I got it! I got it! ♀️ Thank you soooo much! I have struggled with this pose and the clincher was squeezing the leg onto the arm! The longer rock the baby didn’t hurt either! I watched so many tutorials and this was by far the best! Loved it! ♀️
Thank you for your beautiful work It brings me joy to practice Yoga with you, excited to do other available classes

this was so awesome Allie!! I even got the transition from the 8 angle to the other flying thingy.:P I can’t recall its name. Sorry. lol. The stretches all felt really amazing though, perfect start to the rest of the week. yes…i’m late at getting into this week’s schedule, but i’m here now!:D
hello, Esther. i was wondering, could you make a vinyasa flow video? it’d be great:}
I am jealous all i do so far is run a few km’s and cheap little stretches before my run.
Incredible!!! I haven’t reached this yoga level yet, but I hope I will!:)
Thank you! Trying to teach a yoga student this pose and needed some tips!
Loved it! I got my butt off the ground for eight angle pose but couldn’t get any farther than that! I feel amazing. Thanks Allie! Great flow
Good information about this yoga very easy way you show it
Thanks
I think I’m years off before I will be flexible to try that pose!
I have a question re how do you manage to do these poses without hurting wrists? I find that even when I do chaturanga, my wrists get sore-I think that rather than putting weight onto my whole hand, I put the brunt of it onto the wrist area. Is there a way to make sure that my whole hand is bearing the weight and not just my wrist? Are there ways to strengthen this area? Thank you. Love your videos!! I learn so much from them!
I so glad, I thought that it was so difficult but I am able to do it!:D
Could I Know how many hours do you spend practicing yoga?
ecstatic session with dissemination of so much energy, confidence and love..thanx allie for imbibing with zeal to achieve the goal.. #NAMASTE
Great video, thanks! I liked the quick overview of how to loosen and strengthen for the posture.
So amazing! Thanks Allie! Setting intentions creates my reality…mantra for the week thank you for confirming that. I love you☀️
I really love your tutorials thank you again as I continue to work on this pose!
Just did this for the first time in class today. Never thought it was possible. Our instructor had us cross the ankles before lifting up. Next time I am warmed up, I would love to try your way. It does look harder though.
I did it!! I thought this would be so much harder. I would have never been able to do it with out this video! I didn’t know how to start! yayy
I love the way you say your name… <3:D
Sorry, just had to say. It's one of the things I look forward to when I see a video.

Thank you for this sequence. I didn’t know how I can use blocks to help myself into Astavakrasana, and now I managed to do it.:) I’ll definitely come back to this video. You’re very inspiring.:)
Big huray and respect for you, I think I would dislocate at least three joints if I would try this.
Can u plzz share mayurasana step wise and also headstand for the one can do with wall support and now want to learn without wall
This is GREAT!! I’m going to build it in my daily practice. Thank you for breaking it down so well!

Allie, thank you very much for creating this Wonderful yoga sequence and sharing it with us! It was so adventurous and uplifting! I’ve fallen in love with short mantra meditation in the end of the class. I fully enjoy doing yoga with you! Namaste

Whether or not eight angle pose is part of your yoga practice, it’s still good to get the body ready for the pose with other prep poses! I hope you enjoy this class:)
Eight angle pose… oh my! I will have to keep practicing that one thank you Allie! Namaste
Allie, I practice with you nearly every day since I think two years now:). Amazing: I just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything. Really:)
but too slow, lose patient to practice with…a good yoga class always with good practice rhythm.
Love this so good at keeping things light and fun. Whilst still giving cues that focus awareness and safe practice. Thanks allie x
I did it! Thank you so much! My very first time getting into this posture!
the effect of all these hip opening poses is that i am beginning to walk funny; lol
Thank you so much for your responsible videos. I find it so helpful to follow your practises and gain strength and flexibility.
Despite having been diagnosed with a degenerative bone condition at a fairly young age, thanks in large part to following your videos, I am now stronger than I have ever been, and building protective muscle to counter (as much as possible) further deterioration.
I am very grateful for your attention and direction to care of form throughout your videos. This is something I have on occasion seen overlooked by other online yoga instructors which, at its most dangerous, especially when regularly repeated, can result in long term pain or injury, even to those who are naturally flexible.
Thank you.
For anyone who took gynastics as a kid, remember when you’d have someone spot you for trying new moves? I think I’d need someone to spot me for this! It looks intimidating.
Love this video. Don’t let the posture scare you. The flow is great.
Oh, to be like you! It really makes me want to do more yoga even though I am SO inflexible in yoga poses! I cannot even sit cross-legged, and never have been able to even when I did karate 6 days a week and could do the splits!
Unfortunately I was unable to get into that pose. Once I put my leg on top of/near my shoulder, I was stuck. I couldn’t even reach for the blocks, even though I put them right next to my body. Let alone lift myself up….
Thanks sir
Sabse easy tutorial, mein ek baar mein hi seekh gya, thank u sir thank u so much

The last part was very advanced for me haha but I did almost everything! I really liked it I’ll keep doing the challenge!
That smile is that energy which can keep many energies shine more bright. Keep smiling. Keep shining. Keep sharing.
You have to be a gymnast with extreme flexibility to be able to hook that leg behind and extend up. I can’t even get my leg onto my shoulder….damn.
