Me: It’s 2020 most guys balls still haven’t dropped.
Most guys: hold my soy latte
Next video: How pooping is causing bigger obliques and shredded abs.
gonna go do this now. a great exercise that’s also practical in everyday life! (you said that as well. awesome)
Hi Brian.
First time commenting on one of your videos!
I have somehow only discovered you in the last week or so (I know my bad), but each and every video I watch of yours I think you are just an infectiously super dude!! (Ok enough with the mush).
So I am still a novice at the log press stuff. Trying to stop my body being the stiff awkward bodybuilder type that I have been and becoming more power and speed based (not easy at 31 years old!).
I am log pressing tomorrow, very modest numbers around 200lbs/90kg for AMRAP. Your tip of pushing the knees out instead of forward could be a game changer for me, never tried this!
Also having the log choking me at the throat I have kinda been avoiding as its gruesome! I will try this also!
Thanks for yet another awesome video, and I may be in touch sometime soon about how on Earth you switch carbs for fats in your diet!:)
Dan.
Why kneel on or straddle the bench? Athletic stance with hand on the bench works. No bench to get in the way.
Practice with low weights, just keep adding 5-10kg until you get the movements right each time
Log has really been frustrating lately. I can’t stay balanced with leg drive. Strict pressing is fine. This definitely helped thanks!
I gotta first learn how to get outta bed. And maybe not do so much blue magic.
Surprised this video wasn’t called “your balls dropping is killing your gains”
Doesn’t the dumbell hit the bench unless you spread out further? I tried this and I kept having to move my arm a bit out as I pulled in.
Never had the burning zipper feeling from a single arm row, couple of times from heavy squat and a heavy deadlift… I avoid super heavy lifts now and just do a few more reps.
Thanks for sharing, I just recently 2 months ego I had surgery for Inguinal hernia with mesh repair and I’ve been looking for exccersices for strength my abdominal muscles in order to avoid inguinal hernia again and because I need to start working. can you recomend me some exccersices to strengthen my abdominal muscles for beginners? I’m 56 years old and weight 170 lbs and I haven’t exccersiced for many years so my physical condition is not in shape, thank you for your time and may God bless you.
Ashamed to say I’m watching with two herniated discs for this exact reason
I’m so glad you made this video because I tend to shrug my shoulders. Thanks so much
loved your video, but got one question!
If I have to choose between ‘clean and press’ and the ‘overhead press’, which is better?
my focus is on getting stronger.
There you go ladies and gentleman, this is someone with really high credentials to listen to and follow for the fitness goals you have. Not a botox poison filled social-media pretend fitness expert.
I lost it when you demonstrated pouring water out of a bottle
Dat video quality is #MINT brother, awesome video yet again
What the hell is this piece of shit. People shouldnt teach things they themselves dont understand
How many people are trying to pat their heads and rub their bellies at the same time now?
Than kyou for this, I do this exercise now and def want to avoid this issue.
Great video Brian! I was wondering if you could make a video on increasing grip strength? Thanks!
WELL! looks like i have alot of work to do. she has impeccable technique.
Why isn’t he looking the opposite side and just keep his one hand at the edge of the bench and perform the exercises???? It will make the exercise more easier and comfertable.
You are, completely right. I have this problem and now by watching this video, I understood how I got hernia
That is amazingly not good… it misses out every important bit of cleaning a log!!! Plus your clean has some serious flaws… C’mon Brian your content is usually a lot, lot better than this!
Say “One Arm Dumbbell Roll” ten times in a row and become Jeff Cavaliere AthleanX.com
i noticed his stance was different to the typical technique of one leg going back and the other going forward
are they both legal in competition?
You should definitely do the snatch before you do the clean and jerk. But that’s just me.
Me: Crying from hernia pain
Jeff: Crying will kill your gains
Great, clear advice and instruction. More videos like this would be superb, thank you!
I love how the bow on the wall looks like it’s on your head at the beginning
Wow. You should go speak to Alan Thrall for a few weeks, then, and only then, make a tutorial.
Just become female when you go to the gym, since nowadays it’s so easy to change your gender
The new newer camera is great!
I don’t have access to a log and I’m not sure if it’s a good or a bad thing lol
I built my own log over the weekend, out of 4x4s. Looking forward to using it this week, and I’ll definitely be applying these tips!
good edit/illustration linking your explanations to the examples
wow! finally something usufull! Just I hope you won’t be advertising these stupid supplements again….
