo,,,,
You made amazing progress!!! My neice said it took her a year to get down in a complete split. So it can take us a lot of time. And I can so relate bc I’ve never been able to do a handstand or cartwheel and I’ve always wanted to be able to. My mom always said I was too tall to be able to do it (I’m the same height as you) and it’s not that at all. It’s building the right techniques over time that you’ve done here. Do you think you can put together a printable we can use to incorporate these stretches? I’d love to have that available once baby number three arrives. Oxoxoxox
I wanted to practice yoga and started like 1 month ago.. I know that everybody’s flexibility works differently, but you’ve motivated me to try my best. ♡ and yes, my sister told me my posture is better now.:))
That amount of food is not sustanaible for that amount of training. You’re gonna have to eat alot more than that unless you want to get injuries every other month for instance, where is the fruit and vegetables? Where is the milk? I estimated around 800 kcal for breakfast, 100 for recovery drink, 400 for lunch and 700 for dinner = around 2000 kcal a day. That is dangerously low for an top-athlete.
when nick says introducing her as one of the strongest person he knows.. i guess he already lost the challenge.. haven’t watched the video yet
Your improvement is insane! Maybe you”ll get the splits next month!
Wonder if Liam will ever actually act like himself for a day
Can we just appreciate how different mo Farah is. I mean, this man takes ice cold baths!
The will of wanting to succeed tolerates a lot of hard boring work and pain just so you can come out as the victorious.
Remind yourself why you want it.
Information is great but delivery needs work. That monotone will put your audience to sleep.
Hey please help, i would like to incorporate hill sprints in my weight training routine. Which option would you recommend? I can’t and don’t have time to do both in same day either before or after workout. So, for example, If one of my weight training days is Thursday(deadlift day also), do you recommend do Hill Sprints the day AFTER(Friday) or the day before(Wednesday)? love your channel great info.
I mean, you’re right, I haven’t drank water in 3 hours but you didn’t have to attack me like that
Hey Cody, my pb in the 100m is 11.74 200m 24.12. How much rest should I take when I train speed endurance for 200m training in like 150 and 200m repetitions or even 300m. My goal this year is to run 11.50 and sub 24.
I was a cheerleader as a teenager, and it took me a YEAR of heavy stretching to be able to accomplish one with the right leg. Some people have tighter hamstrings than others. We believe!
You should be super proud of your progress. Also your muscles look longer and leaner after this! Way to go!
This reminds me of watching my dad, he was a decathlete in college and state high jump / pole vault guy.
Hey I just noticed you had a GCU logo on your shirt and I will be going there this coming fall. Does GCU have all of these machines or is the gym you are working out in not on campus?
Protein drink: powder thing
Me: raw eggs
WE HAVE THE POWER?!?!
Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I’ve never been an athletic person in my entire life. But I decided to start running this summer. And I’m super excited to be able to run in 90-second segments without getting tired. Celebrating the little wins really does feel good.
At the 5:57 mark, I was like: “Dude, just shut up and fistbump her”.
This was so much fun! Which event did you find most impressive? Watching Claire crank out 20 pull ups definitely blew my mind!!
Susana doesn’t know how to lean from the ankles..that technique makes A LOT of difference..
Your core and form in every position that I have seen you do has greatly improved from day 1 all the way to day 30. I’m proud of you GIRL!!!!! Keep up the AMAZING WORK!!!!
This Message is so strong! Although you didnt reach your aim you achieved a lot!!! Sometimes the Journey is more important than the aim! All it takes is one first step! You did amazing!
It says in the discription of this vid that she broke the world record in the 4x400m relay at the 2018 world championships. There wasn’t a 2018 world championship…
You could be making this up for all we know
Great video tho
You’re so beautiful. Inside I mean. Outside of course but, inside. So glad I watched this to the end. Bless you.
