Many skinny people struggle to gain mucles and weight even if they have started to eat more. That’s because when your under eating, and start to eat more, you actually just go to the normal eating level. And gaining weight in normal eating level doesnt really work.

I do one scoop of whey protein per day. I think 4 is too much. The protein tank is already full after one scoop and added protein you get eating food.

The skinny in this video ain’t skinny though. Skinny is “cut”, which I think most women find more attractive. Would love to hear from someone who is actually skinny. I’ve been doing exercises for two months, and I lost weight and built glutes doing 5 week challenge, which is a hella good program! And I’ve seen muscle in my gluteus and they have grown. I’m much confident in a way than before, however, I’m also in a caloric deficit because I’m trying to lose weight… on my thighs. I’m skinny fat but all the weight are on my thighs, tho they aren’t massive, I’ve always wanted to lose fat on my thighs. Is there anyways that I can be in a caloric deficit and workout like 20 min cardio or hiit my resistance training? Will that help me lose overall weight especially on my thighs yet also not shred of the muscle growth I built on my glutes?

However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Thanks for this! Some really useful tips! I was severely underweight for about 10 years due to health. I have since had a total hysterectomy in Feb this year and have started my fitness journey. Theres so much info out there, but not so much science behind the advice. I have been gaining a bit of muscle and losing fat but feel like I have plateau the passed few week since starting in March. I am at healthy weight now but really want to increase my muscle as was very very weak! I was struggled with lifting even 3kg dumbbells and was super embarrassing, can lift a bit more reasonable now:) but don’t know how to get passed this plateau! I train 5 days a week, but having 2 kids and work commitments I am up at 4:30am to get to the gym, not sure if the tiredness could be the cause of my plateau? Any advice would be very welcomed!

I was so I intimidated to start but when you showed in your videos how to break it down with perfect form and encouraging words such as ‘even if is one pushup or pull-up do it with perfect form’ that honestly was the closer for me compared to other fitness workouts. No disrespect brother, but i am eating 5 meals a day in small portion sizes. what you are doing is 6 meals with 3 big meals and 3 snacks.
but not every skinny body is the same;) but to actually gain muscle you need more carbs than you need protein if i am not mistaken of course.
so that should be around 500 calories each meal and do that 6 times and you get 3,500 calories a day(Y)
don’t forget 2L of water;).
Your carbs intake should be 388 calories or above and your protein around 40 to 50 grams. and your fats 10 to 14 grams.
they way you look is a solid muscle(Y). mine is the same only more defined muscle more shredded but the same lean physique.

My biggest struggle is increasing calories in order to gain muscle. I’m already in a calorie deficit, I’m never hungry. My goal is 2200 calories/ day but I usually only hit 1600. Im 5’9 and 121lbs: way too skinny. Any tips to get in extra calories without feeling like I’ll explode?
