Focus on Endurance. Use your breathing as a guide and think about running further (or for a longer period of time) rather than running faster. If you are able to run a certain distance without getting winded, you can gradually pick up the pace as long as you follow the same rules regarding form and breathing.
You should be able to run relatively easily at the low percentage. Increase the intensity and duration of your runs very gradually until you are able to run at 85 percent of your maximum heart rate without getting winded. Track your heart rate with a monitor or by checking your pulse several times during your run.
Practice proper breathing techniques. How to Run Without Getting Tired Method 1 of 3: Running Efficiently. Set a good pace. You may be tempted to go all out when you get started in your run, Method 2 of 3: Improving Your Endurance.
Listen to music when you run to improve your endurance. Music is a great way to Method 3 of.Breathe deeply through your mouth to get as much air as possible. Getting lots of oxygen to your muscles when you’re running is very important to keeping your body moving. The best way to do this is to primarily use your mouth to breathe instead of your nose, even if it feels awkward at first.
Include running in your fitness program twice a week to start; increase to three days per week once you get stronger. Leave at least full day between runs to let your muscles recover. Stretch for. Here’s Why You Get Out of Breath Walking Up Stairs (Even Though You’re Fit) Take the stairs more. This is pretty self-explanatory.
If you want to get better at stairs, do more of ’em; the more accustomed your body becomes Add intervals. Strengthen your stems. It turns out, getting winded while doing simple activities isn’t really a sign you’re out of shape it’s something that happens to everyone, fit or not. However, there are some simple steps you.Set a run-walk interval like running for five minutes, walking for one minute.
Repeat this sequence for the duration of your run and see if regular walk breaks at set intervals help reduce or delay.Start with a short distance such as a half a mile. Do that for a week, then increase it and continue this method and pretty soon you will be able to run for miles without getting tired.
And.If You Get Winded Easily It Might Be Pulmonary Hypertension. Do you find yourself short of breath, even from a slow walk with the dog? Do you have to catch your breath at the top of a short staircase? Pulmonary hypertension might be the cause.
It can limit your quality of life and, untreated, eventually, lead to heart failure. Dr.Once you do, you should be able to jog 400 meters easily without getting tired.
When you finally do feel winded, slow down to a jog again, until your body feels better. Have a long cool drink of water to refresh, and don’t stop until you’ve reached your goal. Once you can jog without getting tired, then add bit of.
How can I run longer without getting tired? It’s a process of incorporating all of the techniques listed above. You need to allow your muscles to get stronger through the right workouts, you need to back off the pace to give your body longer energy, you need to mentally jump some hurdles and it will happen. All work and no play make runners’ legs tired and fatigued. Meaning, if you only run in one gear, it’s usually not easy or hard enough and you end up in La La Land, unable to run faster.
Mix up.There’s simply not as much oxygen in the air the higher you get, “so you’re going to get winded much faster,” Andersen says. It’s why hard-core athletes go train in the mountains.
Treatment. Once your doctor has diagnosed the cause, a treatment plan is established. If exercise is the only cause of your shortness of breath, a short-acting beta-agonist inhaler is prescribed so you can take a few puffs shortly before exercising and have your airways open for several hours.

Ik this man took 5 Red Bull’s and 3 cups of coffee before this video to make sure he didn’t look tired
Never do static stretches before a run or a race, dynamic stretches will get muscles warm and the blood flowing, focus on more high knees, butt kicks and other dynamic stretches
Who else has a sports ⚾️ day soon?
Tomorrow for me
My dad has been making me run ever since this quarantine happened and just don’t understand how he goes so fast and I get tired after the warm up but great vid by the way.
I only drink 0,5 liter-1liter water everyday. I am 14 years old. My weight is 68kg. I am 180cm(5ft11). Is that the reason why I feel tired?