Her abs are very strong, damn. I gotta say, though, with that bod I expected her to do proper L-sits , the time is impressive, but bending your legs makes it much easier (talking from experience here, I’ve held a gymnastics standard L-sit for 40 seconds, and not bending your legs at all is one of the hardest parts). Still amazing everywhere else, I was just kind of disappointed with her form there.
5:35 that’s not a sprint, by any definition. If she’s really a fitness youtuber how is she so out if shape?
Lmao go back to the beginning he literally says ath-lean X
Oh my gosh. The part when she started the run in the intro. She was faster than a car.
You are inspiring and you are humble, your videos are interesting and really fun to watch whichever subjects you choose. What can I say. Keep keepin’ it real ma dude.
what is your sports watch? im interested in getting one, and want one similar to yours haha
Finally, a video that shows how difficult it is for the majority of people to do a split. I am not flexible and just turned 53. As you age, flexibility becomes so important because you have stiffness and pains that you never had before. I think it comes from years of not working on flexibility. I am trying to correct that now. I hate stretching too. This is inspiring me to work at it more each day. Your results are impressive. I am sure that you will get that split if you keep at it.
My sister took like a year to get her splits. You did great, just trying is good. Stretching and yoga like activities are my favorites and what got me into moving my body everyday. It just makes you feel good overall and seeing those small improvements really motivates, much more than looking a certain way, just like you said.
OMG, I’m so going to get ripped. I want to look great like her. She’s awesome!
loved this thank you! i really wanted to do the same and i love the resources you provided. defo subbing also because i love your attitude you are so funny and positive. take care xx
Natasha seems really intelligent, most athletes don’t learn the why behind what they are doing. But I guess this is why she’s got 10 gold medals!
“Instagram content creator”
So she’s hot, that’s what you try to say.
When they face each other you can see the difference between an instagram model (or “coaches” lol) and a functional athlete, the way the body is built
OMG that was awesome to watch both of you with such great athleticism and both great sportsmen too! Well done Claire!
Sprinter 15 or 20 years ago were really built. These guys now have no muscle. What happened? Why did they stop lifting weights?
Great competition. Nick you put most to shame and are a great sport and Claire as stated by others, you are amazing…a beauty and don’t recall ever seeing better abs on a girl or really almost all men for that matter.
these are such great results!! you look so strong!!! and confident!!! I am so happy for you, and you have inspired me <33
the fact that I can’t see cat cows stretch the same way after i saw nikita’s tiktok is kinda sad➖➖ my poor innocent eyes
It looks like it increased your strength as well as your mind/muscle connection.
2:57 Cameraman realizes there’s a problem with the “footage where the camera follows her closely from behind” idea.
Liam: this stuffs like 4 months out of date
Also Liam: I ThInK iTs FiNE….
terrible editing. everytime i was curious what the olympian had to say…CUT.
I also consider myself an athlete, but am embarrassed by my lack of flexibility. I struggle with stretching, but I know I need to do it. Your improvements were phenomenal! My big takeaway is that I need to do it daily. Doing yoga twice a week is insufficient. Interestingly, I’ve also always wanted to be a gymnast. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to find adult instruction where I live.
I have been in love with Natasha for a few years now. As an athlete and someone who wants to get the most out of their body.
And yeah, she’s a beautiful and gorgeous woman too.
Both women are impressive lol. The olympian is ridiiiculous though. They’re also both very pretty. Cool channel.
Drinking Coffee before a long run is actually kind of dangerous because caffeine is diuretic meaning it takes water out of the body
Dude no one gets their splits in 4 weeks. That’s crazy. It took me like 2 to 3 yrs.
Don’t believe the BS, this woman is juiced up to the gills; this is NOT a positive body image for woman to try and emulate. Let’s not be naive in thinking that just because pro athletes have the occasional urine test that they are clean; urine tests are very easy to defeat. I’m sure she works hard, but, she ant gonna get that strong natty. I wonder if she would consent to a multi layered drugs test taken over several months: blood, urine and hair follicle? I don’t have a problem with people using gear, just when they deny that they use it.
