#WellGoodSquad!!!♀️ Yesss I’m adding this to my Workout Playlist.
I workout at home and don’t have a cable machine, what can i do as a substitute?
Can you guys address pain in what feels like my wrist bones while heavy curling with the straight bar…
Simple explanation, not trying to sound fancy. I love this shit (Y)
These have developed my obliques more than anything. A misconception people always got about abs is that the gotta do a million crunches and reps with no resistance, those don’t build your core to the level overloading can.
Real tree chopping is a killer exercise. The problem is, using an ax to chop down trees isn’t exactly allowed so easily lol. On top of that you have to know where to cut your wedge based on the trees lean, and the surrounding terrain. However, if you get the opportunity to do it, do it.
Some people go side to side, rather than bringing it down. Is that a better workout or less?
i just bought a cable machine, I luv this exercise, been setting the pulley waist height and rotating straight out as well,
Listen I’m scare i’m going for an shoulder replacement and was told not to do pulls ups because my shoulder is done or push up for my shoulders now what can I do for my chest???
im sure you’ll build it yourself. I made it 2 weeks ago thanks to WoodPrix website.
Stance should be more than shoulder width apart for balancing purposes especially as weight increases. The movement ending at the knees can be modified as well.
You should go to woodprix if you’d like to make it yourself guys.
Who’s watching in 2016?, and just came from he’s new channel PumpChasers?
I like your video but you said “feet shoulder width apart” and that’s not supposed to be the case for this exercise. Even in your video your feet are almost twice as wide as your shoulders.
Dude keep on posting interesting workouts. im gonna add this to my ab workout.
Thanks, i was trying to do this excercise, and now you showed me i was using my arms again. I will keep your tip in mind. Is there a excercise for the obliques that i can do with a dumbell at home, or a light kettlebell.
U got a vid on if and which fatburners to use? also stating why cardio should be done in the morning? Once again, I request you holla back.:)
You should go to woodprix if you’d like to make it yourself guys:)
I like to do a few lateral lunges as a warm up before doing this exercise sometimes. My hips are so tight I find I am bit restricted at first until I get warmed up
Lololololol……Hos in the sheets…….lololol….love it! Woodchopper it is!
for a second i thought you were related to chris tucker when you said “dont forget to like my shit”. sounded just like him lol.
I feel it on the obliques on the opposite side from where the cable is coming from o always thought that was correct.. Is it not?
Muscles pull not push but you’re twisting so maybe both or with side can pull? Even the back helps you twist. So is it just a case of mind-to -muscle connection… Anyone???
So….I’m trying to work the intercostals? A muscle group whose action is to aid in RESPIRATION? Not sure why you’re going on about them? Maybe you were mistaking them for the serratus anterior on the sides of the torso? Even then, that is incorrect because that muscle is used in scapular protraction and stabilization. So…..not really sure about the amount of credibility that you have already. Also, “fuck range of motion”? That’s funny, because if you’re referring to the concept correctly (which you are probably not), ROM allows a muscle to fully contract in its entirety, meaning that it is going to be at its strongest and more functional than for someone who only works in a limited range. And saying that not everyone has the same range of motion so it is okay to only work half the motion is a cop out for meatheads. Yes, there are ranges of degrees of ROM that each person should meet. No, not everyone is able to meet them because there are things (flexibility, etc) that should be worked on FIRST before doing an exercise that they can only do half of. Don’t take the easy way out.
Stop with the meathead nonsense. Try actual science and read up on your kinesiology, arthrokinematics, and osteokinematics. Don’t mislead people who don’t know any better.
i just wanna see this guy in a hollywood movie, lol, for realz
Go to WoodPrix webpage if you’d like to know how to build it. Good solutions for everyone I think
I hope she meant something other than abs went she said abs.
Was planning to get them by contracting and doing my abs to failure. Thanks!
3:30 If anybody’s curious, it’s not your computer breaking down, it’s just something in the video.
Take the damn handle off.. fucking genius.. thanks homie..now I’m about to get the obliques that have the girls begging for the skeet..
Whats up, Chris. When you are pulling down from your right and across to your left, which side of your obliques are you focusing your mind on? Thanks.
is there really a point to swing down that far. contraction is at its peak way before that.
Thanks for the exercise Chris, can’t wait to try this for the obliques!!!!
Glad you made this video, if you want some serious obliques, WORK THEM BITCHES!
Adding this to my workouts was the best thing I’ve ever done, next to sumo squats! Haha! Thanks x
If you want to build lean muscle, you should definitely take a look on Google for “Aston Muscle Ripper”. You are guaranteed to get the appearance you deserve.
Metroflex.. I need to come back to that gym!! Thanks for the tip bro. def. needed that.
She doesn’t keep her arms straight through the movement, if that matters.
The other side of my abs contract when I do this exercise. What am I doing wrong?
I feel all the pain in the obliques facing away from the weights side and I thought I was doing it right til I saw this guy holding the obliques that are facing the weights side. Wtf.
This a question for you guys OR the viewers!!!! WHERE DID YOU BUY THAT SHIRT?! Seriously about to buy some, somebody help a brotha out?!
You’re welcome! Glad you are enjoying the videos! Time to get sleek strong! Rachel Cosgrove