One person makes a dumb comment, and other dumb people try to fit in by copying. There is nothing wrong with his clean & press, the problem is with group psychology on the internet.
Yeah dont talk at all about how to properly set up where your feet should be, how far forward you should be before you pull, or tightening your core to help brace your lower back, or how to engage your lats for stabalization. dont worry about any of that because this isnt a super technical lift at all. just walk up to this bar pick it up off the ground and lift it over your head you totally wont get hurt… Probably… Well im pretty sure.
Very informative And Well edited video mate, And Brian i got a request: how To increase your Pull ups
Where do you think would be the best place to purchase a log for a decent price for a guy using it in his backyard?
Looks awesome! Great content as always! I think I’m gonna try to incorporate some strongman lifts into my routine due to your inspiration.
Hey man thanks! I enjoy the strongman vids a lot! Thank you for them.
man, when you start training this everyday, it’s unbelievable how these lifters get air in their jumps with that much freakin weight.
What is the difference between A)Power Clean and B)Clean and press?
I bet if you trained it properly, you could be like a lot of us and hip thrust more than you squat and deadlift. Kettlebell swings help the faster recruitment of fast and slow twitch fibers, for sure
Am I the o my one that get super excited from seeing the green pull up bar in every video. “Like shits about the get real” when he’s making a video in front of it!!
i really looovvveee the black and with scenes. it reminds me of scrubs
0:40….buuut…..my jewels?? crush’t is part of the clean??
Interesting. I’ve always done a lot of these and had bilateral inguinal hernias diagnosed/repaired last fall. Correlation vs causation, yadda yadda, but still makes me wonder…
Yeah I dont do onearm dumbell rows. there are so many other excersises that are so much better that hit so much deeper.
yeah! Thank you for showing me how to doing correct clean. This video is perfect ️
I gonna challenge to clean 210lbs from now
I thought this might be a newer camera, can’t exactly pinpoint the difference other than to say it looks a little “cleaner”. I like it. I’ve never tried lifting a log but this looks tortuous enough for me to want to give it a shot.
This exercise is fun, and a hell of a full body workout. Why do I never see anyone at the gyms doing this?? I go to LA Fitness so maybe too many bros worried about hurting themselves?
I NEED surgery for my groin hernia. But thanks to liberal democrat Gov. Cooper who extended the closings and the damned Chinese, I cannot get my surgery now as NEEDED. Cape Fear Medical laid off 300 medical workers because elective surgeries are NOT being done. I DO NOT vote for democrats in the 1st place. I will NEVER vote for a democrat even if the Lord Jesus tells me to.
Both sexes of the human animal can work out and suffer hernia.
Every time I feel my log press technique is feeling different I always come back to this vid
If you followed everything he says you’d just stretch for 4 hours a day and not touch a weight
Awesome thanks for the tutorial!! That’s awesome and very helpful! I will definitely try those. It would be really nice to explain maybe how a beginner can split their workout and what they should focus on.
I am confused about what exercises i should do, when and how often i should train strength versus technique.
that doesn’t look good for the knees by jumping and landing with so much extra weight
Great video but I don’t see the need to clickbait pretending it was about deadlifts in the thumbnail
This instructor knows what he is teaching. Perfect form perfect exercise
On the AX2 program week 3 exercise 4-should that video be changed for this style?
I never do this exercise on a bench. I always pick up a dumbbell from a rack place my hand on the rack or another dumbbell that’s on the rack and pull, you’re legs are never stretched that much that way
Hi can you use. Hang Clean of press as a strenght exercice in place of overhead press? thanks
You should see how the Chinese do it: they deadlift but don’t straighten there legs and when the bar gets to there knees they keep there legs bent so when they hip thrust it it’s like your busting inside your teacher for the first time
If the Kettlebell Swing probably caused the inguinal hernia, can I go back doing it (and other martial arts sport as brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, wrestling) without any limitations, once I recovered from an operation provided that I got operated by an expert using the right technique?
Should have watched this vid before I tried the log press!! I was going for 150lbs, almost had it on my first rep but couldn’t lock out. Went for a second and I did all the things you said not to do in the vid. That log bent me over backwards and I had to bail, hurt my back a bit but nothing severe. Thanks for the info Brian!
