As a teacher, I’ve seen just about everything in a Yoga class. Here is one of the most common “mistakes” I see that is soorrrtt of a pet peeve of mine but not detrimental to your practice unless using a very cheap quality mat.
what do you do if two people in your class enter very obtrusively, flipping on the lights to the brightest they will go,loudly whip out their mats,all while having a loud, ongoing conversation for a few solid 4 minutes.Luckily the owner who was also teaching this class came in and immedietly lowered the lights back to where they were.Later i discovered these two women where also yoga teachers.
Her foot is better. No armored boot and she’s bending the toes.