I’m doing this because I wanna be faster than meh friends and I’m bout to run track soon
him: are you sleeping well? are you eating well? are you drinking a lot? are you having lots of caffeine? me: ** is hung over, running on 4 hours of sleep, eating taco bell, and on my fourth can of redbull **
I’m in long distance i don’t get reall tired plus he did good
During quarantine I’ve gained so much weight “it’s Kinda embarrassing saying how much I weight”
So I want to be awake to exercise but I’m always just so sleepy, My eyes always burn wanting me to close them, It’s always so hot! I’m just sweaty in my bed laying there, I can’t get water cause I’m just so dang lazy…
, Lord help.
how to talk continuously for 7 minutes without any solid content
I run 6 miles daily and notice recently it’s become difficult some days, why is that!?
Thanks for this I just got out of practice and we scrimmaged and I was literally dying and I need to get back in shape perfect timing lol
Good tips. Need to work on my hydration and stretching and rest. Was trying to run daily just lacing up and going out there but was getting tired and sore.
I have just started running I do 3.2 miles think it’s 5k.. I run and walk and my time is about 31mins… I bought a garmin watch and that helps me get off my arse and out. One downside when I get back I have bad skitters lol
Instead of all this talking and algebra for 7 min, you can summarize it all by saying: “when you run up the hill, take shorter steps and keep your back straight.”
I followed the tips in this video and I ran for 3 years, 2 months, 14 days and 16 hours. I stopped because I did get tired after all.
Best,
Forrest
Sir I want help here if someone’s reply right now my person I love she says I fall when I stress my body because I have no energy what to do because we are in long distance relationship!
What is a good mask where we can actually breathe and have some protection? anything to recommend any runners?
Regarding nasal breathing, I’ve heard the opposite. That yes mouth breathing can bring in more oxygen to the blood stream, but not necessarily the muscle tissue and that nasal breathing will allow enough CO2 buildup to get more oxygen into the actual tissue instead of just kept in the blood stream. I’ve been watching a lot of Oxygen Advantage stuff, just wanted to know if it was bunk. Thanks!
I have to participate in a race against other schools
Wish me luck
my word is not an original one but helps me a lot “the marathon never stops”
My street is full of thieves so I wanna be able to run to school
I think one the important aspect to have is good running shoe’s. Good comfortable (gel) soles to dampen the shocks will help you go that extra mile
i beat a female pro bball player she was trash could not even dunk
Literally me: searches superfood that can compensate a healthy diet
Doctor says: “there’s none”
Well I’ve tried!
This video is full of common sense mixed with horrible advice. Can we please stop with the spreading of the myth of drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day? Its been thoroughly disproven so many times. Yes you shouldn’t be dehydrated, but 99% of us aren’t dehydrated, we get tons of water from foods and drinks.
I just breathe in all I can and out while I run and it keeps me from getting tired so quickly
Best way not to get tired while running is…. don’t filing run, it works every time!
Thanks Dylan, very good positive YouTube you are working hard to help us. Great video and best as always
Good running shoes also help. And having a good snack before a long run.
This guy just challenge me to feel less tired next time? You’re on.
You look like YNW Melly and lil mosey at the same time, thats crazy awesome
Sorry but your section on breathing is old science. Nose breathing is essential for high performance. Without it you’re missing out on vital nitric oxide that is imperative to having optimal functional. Read books like ‘the oxygen advantage’ for all the science behind it
Thanks very much because I am a soccer player and I run like crazy and I get tired the first 30 minutes
Never has a video said so much, but meant so little. Utter shit.
I felt a lot slower with this technique but less tired at the top. Maybe my steps were too mini
Maintaining the tall posture also works in climbing hills while skate skiing. If you bend at the waist and try to power up the hill, you fatigue easily. By keeping your legs under your hips you get more pop from the legs, as you climb and don’t fatigue as easily.
One name:Eliud Kipchoge. The anime’s, DC and marvel comics come ALIVE in African people in general.
Whenever I go through consistent running phases I get constant knee pain. Runners knee I suppose.
The title also needs to be redone. Something like “How to run without getting tired so fast” would fit the video content much better. Otherwise it appears as just a click bait, which doesn’t leave a good impression.
Drinking cold water after getting all warmed up from training (jogging or whatever) is such a bad idea.
Forgot to mention the most important thing about good technique namely that it prevents injuries. Everything else like being more efficient or moving away from the monotony comes second.
