All of this looks sooooo good. And yeah, my containers are all over the place.
The gnocchi looks really good! Just so you know, Parmesan cheese is actually not vegetarian. It’s made with rennet (lining of a calf’s stomach).
I haven’t even heard of some stuff you use xD do you buy everything explicitly from whole foods?
casually embarassed bcuz been prouncing it “lee pain quo-to-deen” HAHAHAHAHAHA
May I ask whether You actually work beides blogging? Just Wanted to know:-)
You are hilarious!! Thank you for the information. For health reasons I am changing to vegan, gluten and dairy free and need lots of ideas to guide me through the day ❤
For tea i recommend Arbonne Detox Tea! Add an energy fizz stick (for a little caffeine) and it’s a Tizzy!!!

Your my vegan goals. you make it look so easy. Please do a pantry essentials video!!
I love the vide. I just want to point out that unless you have Celiac disease or other GI issues being gluten free does not make you healthier.
Ashwanganda is a root, known as Indian Ginseng, It’s not a mushroom.
Notification squad!! I’m trying to go vegan so this will definitely help. Is bf does my voiceover coming this weekend? ❤️❤️
I really enjoy watching your videos. Do you only post videos one time a week?
So you drink one gallon of water a day? How is that, because ive been considering doing this lol
great vid!! I am by NO means a strict healthy eater, but where else does she get her protein besides the meatless meatballs?
Excess soy can have damaging effects to your health. Research it… you soon will be blow away as to how much soy is in everything ☹…. love your mugs
I loved the video. But have question… What would you do if you get sick from drinking water. I can have a little like if taken a pill. But to drink it like you should I get sick.
Your way of making gnocchi is genius! I wish I would have known about this method years ago.
New subscriber here . I also hit the notification (: I really enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing:)
Im so glad I found you, I turned vegan on May 9th, so I am brand new and 54 years old and I have a YT channel too. You have helped me with meal ideas so I dont just eat a salad…lol. Keep them coming thanks so much.
Hopefully u or someone smart in the comments will answer: if I choose a week worth of meals from your “what I eat in a day” will it be a sustainable diet? I’m starting veganism but I don’t want to be deficient. Thanks:))
The mct oils online I’m seeing have 14g of sat fat….how can that be healthy? I’m trying to get my bad cholesterol down, so I’m thinking that’s not a good idea for me? Side note, your puppy is too cute!
I don’t understand how people can wake up, have a glass of water, and go exercise? I’m always so hungry when I wake up in the morning. I can’t go out and exercise when I’m hungry.
Girl! I haven’t seen you in forever you’re killing it! I’m so proud of you
You are just too caute!!! I was captivated & couldn’t look away lol. Great video! New Subbie
MacBook Pro with a memory card peaking out the side, that looks familiar
Hmm, a new twist on pasta..I wouldn’t mind trying it! Everything looked yummy:)
Your nail color matches the color of your water bottles!! @ 5:35
the psl syrup isn’t vegan, it contains dairy:( in the u.s. at least
i love your what i eat in a day videos!!! soooo inspiring and you truly represent what you eat if that makes sense in a way
I love this! I hate cooking because I feel like it’s such a waste of time (especially after a busy day)… and after years and years of awful stomach problems, one of the things I found out is that I’m severely lactose intolerant, and I’ve never really liked meat a lot so I’m trying out the vegan thing too. You should make more of these videos and add some quick + easy vegan recipes ☺️
I drink water and apple cider vinegar as well. I cook using Turmeric in the pickled vegetables that I prepare with vinegar and for broth, vegetables in the Ninja for broth. I like to eat healthy,t too. Love it when your husband brings Julia Child’s voice, so funny! I have not had spaghetti squash in a while. Great video as usual, many thanks!
I always love all your videos! Also I love tea so much! I would recommend lady grey tea for bagged tea. I usually do loose leaf but bagged is good too. Love you
just subscribed to your channel! love this, please continue making these videos!!
hello their great vid where did you get your water pitcher from
This is so amazing just subscribed cuz honesty loved your personality and I am extremely similar in eating style (I’m lactose intolerant and dabbling in veganism) also film healthy vlogs and other YouTube videos on my own channel and even went to McDs the other day and got so much hate cuz I shared it in my vlog just to be real and transparent. whatever lol.
Really fun video….your hubby is so cute seems he’s getting more comfortable in front of the camera! How is your pink purse holding up? Any more color transfer or did you get the stains off???
I love these videos, especially from you! I love your blog a ton!
I love . I hope you like doing them and sharing what you eat in a day because they are just great!!
I just found your awesome channel! Thank you for these videos! Do you have any suggestions for fighting cravings for unhealthy cravings?
Just found your YouTube and blog! Love! Can you tell me what your favorite kind of gluten free bread is?? I need something for my veggie burgers. Thanks!