This man could tell me to jump off a cliff to strengthen my legs and I’d probably do it, he’s so informative.
I go to a training program for unemployed youth, the personal trainer AND the physiotherapist wanted me to do it the ”bad” way. I went NOPE and refused doing it that way. they didnt let me do it the way jeff is doing it though smh:/
Jeff do you have a video about the right breathing technique? Maybe to minimize the inner ab pressure. You know hernia and varicocele is the two terror in sports. And very little information about it. Thanks
Any chance we can get a follow up about keg pressing? I would appreciate it
Is it necessary or important to have atleast two hernia surgeries in life time
You are so beautiful!!! Only seeing you giving motivation to clean!!!!!!!!!
I was taught this by my mentor: “If your technique is not CLEAN, then you’re only gonna end up looking like a JERK”
I live in Baltimore and definitely want to come up and train with you one day, alot of my friends from Forze came and had a great time. I passed out Saturday because I held my breath going for a Log PR of 180… very scary!
anyway
Awesome video i’m going to Crush it this weekend, thanks for the AWESOME content and coaching you post, your page is more helpful than you will ever know.
This should be advertised in every weights bay, how I got my hernia.
My favorite exercise after push mowing.25 acre lawn. Standard barbell 5×10 80lbs.
Yes, stratle the bench, or stand next to the bench.. Both feet on the ground, one had on the bench, or box or anything at the right height. You don’t need a bench for this exercise.
I do this excercise, where the dumbells are. Its much easier and better.
Every lifter, espiecially beginners should watch this.Good straightforward training advice!!!
sir i am also playing weight lifting
Please tell me how i increase my stamina
I had two inguinal hernias on each side before the age of 32 I wish I had seen this video before but thank you, now I know
Thanks for theese great drills. Weightlifting looks so easy and effortless. But is really complex

When I find myself distracted in the gym, I think what would Alsruhe do?
I don’t have the elevation off the floor or the wide stance for the movement. I tend to keep my feet a bit closer and when I thrust into the press I spread my feet one forward the other back. I started doing the clean and press maybe about 6 months ago and im addicted to to it. I work up quite the sweat with these and plus your breathing has to be on-point as well. well done.
How convenient, I have always straddled the bench. Thanks to my high school football coach.
What can you do to strengthen and help an existing hernia I have 3 through my job and have been waiting 3 years for a operation which got cancelled because of the virus so I will probably have to wait a few more years have just started training which does not cause it to pop out but work does
what about snatch and clean high pulls where you flex your elbows and pull the barbell as high as you can toward your face??
Can i do bench press with lighter dumbels if i have a inguinal hernia?
Great video! The new camera looks great, what kind is it? I’m looking for a good camera too.
Just found your channel, trying to get my wife into living with me…. great to have someone she can watch and relate to
hey man! I’ve heard that the wooden log distributes weight unevenly. I assume different portions of it have higher densities than others, just like any piece of natural material. is that really true? if so,’how do you tr ain for that? just setting up more plates on one side of the regular log than on the other side perhaps?
Great video Jeff! Loved the part when you talked about children’s testicles!
im 194cm tall and i get conflicting information from my short crossfit coach and my taller weightlifting coach, about whether of not my knees should be protruding past my elbows. thanks Oleksy. also, that black haired russian chick is really hot. i love her.
Rockin YouTube video your always so cute and pretty in these videos as usual
Been there, doing deadlift while holding my breath, gotta go under the knife, and my doctor tell me to stop lifting for 3 months. Its a nightmare watching my muscle getting smaller and smaller day by day.
4:50 is when he shows the correction to minimize hernia risk
I got a inguinal hernia as a kid (probably from lifting my brother all the time) it got really painful before we went to the operation and It was really painful after the operation, but thankfully I was watching a lot of Asterix so I wanted to do alchemy and I made a (most likely placebo) pain relief potion a few weeks before the operation so that helped me go through the recovery.
I’ve never run into or used a log bar. Studying for the CSCS and am curious to try it. What is the weight of an empty log bar?
High quality, informative video! You make it look so simple. Thank you precious. Good luck on your competition. I’m your fan from Mexico
What I’ve been looking for, the hands tipped forward/ebows high in the clean was the key!.. I was definitely doing it wrong. added 30kg, just like that! thanks!