Legit thought this was Mur from Impractical Jokers hahahahaha
Can you link the Olympic routine you started halfway through??
I would wish for less talking and showing the actual positions longer
Wau i think those results were amazing!! You did amazing ❤️ just keep doing you, sometimes it might look like we ”fail” even if we really dont
I love watching your videos, so i hope i never have to hear ”i almost did not post this” i want to see the good and the bad on Keltiethats why i like to watch your videos, they are the real deal
“black coffee with one sugar” is like saying “a vegan burger with a beef patty”
You did absolutely great! Its unrealistic to go from no splits to full splits in such a short space of time. You can see the improvement so keep going! Well done! Thank you for sharing and it was a pleasure to watch. You also have good energy❤️
This is like taking a thoroughbred and putting them against a well trained philly. No changing genetics and hard training can only go so far.
I am beyond our room cool I’ve decided to make my own YouTube channel after you because I really like what you do go to josh smith
So.. a nearly middle aged lady that can best be described as ”not fat” from an athletic perspective, competes with a world class olympian in their prime?..
“don’t fight the track, it’s undefeated.”
what does that mean?
Susana This is a really bad idea for you standing next to Natasha
just be honest and say it guys. what a beautiful and nice set of ear plugs!
The YouTuber wasn’t unfit but she wasn’t accustomed to running; maybe if they had chosen a different YouTuber they may have coped slightly better.
I think the stretch you asked about is called lizard in yoga.
WHERE THE HELL DOES HE LIVE IN NZ.I LIVE IN PAPAKURA PLEASE ANWSER ME LIAM I WANT TO MEAT U!!!!!
God it must be so hard to train for track with a camera in your face
Is that the girl off buzzfeed? Looks and sounds just like her.
fitness youtubers must stop talking about fitness… very poor compared to olympians
You are so close. Keep going and update❤️. I Am a retired competition gymnast and you really did change. Your arm muscles are different. Your splits are close. Keep it up❤️
My daily routine:

When does women and men start burning same amount of calories men naturally burn more calories than women it’s fact
Tremendous for someone who played “college bassball.” Largemouth or smallmouth?
So they send a model who doesn’t know how to run to train with one of the best runner in the world and she doesn’t even get corrected / taught the basics other than striking the forefoot into the ground?!! Natasha was fantastic and expected no less, the fitness model performance was extremely sad, not in her result but in her preparation before doing this shoot, she didn’t look the part at all on the track
I’ve met her in my classroom before, her mom was my teacher. She’s really sweet. Both of them, for that matter!
My body hurt just watching this. I need to lose about 30 lbs but I have fibromyalgia and cfs and I pull muscles really easily. I don’t even know where to start to even try to do work outs and stretches that won’t make every fiber of my being ache. I’m envious!
ME NOT KNOWING ANY OF THEM, TILL TODAY…
IT IS QAURTINTE, I GAINED A FEW POUNDS…:{
that taping of the foot so she has a que to use the ball of her foot to the ground is genius I’ve never seen that before
Was it just me or was it much more entertaining watching her do the exercises? (devilish grin)
Wow I love watching the Olympians run. Natasha runs so beautifully, it looks like she’s flying! Amazing.
It takes time but you feel when you are getting more flexible and it’s amazing! Well done.
I’m pretty flexible but I don’t have enough strength and lack endurance. I’m also working on my balance which I know is pretty important for strength training. This just inspired me to keep going with my practice!
Who else thought the burger patty looked like a choc chip cookie
People work on thier splits for YEARS, your results are really good!
Ohh goody more Fitness advice from the clueless,Just because you can work out doesnt mean you are a fitness Pro. this is everything wrong with Fitness
phew well! I dont know about you but im tired after that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
God I love this woman!! She is so strong and buff I love it!!!
Claire is so fit, shredded, beautiful, charismatic, and generally amazing. Her smile is dazzling.
It’s out of date but it’s fine
I’ve never heard that one before
does he really have all that trouble waking up all the time lol xD
“I hear you’re fast”
“Well i have like 10 gold medals so… yeh”
She is definitely a great athlete, but she lost most of those rounds lol. She used her legs for momentum on those pullups.
