What to Enjoy About Healthy Eating. Your priorities change. The way your body feels after a healthy meal will become more important to you than the instant pleasure of having You’ll enjoy healthy food. You can live without chips and Coke and you’ll gladly give those things up once you.You’ll be super healthy. Once you start watching your diet and exercising, you’ll soon notice that you just feel better!
That’s because staying active and eating healthy helps prevent many diseases and health conditions, the most important ones being heart and lung issues, stroke and diabetes.You’ll certainly help keep your blood pressure at bay and maintain healthy cholesterol levels.Choose complex carbohydrates, lean protein sources, healthy fats, and a wide variety of fruits and veggies. Stock your fridge and gym bag with healthy workout snacks.
The right balance of.Needing motivation to exercise and eat healthy is a luxury and we don’t even realize it. I mean, what do you do on an usual day?
Wake up, get ready, grab a coffee and something simple carb-y to eat, drive to work and then sit yourself in front of a screen for 8-10 hours.Exercise and healthy eating can help make your life more diverse and interesting. Seek creative ways to be physically active in your daily life and don’t to stick with the same exercise routine all the time. Exercise with co-workers, go dancing with friends, play on a sports team and spend active time with your kids and family members.
Exercise and eating healthy are two of the most important things you need to do to take care of your body properly. Both exercise, and eating healthy, have many advantages and benefits. They help with multiple things needed throughout your life. These things include growing physically, mentally, and if you are religious, spiritually as well.Basing 90% of your diet on whole foods and eating smaller portions will allow you to enjoy treats occasionally yet still achieve excellent health.
Healthy eating is all about balance. You can enjoy your favorite foods, even if they are high in calories, fat or added sugars. The key is eating them only once in a while and balancing them with healthier foods and more physical activity.
Some general tips for comfort foods: Eat them less often.Eat breakfast, and eat smaller meals throughout the day. A healthy breakfast can jumpstart your metabolism, while eating small, healthy meals keeps your energy up all day.
Avoid eating late at night. Try to eat dinner earlier and fast for 14-16 hours until breakfast the next morning.For example, eat whole-wheat bread instead of white bread. Read the ingredients list and choose products that list a whole-grain ingredients first.
Look for things like: “whole wheat,” “brown rice,” “bulgur,” “buckwheat,” “oatmeal,” “rolled oats,” quinoa,” or “wild rice.”.If you’re not truly enjoying the foods you’re eating, you most likely won’t continue with your healthy eating pattern long-term. I read your book and enjoyed it. I just had a problem with it in the section on wardrobe the picture of the black item was so dark I could not tell what it actually was. In the section with the paint colors the main color in the room was very hard to tell the difference.

Consistency. We dont talk about that enough. We all want motivation, motivation and motivation doesn’t last or you can actually find it in 30 seconds by going to pinterest and typing motivation. We dont need motivation we need consistency and embrace and love and accept those dreadful 2 words that everyone knows and ignores. HARD WORK.

This is exactly what I’ve been needing!
I lost my motivation in May of this year, when I moved out from my parents and in with my boyfriend. My whole life has been so stressful ever since haha… Having to build myself a cozy, comfortable home in my apartment, doing adult stuff such as grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry etc… It took me months to get used to those habits. And all summer I’ve been working like crazy, actually almost hit the wall.
2017 was the best workout year for me ever, and I’ve been dying to get back to it. You really give some great tips here in this video, so I’m definitely making a plan with these new great tips and mixing them with what I’ve already figured out what I need (changing gyms etc since I don’t like the one I’m going to atm). Thank you so much!

I just had some carbs for dinner, when this morning i decided to start keto again with heaps of leafy greens. I’ll try again tomorrow but its hard to kick of carbs.
My motivation is 1) exercise energizes me! Even when I feel too tired to do anything, I know a quick workout/walk/stretch actually makes it easier to tackle my daily to-do’s 2) mental health, stress management, and mental clarity are all boosted from my exercise routine annnnnd I’d be lying if I didn’t say 3) looking good!!!! Superficial yes but it’s true, if I look good, I feel good!

THIS IS THE 4th of JULY and my comment 3 hours ago (below) was cut short when I quickly turned OFF the computer after feeling the sudden burst of an earthquake in the Mojave Desert of 6.6 which is quite high and it rocked us longer than usual (not just a short burst of “energy”). So, my 38th day of watching your videos certainly was a special occasion! BYE!
My motivation is beautiful toned body and feeling confident. Also when I don’t work out my knees and back hurts, so lower parts workout and stretching is very important to me. Healthy eating making me feel great, but sometimes I need my which btw I make by myself and everybody loves it too, so I’m happy about that

I downloaded the 8weeks challenge last year I think I lost around 5kg. I wasn’t able to do it the whole thing but it did push me to run at least twice a week with 5k min per run. I learned I dislike weight training especially when I’m alone. I also learned that I can take it slow without feeling guilty. My take away from the 8 weeks is that I was able to form a healthy habit and having a healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be stressful. Maybe next time I could give weight training another go.

I just found your videos and i’m loving all the healthy tips! Pro tip for you, never wash your mushrooms under water, always take a wet rag or paper towel and wipe the tops. Mushrooms are like sponges, so they brown better when they cook if you just wipe them down. But that is totally dependent on how you like to cook your mushrooms! Thanks for the motivation!!

This video was super inspirational! I love your channel. I was inspired to get healthy when I learned at 29 I was almost dangerously obese for my 5’1″ frame, had a fatty liver, almost dangerously high blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure levels; and couldn’t pull together the energy to play with my daughter or spend time with her dad. So I put my butt in gear, I’ve lost roughly 23 pounds since June as well as 6 inches overall, and as of my last checkup my levels are going back into the normal range. I’m hoping to make this lifestyle something I enjoy, not just for myself, but for my daughter.