Think I’ve got the clean nailed down. But my press suuuccckkkkkssss. What’s the best way to get those numbers up? I worked on doing more reps over last winter with a lower weight and that helped a little. Progress is slowwww. I only added about 5 lbs last year to the press. I’ve got a vid on my channel where I bomb the first try but get it on second try. Keep in mind this is my max and yes, I know the press sucks. https://youtu.be/O1phHMzcUDE
Awesome tips! Why do you bounce your butt? Makes it seem like you’re jerking on the pull
Hi Kris! I started WL a month ago and yesterday during a training session I got severe backpain after I performed a snatch complex (I’m not yet great with the wl terms so sorry for that. I did a power snatch, pull and a overhead squat). During the overhead squat I was not very stable and trying to stabilize the bar). I also got a training the day before, couldn’t sleep very well and started saturday with the training were I got severe backpain. Always had a weak spot in my back, once a while it shows up. Me and the coach think that the cause is bad sleep, little lack of stability core and back. Now it feels much better, lucky that I got great coaches and that I study physical therapy. But the question is how to deal with this by this kind of sport, did you also got this once and how to start lifting after this. I also wanted to hear something from an WL expert like you:)) I will gradually pick up training and def train stabilizing excersices. Anyways greetings from The Netherlands!
But, so also a staggered stance bent over row (without bench) can causes issue?
Thanks for the tip Jeff I’ll be performing the exercise this way from now on. I haven’t suffered a hernia and now thanks to you I won’t whilst doing the exercise the way you recommended. Thanks again
Thank you so much, one of the rare videos with clear explanation of technique, proper steps and tips!
I have hernia and still hitting the gym,but with hernia belt
But, so also a staggered stance bent over row (without bench) can causes issue?
Great detailed tutorial. The explosive nature of cleans has helped my deadlifts a lot
Just hold on to the dumbell rack, no need to use a bench for this exercise.
Amazing camera angle please make more from different perspectives
Dont train quick
Klokov says
The difference between amateur and pro is the fact that pro can train all weights so slowly that looks like the heaviest weight you ever move
I love the deadlift. I can lift 3 pizza boxes at one time. Killin it.
Veeeeeeeery useful! This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!!!! ))))
Great tutorial, Pope! Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Love your vlogging evolution! ♀️
Dude I will upload a clean and press tutorial, watch it first then start teaching others. You have no idea what is a clean and press.
duolingo: “hey you forgot your spanish leson”
AthleanX: “hey your sleeping position is killing your gains”
Thanks dutch guy i have put this into my workout over the past few months and kept haveing back pain but since watching this and pllying the proper technique my back pain is gone and im loving this in my routine
After how many days after surgery have u started working out
Is there like a smaller log to start off with. or are all logs the same size?
Thanks For this amazing video. I have a young (13) sprinter that I am introducing to weight training. Slowing breaking these lifts down with video helps him visualize how it should be done…
One question. Sometimes during snatch you seem to actively engage the lats while other times it is not so visible. Kindly advise
Nice technical advice there…. I’ll use these exc’ to help my deadlift, where I have a tendency to round the back…:)
Top tips again Brian. Was wondering, have you thought about doing a video where you do a top 5-10 of your favourite or most inspirational strongmen?
Wait isnt clean and jerk done with one leg steped out one behind you
Ah no thank you. Looks dangerous and tough, not worth doing without a coach.
I’m not a competitive oly lifter I mainly do power snatches or power cleansbut this really gave me some ideas for my own strength training, especially the Pulls (though I mainly do them with a trap bar)
Thanks for good video. Got a question, how long do you take a break between sets? Thanks
This was one of my first exercises I did a lot in the gym and I developed a hernia, I ended up dropping my old routine for a new one but I never thought this was the exercise that caused it
This exercise is part of my training for 30 years, I never got a hermia
First I love your channel Ive been following for a month now! I was wondering about some advice on someone like me who is beginning her journey with competition weight lifting!?? I actually meet my coach tomorrow but I’m really new with this I’m not the strongest but I’m willing to work for it!! I wish you had a video on your journey!!! Luvvv youuu and can’t wait to see your next comp!!