Anybody else sad that there isn’t a vacuum cleaner waking him up
did anyone notice that Mo Farah actually rhymes with Mo Salah?
What is the name of the exercise at 4:55? I tried it out and ohhh boy, is that a tough one. I just want to make sure I’m doing it right though
So he was first on rope climb, but got an H? I stopped watching, but she is a complete badass.
Claire Thomas: I’m the strongest in the world
Nick Symmonds: No, I’m the strongest in the world
Brian Shaw: Hold my rice……
Hastings has a enlightened view of working out. not surprising from Gold Medalist in Athletics
You are wonderful. This video was super motivating to me. I love watching someone so positive and real. Please post your full stretching routine! I want to do this challenge too!
Mo usually has PaRsTa
I swear he says that so weirdly
Parrrrrrsta
Hey Keltie! As a former competitive gymnast, cheerleader and dancer (ballet, tap, modern, pointe, jazz), wanted to encourage you to keep it up, you are doing fantastic!! Loooove your use of the yoga blocks to help with your splits! Especially excited for you that you determined to keep going during the lovely COVID19! Good times . During college, when I got out of the amazing daily structure gymnastics and dance brought to my life from grade school to high school, I realized working out (now, Pilates, yoga, Piyo, WERQ/Zumba) was and is a lifestyle. This came to a fine point (well a ‘duh’ moment, really:)) recently, as I had serious health issues that kept me in bed for too long…and there went my flexibility, core strength and cardio. However, once my health returned, as challenging as it was to get back into shape, I was so encouraged that my body readily adapted. Yay for muscle memory! Again, so excited for you with your new adventures incorporating this lifestyle. Oh, and the Pilates Reformer is super fantastic, too, for flexibility, all-over strength and definitely posture ….one more thing I just remembered, I started noticing any cardio I did (jogging, dance cardio) somehow increased my overall flexibility. Go figure….and maybe you were crying because achieving goals little by little (something I now finally get!) is more about fulfillment than achievement & crossing it off ‘the list’ . Best Wishes! ♀️♀️♀️♀️
One step at a time ❤️ loved your journey. Specially the message you gave in the end
Butter is terrible for athletic performance, it clogs your arteries leading to reduced blood flow.
Love love love this so much and your thoughts on when you started reflecting on the results. Thank you for sharing! It feels so good to be so proud of progress!
Hey Keltie, that’s was great video very inspiring. When you said you kept going it reminded me of the Bamboo tree stays 1 foot for like 3/4 years then they shoot up like 5/10m in just one like a few months. All the little consistent effort is then rewarded. You will get there with your double splits….focus on who you are becoming, trust the process and keep going, doing great!
The beginning XDDDD I hear youre fast
öhm jeah i won 10 gold medals so jeah… XDDDDDDDDD
I love the attention to detail with this as an ex track n field guy… Thing of beauty TBH and her running form is awesome.
He presents her as a model because, although she’s fit as hell, she’s no longer an athlete. She’s an IGer now. Once an athlete, always an athlete, though, that much is true.
I was very close to world class running but injuries prevented me from achieving my goals. My mind still thinks I can do things that my body won’t allow anymore. It’s funny. Cheers
She’s 2 light, put some weight on her, try weighing around 100 kilos like me and do 20 pullups impossible haha
I am sooo triggered. DID YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY, THE AUDACITY TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS IN A POT
‘Redicolus’ Remus lupin
It would be cool if you made a separate video on every single stretch you did, how to do it correctly, and how long you did each. If your viewers wanted to do this journey with you they couldn’t because it’s not very easy to follow along. It was still a good video tho I enjoyed watching it, just wished I could follow along too.
I did exactly this a few years ago and I got my splits in nine months. Now I’m a flexibility teacher! Keep being consistent and you will absolute get there!
2020 and people dont realise vegetables have all the protein you need!