How to run without getting tired. Then he proceeds to say there is no way you can run without getting tired. Thanks for the click bait douche nozzle.
Find some music that has a rhythm and beat that matches your strides. Continually replay this music over and over in your mind while running.
Proper nutrition is so important! Better recovery, less inflammation, less injuries hence more training and better physical ability. I go by science, so Whole Foods Plant Based Diet it is
Take a break in the middle of the run the drill sergeants be yelling like crazy
I was going to like and subscribe but then I noticed you wearing a Manchester United jersey♂️
I can’t sleep its 3:22 and I go to beach because its 2020 summer and I don’t want to fall asleep on morning because I will miss the beach
Instead of this guy showing and telling people how to run, he’s more into running his mouth and talking about things that has nothing to do with running. He’s a talking FREAK. He loves to just run his mouth and says nothing.
I need people to raid his pharmacy to get those magical pills….anyone with em?
How would this be any different from jogging on a flat? Wouldn’t the same mechanics be idea for either?
So it’s all related to a good diet… It’s so hard to stop consuming sugar btw, I remember once I stopped eating sugar for a week, then I returned to it and with large amounts as well… I am still trying to stop it, but It’s so hard. My mom keeps telling me that I am getting fat everyday and that I might have diabetes if I didn’t stop.
I feel sleepy all day and all what I want is to sleep, especially when I do things I consider great, so I reward myself with sleeping
I sleep for more than 8 hours, but still feeling tired… My life is so messy.
I just want to have a better version of myself, so wish me good luck!
Why do some ppl say breathe in thru nose and other say in thru mouth?
These all video are bullshit what is required is will power, u need just a stimulus and target of progress..I use to run hardly 300-500 mts non stop I continued running jus 15 days now I’m running 1.8 Kms without getting tired around 12 Kms per hr
avoid smoking.. and drinking alcoholic beverage.. eat vegetables and fruits..
Plz help me, I play basketball right. While I play basketball I get tired pretty quick, I can only play around 3-5 Minutes in the game. Once I am tired tell my coach, I get to go sit down on the bench. But it only takes me like 35 sec to get my full stamina back and I’m ready to run again but at the same time I can’t run for a long duration of time. Can anyone help me or give me advice on this?
Can you do more motivational videos? I’m always losing motivation because I need to go to college and study hard
Watching this cuz of lockdown. First game in a few months tomorrow and not sure if I’m fit
I used be so full of stamina.Still i am quick but can’t run for long.I just can’t last 30 minutes.I hope this will help me to get back
i would not take the advice of breathing through the mouth. As the nose is way better at delivering oxygen to your lungs faster, more efficient, and properly. As well mouth breathing can cause many of health complications over time.
Why I sleep hours and hours and still tired and so brutal to wake up?
I have trouble breathing through my nose cuz I got problems with it… is that the only way to recover.
Dylan please make a vedio on how to recover faster after hard trainning session.
I feel like I can do good plays but the only thing my coach wants is to run faster and keep running
I think that what I eat is the culprit, and why do I feel like I need junk food, I mean like candy bars, tortilla, bread, cookies… Feel strong but heavy… Just can’t find right combo/formula… Vegetables and fruits only make me tire/no energy/weak to where I just can’t ⚽⚽⚽
Please subscribe to my youtube channel to support me in my pro soccer journey
Guys im begging Whats the song at 0:35 (remix of rocky but which?)
Exercise without looking like a beta weakling is not free. U have to at least invest in some type of home equipment
3 years later and thanks Been researching a lot about running, recently. Doing it for the Army’s 2-mile timed run.
I personally believe a good tip is to built the habit of running. You need to be consistent.I was laughing at people setting alarms to wake up and go running and now I’m doing it!And once you’re out of the door, don’t feel like you need to nail it from the first run.Go slow and allow yourself time to recover.Listen to your body;)
There is a book I read I. 1980 called L.S.D. long slow distance.
Don’t just expect yourself to recover after a hard sprint.
Focus on recovery!
Use the tips in this video to recover faster, keep your focus, and stay involved in the play.