Tore cartilage in both wrist doing this in cold gym winter time
well I subbed! i’d much rather watch and learn from a beautiful women than a dude! lol
Cute gurl… Seems pretty, safe, and effective form and programming
Awesome new video Brian, thanks for the upload! So in addition to strength training I also do martial artist (mostly kickboxing and judo); and I’ve noticed that ever since I’ve implemented the log clean & press, the Olympic clean & jerk, and of course tire flips, that my front thrust kick power as well as my judo hip throws have gone way wayyy up!! My technique on the log c&p and the oly c&j are still utter crap since I’m a newbie at those haha! But I definitely plan on improving and will definitely be using what I’ve learned in your video into my form. Thank you again for this Brian, you’ve been a huge help to my training! (And I can’t wait for your “how to yoke/farmers/keg carry” videos, I know they’ll be amazing as always!) Cheers!
And what happens if your ankle cramps up or slips when you’re jumping to push the weight overhead? You die?
Man, most of the olympic lifts are kinda intimidating. That’s a lot of weight to be throwing around like that and he makes it look easy
Done at 65 years old… piece a’ cake… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPf2KultofQ&ab_channel=terrystrand
This is interesting because I never understood the point of having your leg up on the DB row. Just seemed like someone we saw someone else doing and it got passed along. I always do 2 feet on the ground or both knees up
Perfect form. Great video. No talking, just a great example.
I’m trying to not say anything immature….like how that is an amazing snatch which will cause me to go jerk and have to clean…..but I’m way above such comments.
Damnit….I did it again didn’t I.
Oh well. Great training video!!!
I’ve just started implementing these in my training. I’m pretty much working on the clean over and over (10 sets of 3). My form is improving but I have one problem, I don’t understand how to get the log from my lap to the front rack. Am I supposed to keep it as close to my body as possible (just kinda muscle it up)? Do I initiate the clean with my legs and hips and THEN start rotating my elbows? i think so but Im not sure. this movement is very humbling
Thanks for the video Kristin❤️
You explained the clean deadlift very clearly, most videos on this are rather vague
Thanks! I had surgery 5 weeks ago and it was from crazy ab workout that I did because it caused me pain, thinking pain=progress. Anyway, just thinking your rows should be done facing the bench, with a hand on it. That way, the bench doesn’t get in the way and you are completely symmetrical. Love your videos.
haaa the new camera show the clean trimming of beard! one day i’ll try the log press but ur tips on deadlift have helped big time so on that note ty… huh where was water wasted at?
I’ve got one right now and it’s miserable…messes up everything especially sleep…feels like I been kicked in the nuts all day
Ohhh be bütün mesajları okudum nihayet bizden kimsenin izlemediği bir video buldum. (:
I’ve always hated dumbbell rows because of this, I could feel it asymmetrically loading my pelvis and it was super unnatural. I switched to both feet on the ground, facing the bench from the side and haven’t had any issues.
definitely see a difference in the video and audio on this one brian.
when i first learned the log, i was having issues going from the lap to the rack position. the explosivness that it takes is no joke. when i do it now, i basically explode like im trying to do a backflip. and honestly, im not sure what happens during that time. i recall getting it to the lap, then poof… its racked. everything inbetween is a blur.
Brian, how do you safely lower the log back down if you can’t just drop it onto the ground? Do you reverse all the movements or do it some other way?
Maybe dumb question, but: how do you pronounce your surname? I’ve recommended you to a few people, but no idea how to say you name!
Picture quality is looking spot on.
How about some circus DB tutorials, just cause i know you hate them? 😉
(but also because i tried them for the first time today and felt like a gotdang buffoon)
Wow his clean form is bad, that’s not a good way to do it at all
Just started working out at home a few months ago after not doing any training for quite a long time. I did many bodyweight exercises and have just been doing this for like 3 times after getting some dumbbells and watching a pretty decent tutorial on how to perform this exercise. I started feeling pain exactly where Jeff located it just today and I’m depressed af right now…
Even though the weight was light Jeff counted his reps to be sure he did the same amount later on the other arm no avoid muscle imbalances
Your front rack position looks like mine. Bad news. It’s crap.
To clean pull high tto the chest pull with the arm in order Olympic dL Olympic d.l.shurge Olympic dL.shift shurge if you work on this move ment you will see bar improvement
Perfect form. Amazing. Thank you for showing me how it’s done correctly.
So is he bending his wrists back to keep his elbows forward before the clean
could I practise with a football bar if I take a wider grip?
