I listen to this while I work (freelancer with long periods of time alone), layered with soft classical music, and this has worked wonderfully! I also eat low carb, which has already been incredibly helpful to my lifestyle change efforts, but your recordings (this and others) definitely takes the edge off when I have stressful deadlines that used to drive me to snack. And even if it was a low carb-friendly snack-and not too excessive-I simply didn’t need the extra calories or to continue that unnecessary habit. I believe the impact extends to times when I’m not listening, as well, but I’d rather not take chances when possible.:)

This works, I have been resisting junk food/food that won’t get me to my goals ever since
I know this isn’t really a “secret” but find a sport. It’s so simple, for me, hockey and synchronized swimming and netball are the best. Even if you don’t think so, there will alway be a sport out there you love, guaranteed. Go on an intense week of different after school sports clubs or gym clubs or whatever and in that week, I’m pretty certain you will find at least one sport that you love, then continue doing it! Also, if you are doing an intense week of different sports, you will also loose some weight too. Bonus:) I don’t know any other tips apart from the ones listed in this video, so just have a nice day:) you will get that perfect body soon.

I’ve tried listening for two nights in a row and can’t get past 2 or 3 hours. However, I have noticed a change in my cravings. I don’t have the desire to constantly snack. So I guess I’ll keep trying to get through the full video.

Not that anyone cares, I’m just writing this for myself. There was a goddamn bowl full of Cadbury eggs in my hall all week. Each day I watched the bowl empty as my family ate until today when the last one was eaten. An hour ago I stumbled across 3 full size bars of Lindt Milk Chocolate and they’ve been on my mind since. I was searching the Internet and I saw a picture of a brownie and I nearly died. I literally started shaking, my heartbeat quickened, and I felt myself getting really hot.
I felt frustrated as I switched back and forth in my own mind not to eat it, I literally started talking to myself. I think I’ve calmed down now but I feel like sh*t.
I have really weird..not bad..but weird dreams when I listen to this. I’ve listened the past 3 nights…I’ve been eating less and less each day. Today I havent even been hungry yet and I’ve been up for 5 hours. Maybe I should stop listening for a while so I don’t end up like the guy from the Stephen king movie, Thinner. Lol.
I keep watermelon chunks in the fridge, ready to go when I want to rummage through the kitchen like a starving velociraptor. Low calorie, filling snack.

24:30 Elimination diets work far better for most people. Not having the food will cause you to not think about it as much but having a little bit every once in a while will continue to remind yourself of the food while not getting it in the quantities you actually want and result in cravings.
Planning all meals a day in advance also helps a ton since you have an expectation of when your last bite will be and that you will or will not be having something.
im a normal weight but almost overweight and i want to lose 20 pounds because im a dancer and theyre always really skinny not average and i have a super big appetite and have been gaining weight so i hope this works:)

My experience with your recordings have been great. I have tried 3 and this one is the charm. I don’t have a binge problem or anxiety, or a motivation problem regarding food as I have discovered here. I just chase carbs all day due to my brain thinking this is what I should be doing for some reason. Now, my brain wants to do other things and I have to actually remind myself to eat. I plan to try others. For some reason I am figuring out how to play the piano on my own and my attention to my Italian language lessons is better. I had used a professional hypnotherapist while struggling with accounting in college many years ago. I always had faith in hypnosis and now I have found you. Thanks!

If you get late night cravings for bad stuff, try blueberries. Bitter foods shut down hunger pangs and for me, it’s blueberries. Years of diet pills and everything else and I think this is really it. It works. It’s natural. It absolutely stops the cravings.

I’ve done diets back to back once losing up to 45 pounds and not feeling proud about it and ended up gaining all my weight back and a additional 25 pounds in a little under a year because I struggle to control my eating and I’m now on the keto diet lost 11 pounds in 3 days not happy yet but man it’s hard to fight hunger

i’ve been doing that second to last tip for a while and it has helped. i know that if we don’t get our comfort foods to some degree it can release cordisal and cause us to store fat so if i’m craving something i just have a little bit of it and that tends to take care of the craving. Some of the other ones on here i’m going to start doing for sure. i’ve actually been having more issues with cravings lately. i think i’m gunna start walking around with granola bars so i have a little something to eat when i’m running around everyday.