Who’s scrolling through the comment to see that is it actually work, but all you can see is just people saying about their run at school
Thanks for the advice I become 1st place in a running competition
What’s the name of the instrumental on this video? Sounds like something great to listen to when starting out your run
Oops I didn’t think about energy drinks I’ll bet it’s that I’ve been drinking way more recently thank you my friend! What a star!
I just competed in a race 247 runners and I placed 2nd this worked kind of
I am here because YouTube recommended this to me but I am a runner but lost all my condition due to covid 19
I searched this up so that I can run away from the girls at school.
Me searching for how to have more energy so I can exercise:..This video: EXERCISE
Me before: wanting to run as fast as the flash
Me now: wanting to run as fast as tenya lida
I find deep slow breathing keeping rhythm with your strides to be the most beneficial. In for 2 to 4 strides then out for the same amount of strides. Experiment to see what works for you.
tell me how to break the circle of waking up in the middle of night
Im so weak when i wake up
Help sir
I don’t know how this guy runs with a hoodie but I’ll be sweating after I run 100m in that heat condition
This is technically a “how to properly warm up” type of video.
This was all good advice. Since I am in my 50s and not a competitive runner, what I do (when I am struggling with my pace) is simply slow down into a more relaxed pace, try to enjoy my surroundings, and feel happy that I am healthy, getting more and more fit and feeling ALIVE! I also think the “one day on, one day off” is excellent (for me).
I don’t like drinking water cause I go to the toilet like 10 times in an hour
when your just watching this just bc ur friends made a bet w/ u and you put 10 dollars that you could beat them in a race on your schools track
Am one of the fastest runners in My grade and am always first but I get tired after like 5 minutes of running so I tried using this and am about to see if it works
I don’t really run I jog/run it’s like a combination an
im joining a 100m and 200m race next week,, does anyone have any other tips to run faster and not get tired while running?
My top running tips are to keep walking after you have finished a run for until you are breathing normally. If you sit down as soon as you are home/at your destination, your muscles will seize up and when you next run (whether that’d be tomorrow, in half an hour etc) your legs will feel more jelly like and fatigued. I also when I have finished a run, don not drink straight away as it can make me more exhausted. I wait until I am breathing normally and then I drink a glass of milk or a milkshake. Milk is great source of calcium to keep bones strong and healthy and is a good source of protein which repairs muscles and builds up muscle tissue. My coach told me this tip and it really works. Let me know if these work for you?
I feel super lethargic when I eat breakfast I don’t know what to do
Hi Bradley Cooper if you’re reading these comments, i’m a big fan too.
This will help me because I have to do my mile run tomorrow morning
I’m only here because I do martial arts and to get to my black belt I have to run 6km without stopping and I can’t be last out of the candidates (and I have asthma too) so this makes it hella difficult
You see, unfortunately, our pe teacher doesnt give us this prep time…
If u breathe through your nose instead of your mouth I feel like u are missing out on a lot of oxygen… why not controlled breathing in and out through the mouth
the only reason i’m watching is because my PE teacher entered me into the school mile run and i feel like everyone’s gonna have like 5 mins
Who else is watching this in order to wake up early for school and to not fall asleep in class?
Consider you outfits and trainers too.
Besides, Why men always wear a regular shorts and pollo T-shirts regardless he’s 6 pack or fat where women wears them sexy outfits? Sexier you are more skin you show. Very distracting indeed!
Anyone here cause sports started and you know you gonna run a lot
Being part god helps but in absence of that I suppose train hard, drink water, and cut down on sex to maybe 1-2 times a day if possible. I think the last one is a stretch unless your only seeing one person at a time and have been with them long enough your bored by it.
I’m looking for the most essential solutions to get rid my tiredness during my study. I want to learn but because of my sleepy habit that usually attack whenever I get into study I couldn’t keep myself in focus and it always ruin my eagerness to improve myself especially in reading and writing.
I need this for track in 3 or 4 months so i can make it and win metals and pretty sure it’s 800 or a mile

What if your running up an inactive volcano, it is a 400 metre ascent, please search up Stanley Tasmania-Australia…
I want to maximise my speed running up this hill, I am trying to beat the world record for running up it- 3:00 on the dot, at the moment I am doing around 3:39 and I am getting better, I also want to strengthen my calf muscles because I am only 13 they have not fully developed yet, can someone please help me?
