your left foot should be slightly inwards according to BKS Sir
the one aspect where the arch of the foot should be aligned to the arch of the foot shows Kino’s deep knowledge of yoga. Instructions are very simple and uncomplicated. I strongly recommend this video. Great job Kino. Namaste
madam, i am pursuing research in filed of computer vision. can you provide your video exercising yoga without movements of camera
i doubt you will ever read this given this video is 6yrs old but thanks hugely, you are excellent at explaining the detail (a very rare trait in any walk of life!) wish i’d found this video 6 years ago!
I realized that people don’t pay attention to hips in Trikonasa. So I decided to see what you are saying. Your explanation is simply superb. I have been keeping my hips aligned. Now I have to further improve by finding the hip joint
You talk too much, kind of blathering. I have a feeling you might know what you’re talking about, if it were slower it might be useful. Also. no mention of what inflexible people should do if they can’t reach their toes.
she just touches her feet dont even think about that or your spine goes bersek!!!!!!!!
I truly am humbled by watching you, thank you for sharing these videos with all of us. Your inner light definitely shines bright and has such an impact. ❤️
What about the back foot? I hear it said over and over to make sure the back foot is at an angle with toes pointing more towards the front foot, like in parshvottanasana. I noticed you were able to keep your back foot parallel with the back of the mat. Is it detrimental to the body to practice trikonasana with the back foot angled? Is this positioning specific to Ashtanga practice for the toe grip? Thank you!
Hi, Kino! How do we have to proceed in this posture with regard to the knee joint? Should we straighten the leg completely or micro-bend it?