We all know who’s the best Natasha DUH!! Natasha would wreck Susana.
PNF stretching and an adrenaline rush might help you get way closer to your splits. The splits were difficult for me too. Great job on all your progression!:)
Also warm up really well before your stretches and drink lots of water.
I’m 14yrs old and my 100m timing is 12.06 and I can squat 2.6 times of my body weight i have done a lot of drills but still I’m slow
I love your happy eyes. It’s fun to see you enjoying the challenge.
400m is the worst event to train for… vomitting e’rday even on rest day!
So you are clearly always running like for days if yes so cool liam thompson btw i like your vids UwU
Superb vid. This my all time favourite. Youre such a great motivator to get eveyone moving and energised, during these lockdowns. Woot woot.
I don’t want to mess with Natasha Hastings. She has to be at least 5’10.
I’d be emotional if I was flexible too. It is freedom. Being tight is like being in chains.
I’m like, where do I know that tune from…..Adeola Fayehun.
If I ran even 1km that would be my day. Nothing else would happen, just eating, sleeping and lying in front of the telly being dead
i have tried that exsact protine and u are right it is not nice
I’m so happy you did that challenge and I really hope you’ll continue it. Flexibility is gonna help you so much in all the other sports too! Take it from a girl that did 10 years of competitive gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, baseball, mountain biking! Plus it improves your posture so much

such a great video so wonderful to see the humour as well and the possibilities! it’s always good to be able to laugh at ourselves and I think it makes movement so much more fun:) thanks!

I am a little bit fat BUT! I cann run so fast Even though i get teaserd for bein fat And slow
you forgot the part when Dr. Salazar come to give you illegal product…
loved the Dana Green Goddess. Piss off genetics of flexibility. You can see your facilities improve and tied up iINTO intelligence. Happy for you
Not gonna lie, I thought she was the Olympian lol. But such a click baity title; she’s literally a world class athlete.
Day 1 Quarantine: I’d be productive. I’ll take care of my body and get in shape.
Day 17: Scrolling through YouTube, with a giant ass lays packet watching Mo ‘s routine for inspo.
I want to see more of these. Susana and Brandon are both very game and entertaining.
watching you do the national team warm up literally brought back so many childhood memories I’ve been thinking about doing it again just to get some flexibility back
Can you write a list of all the stretches you did and for how long please? I’d love to do this
I was always kinda naturally flexible but it even took me at least 2 months to get mine
Still no shoutout to your brother lol I love you sisterbear keep that shit going your looking and doing great 2020 hopeful #1
After watching the warmups now I know how I blew my Achilles doing wind sprints, I didn’t warmup long enough.
As a ballet dancer, flexibility is very sought after. Luckily, I am very flexible so splits are second nature, but it takes time and months of consecutive stretching. Keep a tracker on your phone as then it is harder to neglect stretching
Watch season 2 now on the Olympic Channel! http://bit.ly/2GuxUvm
Thank you for being you!!! You have voiced what I have wanted to do forever and this has inspired me to go for it!
Dude I’m almost just like you!!! I played basketball, I ran track, cross country, lifted weights, boxing, karate ECT for YEARS. I always wanted to do gymnastics and dance and do backdrops and cartwheels and all that cool stuff but I never had the support or money when I was younger:'( I’m on day 7 or 8 of my stretching challenge and I almost have my front left and right split. I feel the only way I ever got there is cuz of stretching before track and my mom’s genes cuz she was a lovely ballet/ drillet dancer. I’ve never been so close to getting my splits before in my life and I’m so excited. You improved soooo much in 30 days! I really hope I can too!! And don’t cry girly! Sometimes it’s hard to not hold yourself to such a high standard because of the many years of training through sports and such but you definately improved a hell of a lot during those 30 days and you should be able to kill the splits soon if you’ve kept up your stretching! Be proud of yourself Chicka! You’re freaking awesome and have inspired me to keep on going even though it’s tough!!! Thank you!!!!