On my own I think I’m fast but when I race with others for athletics I feel like I run so flipping slow I get left behind
Posture is key for better breathing. I wear cool posture shirt from IFGfit
To enhance diaghragm breathing.
I literally get tired after 10 seconds of running… it’s disappointing
i thought my 150m was bad and you guys are doing miles lololol
Yeah we have to run tommorow at Gym class, wish me luck. Whoever is running too, I wish you luck.
I’m here because I’m 2 weeks I start high school and I literally come last in every race ever. I’m always embarrassed to run because everyone will judge me and I’m ngl, I’m skinny but I’m not fit. I needed this. thanks
How do you pull your head up… concentric or eccentric contraction of the muscle attached the God’s right hand perhaps?
I ran 3/4 of my feet does not touch the land, why? The toe, just below it. It make me faster a bit,but i only can do that for a 200 meters only.More from that limit,i will get tired.Less than that, still can get tired.
come and run the hills in Ethiopia. High altitude low oxygen then you will feel it!
I want to throw in something that I’ve noticed about myself (while running) and I wonder if it happens to others.
It has to do with the mind. I’ve noticed that if mentally, I’m fully present (in the moment) and I’m thinking about what I’m doing and what I have left to do while I’m running I experience the whole thing as more struggle, more painful and taking a real long time to accomplish getting to the end of the course I’m running down.
However (for example) when I’m running and I mentally shift to recalling (the past) ; let’s say something bad that happened between me and a person recently where I actually mentally re-live any arguing that may have happened and I also think of how I could have responded better to their arguing I notice that not only do I mentally disconnect from what I’m doing (but also physically) as well. Time seems to speed up as well. In essence, my consciousness (awareness) goes into another reality. I no longer feel the pain of all the impacts of the feet hitting the ground, no longer feel the strain of breathing and gasping for air or sense anymore the amount of time it is actually taking to complete the run.
I think that this ability to mentally “go somewhere else” while the body is left to move in a fully automatic machine like way, is the real secret behind what those extreme ultra-marathon runners and those runners that take on the Badwater marathon (where you’ll need 3 pairs of sneakers because the heat on the track will melt the soles of all your sneakers away) is what they’re doing. They mentally have trained themselves to “go somewhere else” like mobile monks in intense meditation while their bodies remain behind on full automatic. And when they “mentally return” to the present moment (after crossing the finish line) that’s when they feel the full intensity of the punishment that they’ve put their bodies through.
thanks for the video and info, do you have a video on down hill running?
I don’t eat a lot of sugar.. I don’t even eat cakes or candies, ever since I was 7 years old when I lost my first tooth and saw movies about how candies and cakes damage your teeth. Those traumatized me to eat a lot of sugar.. unless of course it’s my birthday or someone elses.. then I eat just a single slice of cake.
From doing cross country the hills are steeper and not this gradual maybe one or two but I feel like you could have said fix the form and take shorter steps as well as keep your back straight and when you fun uphill you want to he on the balls of your feet and have a super slight lean up hill
I like it. Thank you for simple tips and analysis. I have been learnings ChiRunning and studying other masters and coaching analyses. I think you left off one more thing. Falling forward with a lean from the ankles. You have some forward lean and are keeping your center of mass under you as you go uphill which also helps forward (gravity has a horizontal component even as you go up). I think you’re doing it.
Good information, but would be more helpful if demonstrated on a hill
How do you “pull” your head toward the sky…with the hand of god? There aren’t any muscles above the head to pull it up ir am I missing something…? Cheers
Am I the only person who notices the difference with the thumbnail and him
I love the advice but it seems that only humans need all this prep. I’m reminded of the dog that joined a marathon at the start as it passed and came thirteenth. No training no special pre race diet no water nothing and it probably wasn’t even trying.
