one of the 6 TRX sins is commonly done when performing mountain climbers. it is called SAWING……SCRAPPING is another sin but used to describe the suspension trainer rubbing up against your arm while doing a chest press. Please excuse the misuse of the term. josalphavenice
Great exercise but a major tip here is do the mountain climbers as slowly as you possibly can and feel how much it burns.