When there is no bar….. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6t869eGORcM
Him saying the strain doesn’t cause the hernia, would this be the case for a diaphragmatic hernia as well? If I’m born with a diaphragmatic hernia will weight lifting make it worse?
Loved this video was hoping you were going to make this sometime soon. and could you make a video on how to increase your atlas stone loading and great accessory exercises for it please there’s like no one on YouTube that has made a video on this
What is it called when you deadlift then clean and jerk? Much easier IMO.
Goodness gracious. This is the content we need!! No talking. Just simple movements, with slow motion to really follow the movement and form!
great content as ever brian, would it be possible to do a video on incorporating agility training and conditioning or a husafell tutorial in the future?
You can just stand in front of bench and do it. It is how I do. Or in front of chair. Otherwise I agree it is better have both legs at ground.
This video is the best tutorial video I have ever found thus far over the many years of weight lifting. I appreciate the instructor level explanations of how to keep proper form.
Very interesting.
These videos are very interesting also for non professional or post agonistic point of view.
Jeff, as usual, is exactly right. 3:28. Twenty five percent of men will experience an inguinal hernia, and often on both sides. Like me and Jeff. Be smart. Listen to Jeff!
Content (as always) great. Picture quality crystal clear. Video comes across as more professional. That said, for me, your excellent content in the videos has always made them worthwhile. Thank you Alan Thrall for allowing us to become aware of Brian’s youtube channel. Both of you have excellent Youtube channels.
What’s the alternative to this exercise? I’m not doing any version of this exercise. Hernia runs in my Genes ffssss
It’s insane how all the experienced lifters can agree with Jeff due to experience. Thanks so much Jeff this was in tomorrow’s workout..
Hi Kris loved the video. So helpful. Because of your hard work and training, you move really well making it easier to see the “good” and “bad” movements when you demo. Thanks for pointing out the common movement flaws so we can train well. Practice makes perfect!
“JOIN THE DARK SIDE!” I came across an article about you in Carroll County Times from last year, and I found it very inspiring. I can’t believe how many people are missing out by not finding this channel; this is professional advice.
This vid is so helpful for beginners like myself, love the angle and slo motion, thanks.
Do you have a twin that does all your black and white videos segments? He seems cool.
I got a sports hernia a few weeks guys, it’s not fun and it can set you back, don’t do any “ego” lifting or try to progressively overload too quick the goal is to get in great shape not increase your chances of Injury.
Does the bar lay directly on your collarbones? Mine stick out a lot and it hurts so i don‘t know wether my form is correct
Dear Brian!
I watch your videos a lot and you are a big inspiration. Your videos are not only interesting to watch, but are also very helpful.
Would you consider doing a tutorial video about the trap bar?
Being from Seattle, I really like the Washington state flag in the background.
is the ‘Clean’ bringing it to shoulder level?
And the ‘Jerk’ is the overhead press?
I hit “subscribe” when he said “Hard work and heavy metal…”
Look at all these experts commenting. Why pay for personal training when you can just go to YouTube’s comment section.

Why can’t you move your supporting leg further back behind you instead of moving it out wide to the side? Won’t that alleviate the stress on your groin area?
wouldn’t it be better to keep the knee bent on the bench, one hand on the bench, straight back, the extended leg close to the bench instead of stretched to the outside,, and then pull the dumbell more toward the hip joint, keeping everything close as possible to a center line? PS 7 hernias, worst one from a rock climbing fall of 900 feet to a hard landing. Still lifting weight, preparing for the first serious climb in 25 years.
I’m having a hard time landing it in my shoulders is it suppose to hurt should I quit bein a lil bitch and toughen through it?
Just got my log yesterday…thanks for the clear instructions!
Do you have a clean and press video for barbell? Not only do I need technique clarification, but also where in my workout to work it in. It’s such a tiring exercise that I can basically forget about doing anything else efficiently afterwards, lifting wise.
Never liked this exercise. I’ve done a total of probably 10 sets of these.
Brian!!! Thanks for the great information. I’m a little late to the party, but my gym just got a log and I’m pumped to start pressing that bitch. This video is so straight forward so non bs it is EXACTLY what I needed so thanks again man!
I just put one hand on the dumbell rack and assume a three point stance. Works perfectly.
Every body structure has its unique technique. This technique is very good but more adapted for people with short legs and long torso for example.