Eccentric contractions are why we feel the burn after lifting weights. We’re lengthening the muscle while still maintaining a load on it. It’s during the eccentric contraction that a muscle tears. So…
When I was really into running, the key thing was being conditioned and having the muscle strength developed prior to running. I did this by weight training (not heavy weights). Once that muscle strength was there, I could run without getting fatigued easily and run for long periods of time even though I was carrying an extra 20 lbs. Also, music made it so much easier too.
What if you’ve been doing all of this for 2 years but even if you get 12 hours of sleep I am dog tired all day
How long did it take you to run up the hill left vs right example? Of course if you slow down it’ll be easier to go up a hill.
Watched the video, tried the theory on a steep hill, it works simple really. Jelly legs!
1. That’s not a hill, try a real slope.
2. What took you 6 minutes and 40 seconds to say, is a) keep your body straight, b) do short steps, c) keep knees low, d) be relaxed. Just 10 seconds of information.
3. There is endurance uphill running and there is sprinting and you ignored completely the later.
1) Run tall
2) Relax muscles while going uphill(Jelly legs)
3) Don’t use “power”, push or muscle contraction
4) Imagine you’re on a step machine,
thats good for 200 and 400 and 800 and 1500 race for sports day
Never pulled a calf or hammy on a hill in my life, you must have been doing it wrong LOL…
Top video. Simply explained, will get out and enjoy my hill run tomorrow!
Do “How to run without running” and I’ll subscribe to your channel.
Honest question: though I can understand using the proper form to avoid injury is most important.. If I’m not working my muscles much, and keeping the relaxed instead, am I getting a significant enough workout?
So I have been running the same 10K circuit over Killiney Hill in Dublin for the past 2 years. Because of the high inclines and hundreds of steps I have never done it without stopping from shortness of breath. After watching this video yesterday not only did I do it without gassing once I did it 1.5 times. Thank you so much for this video….who knows where’s next!!
Great content and entertaining. I am, however, jealous of those amazing cheekbones and natural highlight glow. Bradley Cooper, give this man a shout out, bruh
I’m doing this because i am in a soccer team and I hade to run 2 miles ( I’m a girl btw )
Idk why but during the day i feel like a zombie and at night i feel sooo much more dedicated to do stuff i shouldve done in the day
I work 2nd shift i do not fall asleep until 1 in the morning i get off work 11:30pm it takes me too long to wine down, and I get up sometime 10:30am maybe even 11 what should I do?
I just found your channel today, and heck Im in love with the content ❤❤
I was tired all the time for the last 2 week and I just ate green vegetables and I became so energized
I want to throw in something that I’ve noticed about myself (while running) and I wonder if it happens to others.

Haha love the bloopers..I’m going to be one of “those” women and say YOU’RE super fortified haha
I am not sleeping well help this is no joke Santa is a pine cone
I’ve been bed ridden for the past 2 weeks out of lack of energy and I don’t know how to motivate myself to do anything
Great thanks! Very help full me also make it fun and mix it up Yoga, weights, band work, walking even the odd boogey in the morning, cycling pl;us the mandatory cold shower, NOT just run monotony.
That hurt me a little when you said the pill is not real cause that’s what I’m looking for
Step 1. Practice good injury prevention.
Step 2. Run more.
Step 3. It something hurts, refer to Step 1, otherwise, Step 2.
I run 3-4km everyday but I’m not losing weight what can i do
So true. As a pharmacist I have often told patients that exercise is the best medication ever
Alright just gonna say it. THERE ARE VERY FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO WHILE RUNNING. DO WHAT FEELS BEST FOR YOU. Literally the only things you should never do is
*run entirely on pavement
*run while having a heart attack (aka sick)
*static stretches before dynamics
Instead
*run on dirt
*be healthy and keep injuries in mind
*dynamic movement based stretches to warm up the body before any static stretches. Hell some people dont even do any static stretches till AFTER the run.
Everything else depends on your own body and how you feel when you run. Stay safe people.
I truly wish I could eat raw fruit and veggies but have OAS! Guess I’ll start with eating more regularly and healthier.
Hey Abrahama, I do everything your saying in the right way and I feel normal and energized during the day, but when I want to do workouts I feel tired after a few push ups, while I can normally do a lot. I eat healthy and sleep well, but could feeling emotional not 100% be a reason to be tired fast?
