Hello and thanks for the tutorial! I’ve been practicing this pose for a few days, and while I sometimes can fully reproduce it, I still don’t manage to hold it consistently every time. My biggest obstacle is when I start pressuring on the arm with the bent leg, the skin of my arm gets pulled and stretched over a pleasant level, reaching the pain threshold, so I have to stop. Is it normal that is happening, or am I doing somenthing wrong?
