I’ve just done 5 minutes and my legs are no more. I am 78 kgs trying really hard to loose it and i have achieved a little 84 kgs to 78 kgs. Now trying to loose more. Its really very hard.

I just wanted to put this out there, my dads buisness partner said today: “Straight up if your overweight theres something wrong fix it.” That is not true in any way. All bodies are beutiful dont let anyone say that to you.
Tip: If you get tired of it, stop. Dont hurt yourself. Tip #2 Try not to drink a lot of water it will cuase cramps and make the workout harder for you

I tried this workout today for the first time. I am so impressed by how effective it was. I went in thinking this will be a breeze as I’m moving to a cartoon characters pace but oh was I wrong because I soon realized I adapted to my own natural pace. I must say this is the best cardio workout I’ve tried in terms of home videos. Roberta, I thank you. I shall stick to this particular workout for the next two weeks to complete dry January so I’ll keep you posted in terms of progress

Almost but not quite it. I am looking for an exercise DVD for my middle-aged brother who is paraplegic so he does have use of his arms. These folks so a great job but I would like to see a more “professionally” produced video with a colorful and attractive studio background. The cardio exercise is well-demonstrated but could also include light wrist or hand weights for those who are able to use them or would like a bit of a challenge. For many good reasons a warm-up and cool-down is a good idea. This is so well-done just needs some tweaking. It’s the only video for the wheelchair community that has real wheelchair users. We need this in the marketplace. Just a suggestion. Thanks and good luck to all.

They are constantly huge since I was 13. Would you recommend me some exercise at least to tone the muscles of the breasts area? I play a lot of sports and I really like exercising. Earlier this year I had a skiing injury and haven’t been able to exercise because of it for about 5 months. And to add on top of this I have an iron deficiency which I’m trying to fix. I want to increase my stamina so I can play sports again this year but I’m always so tired and when I do exercise I get tired really quickly. I’m really not sure what to do or where to start. That’s right I’m professional and during December 2019 till now pandemic and now 7 june I lost my conditioning and my stamina I cant play as before I have muscle but my heart beat is lower I was getting less of sleep like sleeping at 2 3 am till 10 in morning but for a football player sleep has to be 10 hours so from 11 pm to 11 am morning enough dont be like me I waste my grateful talent and waste my greatest thing that I achieved

Most of these people appear to have ok upper body strength, why not throw in some wheelchair pushups as well? It not only elevates the heart rate but takes the pressure off the bottom and helps to avoid pressure sores……T6-T7 for 25 years now

I don’t have the same kind of conditions but this is good… I think they should just make these things and call them for people in wheelchairs or something else like that. I don’t really have a problem with whatever they want to call it really but I will say sometimes when I am trying to find what I need I have to search words that have to do more with the naming of an other condition which I do not have which is wheelchair related. There needs to be better wording for these things if you just use wheelchair or physically handicapped. I should not have to search for the word tetraplegia even if that was my condition.

I have been looking for an exercise routine that I can perform that does not cause me more lower limb pain. I had polio when I was eight and am suffering the late onset of post polio. dude you should read more about exercise before you bitch. Cardio is not a stand alone exercise. After I do about an hour or two of weightlifting I then do what is in this video with 5lb weights to get my heart pumping and to burn calories. True, this video wont give you big sexy guido muscles, but is vital to an important exercise regimen. Look up nick scotts website/channel he has awesome muscle building exercises, but you need good cardio as well.

I am a 74 year old woman. I have been going to the YMCA until it was recently closed. I just did treading for 40 min. at 2.8 mph. I want to start doing the aerobics and arm exercises. My question is, should I start out the cardio workout but only do 15 reps each set instead of 30 and then work up from there?

I found your video two years ago and I tried it and I adored it, but time has passed. One week ago I started going to Zumba three times a week, every class 1 hour, but I feel so motivated about losing weight, that I feel like I need more than 3 times a week workout. So, my question is how many times a day should I do this, and is it fine to do it every day? And also, in what parts of the body is the intensity concentrated, or it it everywhere?

I have a problem. Im trying to lose body fat/weight, i have a decent musculer base and good resistance. I have to do this exercise at least 2 times fast to get my body going, so in order to realy burn mysef i have to do it 4+ times which takes a lot of time and gets too repetitive. Do you have any other exercise, sort of more intense that still takes about 10 minutes? I’m in a low fat / normal carb/ normal protein diet, i still 5KGs to lose to reach the 10% of body fat ( estimative) and i need to exercise at home because of exams, and 40 minutes is just too much….

This was my first day and I was sweating like I do in gym. These exercises are so much better than ones we do in gym using machines. And the best thing is my muscles didn’t feel sore like they do after using machines and weights. Thank you