I havent excercised in a while and my dad is forcing me to go out to the gym tomorrow.
I dont wanna go…. Lol
I loved the magical pill=exercise metaphor.
Well you’re right no matter what we do it always goes back to the main thing exercise.
But my problem with exercise is how can I maintain it once I start? How to have that motivation to make it last and make it part of my life? I’ve done exercise on-and-off but I wish I could make it a natural part of my life.:(
Who has to run 2k for school cross country & has just realised it’s in a few weeks. Probably just me

Please answer this: We mostly get tired after lunch, so energy is consumed to digest the food right, so if we breakdown the food or liquify the food and eat then the energy will be saved right?
I sleep during the day because of my anti anxiety med makes me sleepy during the day to no end, but I take the same dosage at night and I’m wide awake. This is killing me and my relationships with ppl.. My iron is only low during my time of the month and I’ve been taking iron vitamins daily since late 2013.
All you have to eat is vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds thats it,.
And drink water, that’s all what the body needs to function well, cause the body programmed for health not for suffering to put all these junk food inside your body,
God gives us the right nutrients for the human beings body and he told us to eat these nutrients and yet we are ignoring!!!!!!!
I feel tired I think mostly cause I dont sleep very well at night.
Also yeah my diet ain’t the best.
Although I dont really eat sugar.
Plus I don’t workout very much anymore like I used to.
I have stopped improving at a 10 minute mile. I try to run faster and I get winded. It’s been more than a month and I’m not improving. What gives?
Competitively, the last part of the race is the hardest because runners really race. Saying this, probably the best way to train is taking this point in mind. The race starts after half the race is done and be ready to sprint the last 2km
Thank you i have not been great and i have been feeling tired and run down.
Ahhh man you’re funny, great tips, great energy. You definitely earned the sub. Have a great day.
I’ll probably say my dead dogs name Max cuz I’m always dead tired during games
1st tip according to me is while running dont think u are running distract urself in some other things in this way u will get less tired and keep up with the pace
See I want to walk or exercise, but I won’t do it in front of people. I won’t even walk to my mail box during the day, because people will see me. I have no desire to do it indoors. I’m doomed.
I woke up to read at 3am… 10 minutes in am sleeping and brain is not working at all
Bruh i walk like for 20 minutes around my school at lunch time cuz u have nothing other to do:/ and ima try jogging this time i guess

I’ve actually been waiting for a video relating to this. thanks man!
Hey, I’m in excellent shape and I’m trying to find out why my stamina is so low? Well this week I found out that I have Small (RBC) that makes it so not a lot of oxygen can flow throughout my body. So, does that contribute to my decreased stamina? How can I get bigger (RBC).
PS (RBC) stands for red blood cell
Don’t complicate running. It should be the simplest form of exercise. Just shorten your stride (aka Increased Cadence) on uphill and try to breath in through the nose and breath out through the mouth, you will gasp for air but that’s the whole point of training on hill. If you don’t want to feel tired then you are not challenging your body and in my opinion that’s not considered as hill.
He doesn’t necessarily answer anything in this video. Besides common sense things.
Great video! Thanks for the info! Another medical reason for tiredness that I’ve been diagnosed with is Thalassemia.
Don’t skip breakfast?! But black coffee + no breakfast is how I stay thin!!
Walk breaks. Run a while, walk a short while. Lather/Rinse/Repeat.

steep hills are bad for your knees so avoid them as you age.
if you must do hills take them slow and don’t raise your knees much and let gravity move you forward.
controlled falling is your friend on hills.
I do all these things and still never have any energy. I can barely stand sometimes. Tests say I’m fine.
Am I the only one who throws up if I run after eating or drinking water
3 minutes 50 into this video and I realize how bad my choices have been. I’m here because I constantly find myself with very little energy for work and always seem to be fighting off fatigue. Thanks for the tips.
Whenever I start walking or do something I feel very weak and heart beat starts increasing, I feel very uncomfortable on my chest and have difficulty in breathing, feels like suffocating, I need help, what should I do???
Who else was on the edge of their seat at starting at 3:50 only to have their dreams crushed?