Glad I found your channel. Everything looks so yummy. Love the background music too.
You have the cutest little storage containers!!! Great video as always!
I just came across your channel, love it! I make videos too and am plant based and I live in Manhattan but on the East Side.
Looks fab! (Will you think about using fully vegan products in the future?)
I watch this as I’m eating spaghettios at 1:00 am….. I’m super healthy
Plus you live in my old hood! I went to elementary school on 70th and Broadway and grew up a few blocks away…
I wish I can have Starbucks girl
I am dairy and gluten free so yup it’s sucks very limited too on what I can eat
is bee pollen vegan? not judging/hating in any way, just curious:)
DO NOT feed your dog dried fruits, it can kill them, especially raisins, but figs are bad too! It’s oo high in sugar and can cause their kidneys to fail!!
Could you do a video showing how you make a dashboard for your planner? I’d like to make one too but I have no idea what tools to buy. Which laminator do you recommend?
If only I had they will power to be as healthy as you! Alas, I am a fatty so theres that! LOL
Everything looked scrumptious!! Those Nut balls seem genius. Have you heard of Oatly? It’s an oatmeal based milk. Apparently, they have a whole non-dairy line of products, including creamer. People rave about how good it tastes. I guess it closely resembles the real thing..milk. However, it’s almost impossible to obtain due to its popularity and the company being self-contained. I can imagine it would be yummy, and have thought to try and make my own. Haven’t gone beyond thinking about that tho. Great video as always!
I loved this video. It’s so sweet to see your husband in your video xoxo
I shouldn’t be watching these videos when it’s 3am and I’m hungry af
For tea. I like Earl grey, English breakfast, Irish breakfast, and Green tea.
That guy in your shot walking into Sweetgreen looked just like Jason Mraz. Wonder if that was him…
Thank you for this video everything looks so good. I am not able access the link for the Carrot Chia pudding.
Rao is the best sauce brand I love there Alfredo! it’s the only jar Alfredo sauce I will eat
Does the dessert cups keep their shape out of the freezer? Or can you only eat frozen?
I love watching your videos it inspires me to eat new recipes. I am gluten-free its been 3 years already and i’m so inspired your also vegan. I don’t think I will go vegan but I’ve been eating a bit less meat latetly which is good. Love all ur recipes since I don’t need to modifie them at all.
I love how this day of eating wasn’t 0 fat. Do you find you have more energy eating more fat than low fat? What about digestion or any skin issues? Everything looks delicious!! ☺️
I’m now Dairy free, gluten free pescatarian… But my oldschool McDonald’s order used to be 2 mcdoubles with Mac sauce, with a fry and a coke. I also used to weigh a lot more…..
PS Rao sauce s very tasty and low in sugars. Prego has a lot, so i purchase Gia Russe or Rao. Good choices.
Love this video
If it’s alright to add some information (not trying to be critical) but the matcha-tea-latte isn’t a latte without the latte part hehehe ^^ <3
I love home made cinnamon sugar toast, growing up in the south my mom made that for me too
I’ve never heard of MCT owder before…looking it up. I see the kind you are using. Thanks for the recommendation!
The gnocchi and the chocolatey desserts are both something I would make! They look so delicious!
You have the cutest mugs I love all your videos and really enjoy watching your vlogs hoping you’ll make more!
Your mugs are not nerdy (not in a bad way)! I have quite a few Disney mugs myself, I think including the mug you did for you night time tea. For some reason, Disney makes the best mugs. They are just the perfect size and an added bonus they are adorable:) I have other mugs, but I almost always reach for my Disney mugs instead. My recent favorite is this one for Disney World’s 45th that I got while there in December.

Also, I would love to see a workout routine video or something like that. I am trying to be motivated about that (especially since my cardiologist would like me to have no weight on me because of where I gain the weight) and I don’t love how I look right now anyway, but finding the motivation to workout at 4:30am has been a MASSIVE struggle.
