no one seems to know how a revers crunch works. al videos differ. i like this one but would just alter one thing..slow down alot. because the speed at which she is lifting the legs up, u are using momentum. rowing effect. so slow down, pause at top for half a second and same at bottom.. but nice video… and as comment bellow i would also not flex spine. only leg movements

This was so helpful. I have recently stopped doing cheerleading (uk) after five years and I’ve noticed that in the past few months I’ve lost my ab definition so I’ve been looking into a proper workout routine and this is the only video that has shown people how to do a proper reverse crunch!

Wrong form, don’t let your thighs go further than perpendicular to the floor, and if you want to isolate de abdominal muscles keep you thigs still and jast repeat the last portion of the movement, when you flex the spine.
This isn’t reverse crunch. This is normal crunch with knees lifted. Wtf
My workout method is fill up a backpack & hike a few blocks up to 2 miles…built in, but it’s more a logistics thing as I don’t have wheels!
