FISH POSE Tutorial 1.) Begin laying flat on your back on your mat. One of the hardest poses I’ve done but also gave me much relief from fibromyalgia in my neck and shoulder areas.
Most of the people find it difficult to come to Padmasana while sitting, the way you performed Matsyasan will be almost impossible for them

This is a good pose for the neck. I usually do a Vinyäsa alternating between Apänäsana (except I also try to bring my chin towards my knees gently) and the Matsyäsana. Feels great!

In last variation legs to be bend in Padmasana and palms can be used to lift upper body and then holding our toes, with this posture one can float in swimming pool, try it.
