I can do push ups taking support of knees…but without support of knees I cant….is it due to that I am not able kick enough and reach the wall? The way you are teaching is really awesome.. and how long to hold this position
je ne pratique pas ce type de posture car le neurologue me l’interdit, je conseille de le faire avec support afin de réduire les risques, personnellement je la déconseille daniel
Carrie is a really amazing teacher I think she should do Pilates instead. I liked the video watched the whole thing!
Wonderful teacher, so lithe and flex yoga ♂️ Students admire you all, it’s a real challenge-congrats. A great class. Will try a head stand when I get home with all of my 76years of age♂️. As my adult son says to me ‘If you feel you have a problem; do some more ♀️ YOGA’

the left side of mary: omg why can’t I do in a proper way
but if she (the left one of mary ) can do best and better in an excellent way I will support her
Wow. She’s a wonderful teacher. She really walked them through and fully understood their difficulties. She guided them to do this. Kudos to Mary! And all the others. They did this effortlessly
Thank you. I too can do this. I am person with some kind of stiff body. Initially I couldn’t touch my toes but with your clear instructions I am able to do Headstand♀️.. When you taught Mary, it gave me great hope. (I can feel Mary )… now feeling great.
& that phrase in mayurasana video “how can i do this” motivates me alot.
Although i am struggling to learn mayurasana. But i have full faith in your instruction, i will learn it too very soon.
from India ❤❤
It’s helpful to learn this ‘bent leg’ method of coming down and going up. (I’ve been practicing with straight legs, springing up and going down). It feels like bent legs will be the key to proper pressing into a graceful, controlled handstand. Thank you! Namasté (^_^)
Thank you so much for this informative and wonderful video. It has helped me a lot to learn.. I am so happy, after watching this video I am able to do headstand, and soon I will be able to do handstand too..

I am happy that u are still using sanskrit launguage instead of modern English words….
One of the best videos I’ve seen about get the handstands… I think that’s what happen to me, with my pelvis xD and for that I still can’t get it… you’re an amazing teacher!! Please come and help me jajaja
Bu hocanın vucut proporsiyonunu kendime benzettim o kadar yogaya vucunun üstü hiç uzamamış dün başladığım yogayı an itibariyle terk ediyorum namaste
i love the teacher she’s very calm, but you know you’re learning
It feels good when you see teachers who don’t change the name of the Asans to make it easier to remember or rebrand it completely.
Great class!!
Thank you so much…I got my first handstand today!!! Just watching your video…. Carrie you are amazing!!
Really enjoyed the challenge and hope to achieve Adho Much Vrksasana somedaynamaste.
Thanks for this video..This is excellent and very helpful
I didn’t liked the video at first..
For many days I was struggling like the lady in the video.., then I watched this video again..
I realised the ‘principle ‘ and now I am able to do the handstand with ease.
For people who are still struggling..remember to focus between your hands and your pelvis direction.., you can support your head with the wall at the time of jump..
You will definitely succeed..
Thank you so much… from Mongolia…

True guruji We should enjoy the journey and not the destination one day we will reach the destination.OM namaste
Thanks a lot for the video.. Helped me a lot… Only one question.. Shouldn’t we rest for few seconds after an inversion instead of getting up immediately? This is to ensure that the blood flow come back to order and there isn’t any drastic impact on body..
wow wow this was great. Needed to see this. I can’t get up with both legs but now I have a better understanding of how. Thank you
That’s how I do a headstand, but I don’t need no stinkin’ wall. Great instruction for peeps.
Your all videos super and we shared with our friends. Videos music is awesome.
The Teacher’s passion was so obvious through this video. We need more instructors like her.
Really wonderful lesson i learnt from this video……. Thank you very much
Very nice but what exercise and yoga to practice for handstand please explain
Wow. Handstand, headstand, shoulder stand (Sarvangasana) postures can these be practised by people above 45 yrs of age. I heard from a heart specialist these asana postures would need the heart to pump 8 times more..
Thank you in advance?
Great little nuggests are suggested here. I’ve been playing around the handstand for about year now and didn’t know about the bolster tip with this pose, and the last series of suggestions, half way down your mat is super!