Natasha is amazing! honestly didn’t know who she’s ( forgive me), but now i’m a huge fan!
OMG that was INCREDIBLE! Claire is just amazing! If you compare pound for pound, inch for inch she just simply blew the competition. Nick, good effort man.
nice way to social distance… not…all that space and you guys couldn’t find 6 ft.? that’s why we’re trending up… get on the program and get a mask…
keltie: “why am i crying?”
me:………… why AM I crying??
im 27 yrs old and been doing desk work and slouching my entire career so you can iimagine how my body is like. tight and weak in all places. it took me around 4 months to stretch my hamstrings and legs to finaly touch my toe and mind you im still struggling to hold it.
Look at 4:14 and pause it look at her say wow at his junk lol
Thank you so much for your vulnerability <3 Made me feel so much encouraged about the small victories as I begin my stretching journey!

Hey, im so glad you made this video, im so motivated now, you are absolutely right, its the little wins that add up, I’ve been injured and I stopped stretching for a while, im pretty sure I don’t have my splits anymore, I’m now excited to….start again, and become better than I ever was, so thanks, and new subbie here
lmao storgest it seems, our tiger shroff can beat her man lollll
No offense to Susana but i think she should be in better shape if she’s a “Fitness Youtuber”
Her upper body is lackluster and even her legs don’t make up for that.
You should try keto its apparently great for endurance athlete
Your videos always make me laugh so hard (sometimes I even cry from laughing)
She thinks she’s not flexible because she can’t do a split. Gurl…I can’t even touch my toes. x’D
you are so amazing!!!!! and brave and you know what, yes you have to celebrate!!!! because what you are doing is amazing and I can relate. pleas go on posting
Instagram model I would much rather call her a fitness influencer or athlete. she is so strong and has accomplished so much an Instagram
Model should not be her title.
You can learn more about workouts, health and bodybuildinf on Unflexal website.
the only thing I relate to in this video is the “then I did nothing for 2 hours”
are you serious rn. you just squatted 4 plate with one leg??
Tbh learning the splits in one month when you aren’t flexible is not a realistic goal.
Me: does 15 pull ups
Feels like an Olympic athlete
This girl: does 20 pull ups(after doing rope climbing)
Feels like a 7 year old girl
I really would love to get into sprinting. I’ve put a lot of thought into what weightlifting exercises i should do, and i would love to hear what you think on it. Weighted shrimp squats, explosive pistol squats, barbell split squats, push press, dips, and last but not least hex deadlifts. Would you remove/add anything?
people who even think that this YouTuber could compete with this Olympian have to be really disconnected from the truth and are probably in a really bad shape.
This was so encouraging to watch! I’m not naturally flexible or strong and did nothing active till I was in my twenties. Definitely felt that when you tried the arm raise against the wall, lol. I started doing aerial arts a few years ago and now at 30 I have a decent square split on my good side, a 4 second handstand, and can easily go to a backbend from standing. It’s a slow road for some us, but what you say about enjoying the practice and little victories along the way is so true. Keep it up, Keltie (et al)! Fantastic video, fun personality, and great motivation. Definitely subscribing!
I watched this video while literally cooking chicken and pasta.
So is Nick Symmonds the instagram model? I don’t know who that is.
I personally relate to this in SO many ways. I’m a ex basketball player myself who still can’t do the splits on a handstand. I feel ya with, it’s a personal accomplishment because doing sports is such a ‘boy’ thing and to do dance, gymnastics is so ‘girly’. I still want to do those things and you’ve inspired me to do it for 30 days straight. PS: you’re hilarious and just got yourself a new subscriber! Love from Hermosa Beach:)
Dude ur the man I really get into this I’m 54 but I feel I can super fast I’m in FL u should carry this over to the track now and compete I wish there were more white guys
Good to see you back with another video, Cody! Do you use the glute ham raise or reverse hyper in your training?
really goo video, what kind of training programs do you do. Is it just for sprinting or do you also do fitness programs.
