Kino I love your videos and your knowledge above all you are so beautifully toned:)
Strong arm she has. Mine would buckle and smash my face and make me lie there till EMS takes me to the hospital.
Perfect! My back not that bendy yet, but will practice. Great explanation:D
Can I use your video in our blog, as this is so knowledgeable for me and others as well?

This pose is challenging specially when you explain the pose during doing the pose. 😉 Will try it first silently.:-)
Plz mam make more videoz on difficult yoga poses like handstand forward bend wide bend plz plz plzzzzz
You have done a very good job! I feel you should give more precautions related to preparation. Very clear language! Best wishes.
i have been doing the scorpion pose for years but I can’t get to rest my legs on top of my legs, I seem to be lacking in back bend maybe. any tips to reduce the gap and maybe reach my legs onto my head?
Very impressive MacKenzie Miller. You have a serious killer ass!
Normally, how much practice does it take before someone get to do a scorpion?:)
i cant do, When i jump i feel very nervouse, i try alot but i cant
Ooooh! I’m so excited to try this! I just got a feetup and I am able to the headstand with it. I like the idea of blocks for shoulder support! Really great tutorial
I absolutely love Scorpion pose. This really breaks everything down quite nicely!
The instructions are very helpful to work towards Scorpion Pose. Thanky you MacKenzie.:) But I might say, that one should be careful with the second variation (blocks under your shoulders). As I tried it I fell over as the blocks didn’t stay in place and I hit the ground hard with my head.
I was waiting for the part where you would touch your head with your feet but it didn’t happen. If you accomplish that pose someday, please redo this tutorial and give us some tips on how we can practice to attain the flexibility required for performing this pose fully.
hey when i try lift my head from the ground with my forarms i get
pushed back my legs just fall and i am back in starting poisition
I really really want to be able to do this pose. I can do the splits, learned a headstand for this and I can do a handstand at a wall and can hold it without for a few seconds. But I just don’t get this right. I tried it based on a headstand but I can’t seem to lift my head and hold my weight just upon my arms even though I can bend my legs back a whole lot in a headstand… I am working on a forearm stand but ugh… a piece of hard work for me. Any advice?
wow that looks like a challenge! love it! I’m going to practice this.
Beautiful slow and conscious moves. This is the way yoga is done:D Magnific. ♥
Wow that is so amazing. How long do you think it will take me, an average yoga student, to do that if I practice every night.:)
I can’t do this without the wall:( I just end up collapsing once my legs are off the floor and over my head
My upper back is very stiff/limited so I’m looking forward to trying the hollow position:)
you are so uncredibly “light” on the toes coming from chaturanga to up dog. So beautiful!
This is my holy grail pose. Thank you do much for the vids. So helpful.:)

@KinoYoga, please try to start deleting all the nasty sexual comments from your videos. As a bodybuilder & fitness fanatic, I come here to learn from you. However, there are several perverts who just come here to make perverted jokes & piss off your loyal viewers. Thanks. Namaste.
Being strong enough to talk us through the whole thing while doing it is so amazing.
