Okay so its been 3 weeks, I do leg exercises in the morning, then doing an hour of weight lifting, then super fast walking at night with abs exercises. In diet I eat 4-5 times, I take 3 egg whites per meal with fruits, veggies or steamed chicken breast. I don’t see my abs I’ve lost 4kgs because of HIIT i did at the first week but now I don’t think its a good idea cause 3 time working in a day just makes you weak and lose interest. I do take vitamin tabs, omega3, creatine and iso100 whey.

okay yall want an update so:
day1: it didn’t burn as much as i thought it would, i struggled to do excersises as im not fit but i got there eventually.
day2: my body was in complete pain after day one, but that means it’s working so i was very motivated to keep going. i found some of the more difficult excersises hard but some i wasn’t struggling with it as much as yesterday. i only did the plank for ten seconds but i could only hold 7 secs yesterday so i see some improvement, im hoping that as i keep doing planks i can manage to do 20 seconds, but overall it seems to be working.
day3: my body felt much better than yesterday, the excersises are actually becoming a little easier everyday, i notice that i look slightly slimmer.
day4: getting used to this excersise, managed to do all excersises till the end, hoping for more change.
day5: i can slightly see my stomach starting to define into abs, happening slowly but gradually so im motivated to carry on, by now im able to complete the excersises with no problems, i could even to the full 20 second plank.
day6: it was so easy to do today! i can tell im getting better and fitter.
day7: what a week! i can feel my abs starting to come through my stomach is become more sturdy and im happy with these results, i will continue to do it.

guys do this workout with your ankle weights on..if you have them..because it adds additional stress to your abs making this workout 10x more effective! i guarantee you abs in 2 weeks…and this is not coming from a skinny girl…im 170cm, 66 kg and i always have had problems with my lower belly. I used to do marshal art for 5 years but i still have the pooch its so annoying so now i stopped doing marshal art..and still my pooch is the same
I’ve done every exercise and it does nothing. I even had an MRI to see if my intestines were blocked or if I had a hernia. Tried supplements, biotics and 4 different diets and it is exactly the same small pouch. I’ve had people say it’s my intestines showing through because my body is too skinny everywhere else and I’m massively underweight? I’m 140lbs. Even do yoga to stretch the muscles in that area

A few tips from a lifelong athlete
1. Leg extension even tho she didn’t do it is much better (I’ve been a synchronized swimmer for 6 years so I know not everyone can do it but if you can you should)
2. Make sure to engage your abs and core if you purposely use it your brain will recognize what muscle you want to work and move things along faster
3. If this is one of your first times working out there is no shame in taking breaks along the way just make sure to push yourself
4. Think about the outcome whatever you have to do play music y’all to yourself get someone to do it with you always keep in mind the outcome of doing this
5. You’re beautiful and if you want to stop and just go eat go ahead but if this is your goal keep going

I did thse exercises along with Chloe ting’s ab challenge for 20 days and saw results!!! These are the Tips of information i got in the video.
I would also like to add to them, please make sure you do your own research and not just take these pieces of information from me and Tanner.
With tip number 1, I agree as some people might not know alcohol gives you a lot of calories on intake and they provide no nutrients so it’s considered empty calories.
This can cause you to go over on your calories and put you in a surplus making your body retain energy and make you not lose the fat you’re wanting to lose.
Furthermore with tip number 2, I agree as well as sit in restaurants can cause you to intake many many calories in one sitting. Assuming after the restaurant you’re going to eat again then maybe it’s best not to eat as much or just not eat out if possible.
Tip number 3, as most people know your body needs to be in a caloric deficit in order for you to burn fat that’s in your body. With that said, don’t go overboard and starve yourself as this will also make you lose muscle which is something we want to retain as much as possible. Usually a 10-20% caloric deficit is a good goal to shoot for. I would also like to add that you should be eating a lot of protein! I recommend.80-1G of protein per pound of weight in order to retain muscle. Just know that in a caloric deficit it’s hard to gain muscle which is not impossible but you will be losing muscle and body fat on a caloric deficit.
Tip number 4, Three days of cardio is good. However, it depends on the individual. Maybe, it would be better to do more than just 15 minutes if you’re not doing a HIIT workout.
Tip number 5, very important.
Tip number 6, I couldn’t have said it better myself.
Tip number 7, Always make your time count in the gym. Don’t sit around on your phone in between sets for more than 30 seconds. If you’re working out your shoulders do a set of shoulders and after your set maybe do some trap workouts and just alternate.
If you’re working out your muscles and doing cardio as well as maintaining a good nutrient dense diet you’re going to lose fat.
AND MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR REST. Working out is only 20% of the process, Eating and sleeping good is the other 80%.
1. Limit alcohol consumption
2. Avoid fast food and sit in restaurants ( Bread, Drinks, appetizer ) ( In general more consumption than you need, sugar or empty calories, etc.. )
3. Be aware of the amount of calories you consume.
4. Three days of cardio ( 15 minutes minimum )
5. Try and push, bring your heart rate up
6. Ab workouts will not specifically burn stomach fat, no such thing as spot reduction. Lower your body fat % and it will lower your overall fat which includes stomach fat
7. If you’re working out 5 times a week don’t sit around on your phone. Push your workouts harder, make sure you’re breaking a sweat.

Hi Evin! I just watched your video and I really appreciate your exercise moves. I will try them all! I’m also concerned with my ankles. I have tiny, skinny, weak ankles. I used to dance ballet when I was between the ages 4-11. I was one of the first girls they put on toe shoes but I don’t think I was physiologically ready for them and might have damaged my ankles. As a result, my ankles are so tiny and illproportioned to the rest of my legs. I would like to know what type of exercise moves, if any, I can do to build up my ankles and make them more muscular and thicker? I also have always had poor balance because of it. Hey first just wanna say I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! But when I do these exercises I mainly feel the soreness through my thighs while only during the leg raises I rlly feel it in my core, I just wanna know is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Day1: i found it difficult to do, you feel pain but only when you wake up. (No change)
Day2: still difficult but a little bit easier than before (no obvious change) however i feel pain which i’ve never felt before for an abs workout so I’m sure it’s working!

I am doing and following most of your exercises since last month. I do it daily especially your cardio exero. I feel lighter and I see a bit of difference. I will try to do this one now. I have belly a tad bit of fat. I want to reduce it if I can’t remove it. I alternate most of the exercises and lately I’ve been exercising morning and night. I hope this will help more. Thanks

What do i do if i’m underweight and still have lower belly fat?
I find that when I do exercises like the leg raises I tend to lift my back involuntarily which can be quite sore, but I’m well aware that it’s a common thing with stomach muscles that are lazy and out if practice, just wanted some advice on this
