Do not go overboard with them because they have sugars which are carbs, but because those are healthy carbs it is alright to have a couple fruits everyday (same with veggies, but you should have more veggies). Doing a small calorie deficit is important to loose weight, for example, based on my body type I should be having around 1500 calories a day, but because I am trying to lose some weight right now, I only try to consume 1000 calories (sometimes less if I do not workout that day). This does not mean you can’t keep eating, as healthy foods have less calories in them so you can keep eating if you’re hungry. ALSO! All of this eight will easily come back once you stop keto, so instead of quick weight loss, create a healthier lifestyle and transition slowly. Completely carb cutout is good if you’re slimming down for an event or something. At LEAST half of the weigh you will lose will be water weight guaranteed. So if you want to boost a healthy lifestyle, incorporate some kind of exercise everyday. I know everyone says that and it sucks, but something quick and easy you can do is a five minute plank every day (I do two 1 minute 30 second planks and then two 1 minute planks with a minute or less break between them) and 3-5 sets of 10-20 second stomach vacuums (very key to slim waist down, look up how to do them, they are super fast and can be done while laying down, although I am on all fours when I do them).
